Excellent spot on a very clean lake. Water toys were perfect and we really enjoyed the floating platform further out in the deeper end. We relaxed, played, and enjoyed our time!

We have stayed at “The Kind Cabin” 5 times and cannot recommend it highly enough! The beautiful setting on the lake, the absolute quiet yet close proximity to all you need (grocery store, hardware store, golf course, even a hospital) makes this the perfect vacation get away. Every time we go, there are so many updates like new appliances, expanded reading and games library, new flooring, pellet grill, and even a dock to swim out to! Sandra is a terrific host and is a wonderful communicator. A true gem in the North Woods!!

This was our 3rd stay at this property and it gets better every year! We stayed 10 nights, the weather was beautiful. Sandra is a wonderful host and you can tell there are property improvements every year.

This was our second time staying here and this property did not disappoint. We came primarily to go ATV'ing on the back country trails, but enjoy the accommodations at this cabin and ease to get there, and communication.

Just perfect! Great location, secluded yet close to town. All the “Up north” cabin feels! Enough room for a ton of people, but cozy enough for 2. We will definitely look to stay again

Wonderful cabin on a quiet lake. Plenty of room for everyone. No hustle and bustle of a resort so the kids were able to bond more this week. The swimming area was nice and fishing was plentiful!

This is a wonderful cabin with brautiful views of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to find. I would recommend this cabin for anyone looking in the area.

Great family vacation

We had so much fun fishing off the dock and using the kayak and paddle boards. We caught so many fish. The cabin had all the essential items you would need. Can’t wait to go back.

Winter stay

A wonderful winter get away. The cabin was cozy and had many thoughtful touches and decor. It felt remote and we enjoyed walking in the surrounding area. The cabin had everything we needed. We will happily return.

Log cabin by the lake

The log cabin was exactly what we expected and planned for. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and had plenty of space for the six of us. The fishing from the dock was exceptionally fun. We plan to stay here again sometime in the future.

Cozy Cabin and Great Communication

We came back to this cabin for our second time and again it was perfectly cozy with the warm fire. It had all the amenities needed. The property manager had GREAT communication and was able to help us with all of our needs in a timely manner. We are excited to come visit again in the future!
