Venez profiter de votre temps loin dans notre maison loin de chez vous. Summit View a tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous restez un week-end ou à long terme. Le plan d'étage ouvert le rend merveilleux pour se détendre pendant la journée, jouer à des jeux ou regarder un film la nuit. Le lit Queen est super confortable, le canapé-lit a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et la cuisine est bien équipée. Profitez du soleil couchant sur le pont ou allez nager et vous détendre dans le bain à remous après une grosse journée passée à l'extérieur. Il y a aussi une place de parking pour un camping-car ou un bateau avec une place assignée pour votre voiture.

La vallée de Dillon est située au cœur du comté de Summit, à quelques minutes du pittoresque centre-ville de Dillon avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques. Le centre commercial de Silverthorne se trouve à 5 minutes, des kilomètres de pistes cyclables à proximité et le port de plaisance du lac Dillon à 6 minutes où vous pourrez faire du bateau, vous détendre sur les plages, faire du paddle board ou du kayak. La pêche à la mouche est exceptionnelle sur la rivière bleue. Il y a beaucoup de randonnées et de parcs à proximité et nous avons un dépliant dans le condo avec les emplacements.

Le condo est 25 minutes ou moins à 5 stations de ski. Keystone Ski Resort (12 min), station de ski Arapahoe Basin (18 min), Breckenridge Ski Resort (25 min), Copper Mountain Resort (18 min), Domaine skiable de Loveland (23 min). En une heure, vous trouverez la station de ski de Vail (38 min), le Ski Cooper Mtn (50 min) et la station de ski de Beaver Creek (50 min).

Dillon a un nouvel amphithéâtre de musique niché sur le lac qui promeut certaines des meilleures vues de la région! Il y a tellement de choses à faire en toute saison, vous ne vous ennuierez jamais! Nous avons des locations de vacances depuis des années et nous sommes ravis de partager cela avec vous! We planned a two night stay and ended up leaving after one night. First, the good. The owner was responsive, the place was a nice size, and well equipped. There is no AC, but that isn't uncommon for the area. There was a portable cooler that didn't work very well. It was about 78 degrees in the unit when we checked in and it was difficult to get it lower. It's a hot summer in the mountains, not the owners fault but just know before you go. The cable didn't work...again, not a huge deal on it's own. What really got us was the bath towels on the rack had someone's hair all over them. It was pretty nasty drying off. The owner refunded us the cleaning fee, but it was just an overall disappointing experience. It felt like no one had rented for some time and no one came to check the place prior to us being there. It would have made a difference to our stay and is, in my opinion, a basic requirement at any price point.

Convenient Location, Great Host

We stayed here for a four day ski trip. The condo was located in a great place where we took day trips to Keystone, Vail, Break, and Beaver Creek!

We had a great stay at Ericka's condo! Check in instructions were easy to follow, it was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Will book again.

Skiing and Eating - Great Location

So many places to ski and so many places to eat. Great location and great apartment. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

1. Property was not cleaned when we arrived. 2.After a cleaner was obtained, back of couch cushions had lots of dog hair3. TV connection to internet\etc had to be done by owner after we complained4. Building Security door lock is in disrepair, very hard to open. Other occupants (?) used multi-purpose tools to bypass the lock 5. No designated parking spot -several times we were told to move our car as we were in "their spot" 6. Colorado was hotter than normal-but ceiling fan in bedroom was not working. Owner provided a swamp cooler which did not cool anything. Floor fan helped after 9PM 7. Unit is located very close to Interstate 70 freeway BUT advertised as "quiet" however, if windows are open (as we had to do because of heat) the noise is very high from trucks engine braking down the freeway-VERY loud all day 8. Owner did not alert us that the parking lot was being repaved. Ergo, we got a notice to park about 100 yards away 3 days before the paving. So, windows open and new smelly tar was too much and we left 7 days early. Bad all around.

