Belle maison de ville située à la base de Snow Summit Ski Resort & Adventure Park! Ceci est une propriété privée et entièrement équipée de deux ville histoire la maison et il est prêt pour votre famille pour profiter de quelques jours ou plus. Pack de votre changement de vêtements et votre brosse à dents et que vous êtes prêt à aller. Manger ou aller à l'un des nombreux établissements de restauration disponibles à Big Bear. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet facile et confortable divertissant. Inviter beaucoup ou juste un peu pour une agréable soirée ou d'un week-end évasion. Il est entièrement meublé et la cuisine a été équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine.
Marche pour la pente ou prendre une randonnée parmi les pins parfumées magnifiques dans la forêt nationale de San Bernardino. Alors que dans Big Bear prendre du temps pour une promenade à travers le nouveau village, il est un must et vous allez adorer! Appelez tôt pour confirmer votre réservation pour votre prochain week-end et / ou des vacances amusantes. Nous sommes à seulement quelques heures de l'agitation de la ville. Laissez le chaos derrière et amusez-vous. Au printemps, en été et en automne, vous pouvez profiter du lac et des activités qu'elle a à offrir. Vos soirées peuvent être remplis avec des concerts en plein air, théâtre en direct, les derniers films sortis, et à manger et danser. Quoi que vous désiriez vous trouverez disponible et attendre pour votre plaisir.
Passez la journée sur le parcours de golf luxuriant ou avoir un après-midi de détente dans le spa de jour et de se faire dorloter de la tête aux pieds. Pour le ski en hiver, vous ne pouvez pas obtenir plus près de Snow Summit Ski Resort. Nous sommes à la base de la station. Park et jouer! Pas besoin de déplacer votre voiture, sauf si vous voulez. Marche pour Télésiège # 4. Juste quelques minutes à pied de la station de ski. Venez belle Big Bear Lake pour l'année de plaisir et de détente.
20 $ de frais supplémentaires pour la seule nuit reste, disponibles seulement Sun-jeudi soir. 25 $ en espèces Frais d'enregistrement tardif si vous arrivez après minuit. The three story townhome is well designed. All the cabin and wood details are so nice to see. The place is definitely better in person. We would definitely stay again.

Check-in was tedious, after 5 you must call the office; I checked in at 8, I had to stand outside at the door and call two different numbers to reach someone. When they answered they made me feel as though I interrupted their rest and asked with a doubtful tone if I was at the door .The unit- the front door's bottom door knob was flimsy and loose.It had an old, stale unpleasant odor. The couches seemed old, cushion stuffing was coming out and they were not inviting, we covered them with sheets. The comforters on the beds wreaked of musty and gross odors. The pillows need updating.The bottom level was freezing but the middle and upper levels were hot, temperature was drastically uneven among the floors.The kitchen amenities were very underwhelming. The wood decor is impressive and the showers were nicely decorated.The representive that came to check us in was nice and engaging (different person answered the phone).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stay in this condo every year for our family get together, it’s more affordable than getting hotel rooms for everyone. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have there own space. My family ourselves, son’s and grandsons stay in this condo. My brother rent’s the adjoining condo. And other family members rent nearby condos. We have barbecue’s at the clubhouse and enjoy the pool. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I really dislike is the cleaning fee that is charged. You must clean everything with the exception of making the bed and cleaning the towels. If you don’t you get charged and extra fee ( make sure you take out your trash). I leave the condo actually cleaner than when I arrive. I’ve found things swept under rugs 🤷‍♀️ I even cleaned the screen over the sink cause you couldn’t see through it. I think they should check it and if it’s clean and least give you half of the $150 cleaning fee back. Other than that we will definitely be staying again.

Reviewer Comments: Good size cabin for 10 people, good size kitchen , coffee maker was not working, and office did not have an extra...take your own coffee maker just in case ......the oven needs good cleaning , the sofas at den we’re all torn and very old and dirty....Luggage racks broken, coffee tables broken in closet, shower curtain rod was bend in king size bath room bottom floor, jacket rack at last floor broken...found a lot of spider webs and 2 big spiders ....needs more effort in cleaning.......the property’s location was great......

Snow Summit Authentic rustic cabin townhouse

No problems ,rental was easy, host response prompt. The vibe of the cabin was rustic cabin feel! Hit 🎯 all the checks for mountain vibes! Only tiny setback trek from parking & the coffee maker that would take an hour to brew ,we're all coffee drinkers, but an easy fix.😂 Nice BBQ area, pool & rec center.

This place was very nice it was clean the only problem I had was they should leave a few more trash bags than just one and maybe more paper towels. They don’t have air in the summer so bring an extra fan. Other then that great location and very enjoyable stay

We loved our experience at this rental. It was the perfect situation for our 3 generation family. We loved the access to the pool/BBQ and location to town. Would definitely rent here again!

Excellent location

We had a nice stay at this property. The location is outstanding and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked with dishes, with the exception of baking pans/cookie sheets. The kids loved the foosball table upstairs and the huge dining table (sits 12) was great. Couches were comfy but could use a cleaning. Overall, a nice place for a large family or a big group and the convenient for skiing can’t be beat.

Quick get away

Great location for easy access to Snow Summit. Kids could walk back and forth at a moments notice. Plenty of space in the condo for all. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Beautiful Townhome & LOCATION!

3 story townhome! 4Bedroom/4Bathroom Beautifully maintained home. We were a group of 9 adults with the perfect amount of space and more! Beds were super comfy! Just steps away from community pool, recreation room & picnic/bbq grills. John was very attentive & responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you! Can’t wait to stay again!
