Décor de style grange de poterie nautique, immense cuisine de chef avec éviers doubles, îlot et alcôve à manger, salle de rassemblement de 1500 pieds carrés avec beaucoup d'espace pour les 20 invités et 70 po. Télévision à écran plat pour tous vos besoins de divertissement. Immense piscine ronde chauffée de 30 pieds avec terrasse et bain à remous sur un magnifique 10 acres.

This property was amazing We had 11 adults and 7 kids 12 and under Although we went to St Joe beach just 15 to 20 minutes away and the men enjoyed fishing with a guide and there was blue berry picking and visiting farm animals for the kids— the home was delightful The swimming pool with warm water was used over and over by all And the outside firepit was so great to be able to be with everyone at one time! The kitchen was so well appointed! I’d say this is a 5 star property!

The property was great for a group of 20. The fire pit with endless wood was terrific and the heated pool was great for the kids. Very private and would highly recommend for your next trip!

This is an exceptional property, capable of comfortably hosting our extended family of 8 adults and 9 kids ages newborn to 7 years. The great room is huge, plenty of room to gather together and let the little ones play. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals while the family hangs out. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The home is very well maintained, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. The biggest draws for our family are the pool & deck, playscape with sandbox, fire pit with lots of chairs, and room to play outside. The host is great about communicating and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay. This is our second year here and we have already booked it again for next year!

Amazing, immaculate, beautiful property! This is the most thoughtfully stocked rental we have stayed at in our 25 years of travel, down to the last detail - if you need, they have it! Extremely spacious and the private pool was the highlight for the grand kids!!! We plan to make this our bi-annual rental for family vacation for years to come!

Such an amazing property. This home has everything a large group would need and more. Such care was taken with all the little details (toiletries, snacks, cookware, utensils). All the comforts of home and then some. Very thoughtful of their traveling guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Perfect family getaway!

The house was wonderful! Perfect for the 17 of us(ranging in ages from 64-3months).The kitchen had very thing you needed and we never felt cramped.Absolutely loved the big dinning room table so we could all eat together!We used the pool everyday-couldn’t get the kids out of it!We hope to return soon-thank you.

Excellent house for a large gathering. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen, a large lawn for playing catch and a big fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We were a group of 13 and we cooked and hung out comfortably all weekend. Would absolutely come again.

If you have a large family and want to do a quick weekend vacation this house is amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and even us adults getting to sit on the deck. The host was so great with responses when I had a question. Aside from running short on towels this house was perfect with so much more sleeping areas and fun lofts to sleep in for the kids. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We absolutely love this house! This was our third time staying and we already have a fourth trip booked. It is very clean, has plenty of space for 5 families, and the pool is an added bonus for warm September days. There are plenty of sitting areas to play games, puzzle, and read. The kids love the toy baskets and outside play area. For a big family like ours, it has the perfect kitchen for cooking and baking. We highly recommend Gray Haven!

Wonderful Place

We needed a place for our bridal party and their plus ones to stay. This place was wonderful, it slept everyone, kitchen was big enough to feed everyone, living room allowed us to hang out and finish flower making. Place is wonderful.

Excellent for a big group

Our group of 14 was stunned by how beautiful the house was and how comfortable we all fit. Eric added so many extra touches that took the hospitality over the top. We loved hanging out on the pool deck, sharing a meal around the large table and playing games in the big family room. We had a perfect weekend.

We had a large family gathering and this house was perfect! Kitchen is great, plenty of space for gathering, the extra lofts were a big hit. The bedrooms are all equally great. Some stairs are a little steep but there’s baby gates basically everywhere to prevent much concern there. They put a lot of thought and care into this place. Definitely recommend!

We've stayed at this house three times now, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful! The home is always spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, every detail is clearly cared for. Our family had such a great time making memories here, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip back. Since our family has expanded, we had also rented White Haven this trip. Eric was a wonderful host!

This was the 1st weekend family reunion and we couldn't have picked a better place to fit all of our needs. Because our count exceeded 20 people, we also rented the home next door. We LOVED it! Eric is attentive and immediately responded when we had questions. Pawpaw lake and grocery stores are less than a 10min drive. The home has everything and more!
