The house was beautiful and in a great location. Easy access to the beach not far of a walk. The pool was very clean. We had access to everything very close by didn’t have to travel very far which was nice. Check in was great with host and detailed instructions were helpful as well. Would stay again. Very clean!!

Great home for a perfect family vacation! It’s Tucked away with short stroll to the beach and a pool in the backyard. Theres Something to keep everyone happy! The home has plenty of room to spread out after a long day. It’s also walking distance to grocery, dining and the bike trail is right down the street. Would definetly stay here again!

Franke was a great host, and we can’t wait to come back! Everything was clean. Everything was there that we needed. Beach and pool toys and chairs were abundant. We hated to leave!

Well done! We had a wonderful vacation, and the home was wonderful! We were so impressed that they thought of all the little details. From a fantasticly helpful beach cart to all the stocked trash bags, soaps, etc. they went above and beyond. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals easily and even some spices on hand. It is very close to the beach access (just three houses down) and an easy walk. For a location that is super close to everything, it was impressively tucked away and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in porch as well as the sun decks and can't wait to return! For those not familiar with Emerald Isle, you should definitely check out the acai bowls at Sol Bowls. We all declared them the best we have ever had, and it's only 2 minutes away.

Excellent! This was our second time staying at the Blue Crab and it was just as great as the first. It is beautiful, clean and has more than anything could need. Highly recommend. We are planning to be back next year!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family beach vacation. The beds and pull out couches were plentiful and comfy, lots of options for 3 families with kids 3-19. The walk to beach access was easy and the pool was a nice break from the salt water. Plenty of bathrooms & well-appointed kitchen, lots of parking & lots of porch choices for sitting outside to watch the rain, stars, and sunset. Would definitely recommend!

Emerald Isle Family Fun

Perfection!

This is the perfect place for our family. It is within an easy walk to the beach. It is a spacious place - well kept, clean - has anything we might have needed. Of primary importance to us - with 3 young teenage grandchildren - is the private pool. It was wonderful!
The hammock was a relaxing respite for adults and kids alike!
Pool time = fun time, especially on those sweltering 95 degree days.
