Everything was well managed thank you for providing a great stay! Apartment and its location was excellent, the online pics of the apartment do not give it justice! It’s larger then appears! At the same time very cozy! Close to so many attractions!

VRBO in Memphis

The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.

Great location

I can’t say enough about the location of this place! You can walk to so many places and drive anywhere in 15 minutes. Michelle was a great hostess and very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. She even had a snack basket in the fridge which is priceless to a diabetic. Loved our first trip to Memphis and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!!!

Cool, historic area of Memphis.

We had trouble with the original door code but the host communicated with us until it was quickly resolved. Otherwise, cozy and convenient to our purpose of concerts at the Fedex Forum. Easy walking to lots of food and shop options. Would stay again.

This is the perfect spot if you're planning on anything downtown. Basketball, Beale St., Memphis in may. Park once and walk everywhere.

Great Time, Great Stay!

Memphis had been hit with a snow storm and icy cold snap but our stay was warm and great. We loved the unit we rented. It was cozy, convenient to downtown and made for a very nice base of operations for us at the International Blues Challenge during our stay. We plan on coming back in the future!

Location Location Location!!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to explore Memphis for a few days. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part! Michelle is a great host and is really easy to communicate with. Her condo is super clean and has everything you need! Would recommend, and stay here again!

Great Property
.Excellent Location.

We were in town for the Stevie Nicks concert at FedEx Forum & have stayed in this part of town before and enjoyed it. Wanted to walk to FedEx and this rental was perfect for that. We loved that it was a secure property with gated/assigned parking, which provided us the extra peace of mind we needed. Please note: If you are mobility impaired, this rental is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the building. The only sleeping option was the queen size bed in the bedroom, which is quite firm. The listing states an air mattress is available but we were unable to locate it. The WiFi was spotty and would not work on the televisions to operate the streaming services. The owner offered to send someone over but we preferred not to have someone in the unit, as we were in and out often. We would stay here again.

Memphis short stay

Clean property,walking distance to main areas. Short drive to Graceland and Stax museums. Secure gated parking and door entry. Would say this is very important being in the centre of downtown. Owner is very helpful. Thanks for having us.

Memphis Life experience

This was our first VRBO. It was clean, just right for my family, great location in walking distance to Beale Street and restaurants. The owner was always available to answer questions, great communication! We felt safe in the gated parking lot and keyless entry doors to the building and the condo. We would definitely stay here again and we do recommend it to others. Thanks for the hospitality!

Location, location, location! I love the nostalgic lofty feel of this condo. I also enjoy that it is a corner unit with a wall of floor to ceiling windows that allows in plenty of sunlight year round! Special bonus of a gated FREE assigned parking spot! You'll love being able to get around without a car.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a true one bedroom/bath condo with all the conveniences of home! This is a 3 story walk-up building with no elevator. The exposed brick walls, duct work, hardwood floors, and wall of windows offers a true loft style look to this condo. There's a full size washing and dryer in the condo and plenty of closet and storage space. You will not be disappointed with your stay in this historic building.