Hi, I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience. I truly am. 1 and 2. You are correct and we did our best to remedy the situation. I will make a note to my cleaner that needs to be more thorough, even in a rush. 3. I didn't know the TV was not working so I called and they reset the modem within 30 min. 4. The security door is difficult and it's in my instructions. I have told the HOA several times and will show them this message because they really need to fix the lock. Not everyone has difficulties with it but I added it to my check in sheet, just in case. 5. There is a parking spot, o-201 to the left of the building. It is also in my instructions. 6. We had a cooler and bought a 2nd one (which seems you didn't use) We have floor fans too. We have no control over the weather but did our best to help. 7. Yes, the condo is quiet, even when the windows are open, to us, because it is a condo complex with several units. It is not a remote cabin with no neighbors. There will be some noise but considering how many units there are, it's quiet overall. 8. We were made aware the same day as you about the paving. I showed you through screenshots that it was not mentioned in the month's meeting minutes and that the email I received was just the day prior and I had not checked it yet. We did our best to help you, I'm sorry things compounded like they did. You broke our window opener and I did not try to charge you for that. We have fixed that and the fan. Best, Ericka

Perfect place with all the right amenities, hot tub was maybe the nicest hot tub I’ve seen at a STR. Definitely going to check availability next time I come to summit county. Great location, right in Dillon/Silverthorne.

This was an excellent property centrally located and well priced for our ski vacation.

This property was well equipped and centrally located for our ski vacation. We have stayed in Silverthorne before with friends in Frisco. This condo was perfect for our needs and nicely priced. We really enjoyed the art around the condo too. Great place and we will definitely keep it in mind when we visit again.

Dillon Condo

The condo was accurately described. Not a luxury accommodation, but clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location. All Summit County activities, including skiing, are right nearby. I would consider staying here again.

It's comfy and I'm glad it was clean. We have a great crew that helps. We keep the prices low so it's affordable for anyone when skiing and travel are so expensive. We may renovate the rest of it, but then we would need to charge more. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for staying.

Awesome Location!

This is exactly how it is pictured and described. Perfect location and size for my trip. I absolutely loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds and staring at the mountains. Easy driving to all amenities. There is some highway noise, but it's not out of control. Owner was very responsive to all needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for the price!

We stayed 8 nights and everything was very convenient. The detailed instructions to get the key were great. The kitchen is totally stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware! It has anything a chef could want! Loved cooking many meals there! Would have liked more bath towels as we only had 4 towels for eight nights. The location is perfect and close to everything!! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO to others! Thank you!!

Close but not quite

On the whole it met the needs we had by being close to the slopes and warm but that's it. Sadly the bedroom was not clean. The floor under the rug was filthy (it looked like everything was swept under it literally) and crunched when i stepped on it. Ended up not trusting the cleanliness and had to sleep on top of the comforter using just a blanket instead of enjoying a warm comfy sleep.

There was no air conditioning, the condo was a little difficult to find as there was no number on building and no parking spot identified. The condo number was next to front door on small metal plate. The hot water temp needs to be lowered as it can scald a child or elderly person. The fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it was very noisy.

This is a super cute little dog-friendly place. It was very clean and comfortable - we got everything that was advertised. Our hosts to great care to describe both where the property was located, and how to find and access the key in the lock box. There was one drawback, and the significance may depend on your personal preferences. The issue was that the condo was just so hot. It wouldn't cool down until about 4am. For us, this caused a lot of difficulty sleeping. For someone else, maybe no big deal. Aside from this and the tv not working (for us, no big deal - for someone else, maybe!), this place was really great!

We own and manage this condo ourselves. We have had vacation rentals for 13 years and now just own 2. Check out 126987, Bears Den, just outside of Asheville, NC. We both have experience in hospitality and feel it is our gift. Our goal is to provide a 2nd home for us and a home away from home for you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My husband is from the Glenwood Springs area where his immediate family still resides, he grew up in the mountains and wanted the same for our boys. We live in Denver and also love the city life, diversity and all it has to offer. We found this mountain property half way between our two loves. We paddle board, fly fish, -I love to shop!- , hike, and snowboard. All of this is found right outside the door of Summit View!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This condo is perfect because it is close to everything, has a clubhouse to enjoy on rainy days or in the evenings. My kids love to play ping pong, pool and air hockey all in one visit! The pool is a nice size as is the hot tub. The bus stop is walkable and the bus is FREE all around Summit County. The condo is cozy but perfect for 4 people, we never feel cramped while there and never want to leave.
