This place was great. The river for evening hang outs was really nice and the large tv room with the sofa was perfect for our family. The host was great with communication and the property is nice. It’s a more affordable option if you are visiting anywhere in the area. I grew up in up in st. Joe and my mom’s place is too small to hold all our family anymore. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Home was clean, spacious and kitchen well equipped for a group or family. Love that they had a lot of bath towels. Only suggestion would be to perhaps have a couple extra pillows and blankets available (we have kids who like to couch rot & one who wanted an extra blanket on his bed). Host was easy to communicate with and offered great local suggestions. Very comfortable home to spend a relaxing vacation / week / weekend in. So nice to spend quiet mornings and evenings on the water.

Great house on the river. Beautiful view and beautifully decorated. Hosts were awesome and reached out and gave us code to get in before we arrive local pizza delivers there too. We would stay again if we come back.

This home was absolutely wonderful in every way and perfect for a family vacation! It is beautiful and extremely clean. So much space to spread out and move around. It was so relaxing to be able to sit outside by the river. The neighbor is very nice and quiet. Since it is a dead end street, there is not much traffic. I took a walk up and down the street each morning and the neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I communicated a few times with James and he was so kind. Definitely would recommend staying here!

What a great location and house. Our host did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Lots of room to spread out, play games, read and enjoy the beautiful river view.

We had an amazing time here. Houss was perfect for our group and far enough away from things to relax and enjoy ourselves after a day out. Host was very responsive and house was very clean as well. Will definitely rent again!

Everything was wonderful, beautiful,spacious home. Great view from the living rooms! Open living room and kitchen area. Plenty of space for the entire family. Nice closets, fully stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home, will definitely be back when we are back in Michigan.

We were in town for my son's wedding in Benton Harbor. We loved our mornings in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room watching the fog come off the river and morning coffee. We slept great in the master bedroom and had an overall great stay.

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.

Perfect family getaway

Lovely quiet setting on the river, and perfect house with 3 toddlers. Beautifully updated and clean. Perfect place to relax after a day at the beach just 15 minutes away.

Peaceful and large cozy room with fireplace

Beautiful area - loved watching the river and wildlife at the bird feeder. The big room with fireplace is perfect for evening chats.
