We had a great time at this beach house. Everything was clean and in working order, and plenty of space. Lots of kitchenware to use for meals that we cooked at the house. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach cart to bring our supplies down to the beach. We'd stay here again.

Steep driveway so golf cart would make it easier to get up from the beach. Communication with the host was amazing. Overall a nice place to stay.

Enoyed our stay at this property. This is our third time visiting the island and the location of the property is close to restaurants, supermarket, and the beach. Very nice accommodations and would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family. We were super close to the beach via a short walk and the beach was not crowded at all. The house was plenty spacious and met the needs of our vacation stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Glad you had a good time. We love how quiet our beach is since we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. We also remind folks that a short walk down the beach will put you in front of the lifeguard area if that is important to you.

Perfect for our needs! Would definitely stay here again.

This lovely, clean and well-maintained beach duplex was exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach, roomy enough for 8 and overall beautiful location. We wouldn't hesitate to book this same house in the future.

Just a couple things I would have changed if I could, bedrooms need dressers! Living out of a suitcase for a week with kids is hard! Also I don’t remember if listing noted that you are next door to a condo subdivision, I was not aware of this and likely wouldn’t have rented as we try to stay away from crowds. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Only other thing I’d mention is living room space is not sufficient for the 8 people that the house sleeps. This was a bummer as we usually spend evenings watching movies or playing Nintendo games as a family while on vacation. Host was quick with communications. The crowds on beach from condos would likely keep us from renting again but other than that we’d have no issues reserving another stay.

Great location, great stay

The location to the beach access and everything Emerald Isle has to offer is unbeatable. Bradley was very easy to communicate with whenever a question came up, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Have already shared the listing with friends who are looking for a place to stay in EI.

Great place to stay.

The house is beautiful and close enough to the beach for the kids to look for shells. Perfect for a large family and the kitchen worked very well for our Thanksgiving dinner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner instructions were very accurate and helpful.

Great location and comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It is close to the beach and has a wonderful couple of decks for listening to the waves, taking naps, or both. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back another time.

Great Beach Experience

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, we highly recommend staying here. You have a view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

It’s a great property with plenty of space. Everything g you need is in it. It is right by the beach and minutes from all restaurants and fun spots. It was very clean. We would highly recommend it.
