Nos 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison dispose d'un plan d'Ă©tage salon-cuisine ouverte parfait pour profiter du bon temps avec la famille et les amis.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et meublée.

Le salon possÚde une grande cheminée de chaleur confortable et l'état de l'art 55 "TV à écran plat et barre de son.

Chaque chambre dispose d'un matelas ultra confortable, une couette en duvet, et deux peignoirs de bain Ă©ponge pour votre confort.

La cour a un délicieux repas al fresco terrasse, un coin salon avec des chaises Adirondack autour d'une grande place chimenea d'incendie, et un barbecue Weber.

Une buanderie idéal avec l'état de la rondelle d'art et sÚche-linge est relié à la maison principale par le port de voiture.

Notre maison de vin de pays est situé dans la vallée de Sonoma et à seulement 20 minutes de la Place de Sonoma, à moins de 40 min de la vallée de Napa. Vous pouvez marcher ou à vélo de caves et restaurants locaux ou de prendre quelques minutes de route de Glen Ellen et le parc Jack London.

Place was very comfortable. Two bedroom, each with a bath. Fireplace was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the picnic basket. We used it every day. The bedrooms each have heat. The fireplace heats both the living room and kitchen. Hot tub was great. Pack flip flops for the walk to the hot tub.

The house was well equipped ranging from a well stocked kitchen with necessities, laundry facilities and toiletry items. The guest book was very helpful highlighting the many wineries and restaurants that were nearby. Kenwood is a good location with everything needed in town. Good parks and hiking was a bonus. We loved the indoor fireplace and outdoor hot tub.

House and location is as advertised and a nice stop for a long weekend. I have stayed at this property before and like the central location to Sugar Loaf State Park and Jack London State Park as well as wineries. I would say the exterior space needs a cleanup/refresh and the beds both have massive mattress toppers and probably need replaced (at least for my sleeping preference)

The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice. For two couples it was a good place to stay - each couple had their own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plenty of space and the kitchen was functional. Outdoor seating was ok and the grill worked. Convenient location. Wineries close and quiet neighborhood in a small town. Great restaurant options close by. On the downside there is no AC in the home. Fortunately the nights cooled down enough for sleeping. Some of the outdoor furniture could be updated. The kitchen lacked a stove. There is a cooktop. Overall, it was a nice home and we would stay there again.

I do not recommend ever staying here in the summer. The place was very hot. No air conditioning or fans in the house. There was a portable air conditioner that needed to be vented to the outside and kept shutting off during the day. It was awkward to operate. There was only one set of bath towels to use for the entire stay.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable visit. The inside of the house was very clean and thoughtfully maintained.A resident fox even made a charming appearance during our stay, adding a unique touch without being a nuisance. Peter was a great host—his communication was clear and timely, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.

Stellar Stay in Sonoma

Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Recommended for 2 couples or a family. Perfect location near wineries and eateries. Many within walking distance. House was very private and quiet. Host was friendly, communicated promptly and was very accommodating. Nice bottle of wine to welcome us. Outdoors could use a little clean up in some areas but were still very inviting including the hot tub. Overall excellent.

suuuuuuuper great location!

this is such a great spot between santa rosa and sonoma! it makes lots of areas within great striking distance. we also made great use of the hot tub and bacci court!

Nice but not as expected

This property came up when I searched Yountville. Having never been to Napa I had no idea it was in a completely different area. Location was fine just not as expected. Pictures of outside spaces on the listing are totally misleading-property needs attention. Interior was fine, fireplace was nice, beds were comfortable and the space was clean but not particularly well appointed.

This location is in a great location and was midpoint to some of the great vineyards near Santa Rosa and Sonoma. It was; however, a bit disappointing as we expected a beautiful outdoor setting and to be able to hang out outside when not out touring the area. Much of the outdoor furniture was old, the paint was peeling off some of the chairs and some of the other outdoor furniture was quite rickety and appeared as though it may crumble if one sat in them. The bocce area has not been maintained and had many weeds. It appeared No effort was made to prepare the outdoor area for guests. The outdoor table and chairs were covered in dirt and dead leaves, as were the patios. The stairs leading from the living room area to the back outdoor area was beginning to rot and one of the outdoor chairs was completely broken and had been thrown in the corner, along with a very old hot tub cover which clearly had been there for some time.

Kenwood vacation rental

The area was beautiful and relaxing. The house was beautiful and clean. We were gifted a bottle of local wine which was very much appreciated. If we ever decide to go back we will definitely stay here again

Great Location, Clean Inside - Outside Needs Attention

The location of this property is tough to beat in Sonoma. You're a 10 minute drive from 20-30 wineries and tasting rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of the trip. The inside of the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared there. The TV was a little wonky - but we figured it out. The negatives of this review fall mainly on the outside - which is a total shambles. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on the listing. Overgrown and not maintained for a few years by the looks of it. The only positive was that the hot tub was cleaned and we were able to use that a couple of times. Overall, due to the location and the inside of the house we gave it 3 out of 5 stars, and if the owner ever is able to restore the outside to how they are portrayed in the listing, it would be 5.

Kenwood / Sonoma Getaway

The house was very cozy and friendly. The kitchen was set up nicely and worked well for 1 or 2 couples. After roaming around Kenwood Sonoma and Santa Rosa, we had enjoyable evenings with the gas fireplace and big-screen TV! While we were there, it rained most days and nights, but there were some breaks in the weather to enjoy the hot tub. If you are a TALL person, the main bathroom shower head is at least 7' so you can have an enjoyable shower. The Weber gas grill was clean, and we enjoyed cooking on it. Because of the rain, we didn't enjoy the entire property and all it had to offer. Thank you, Peter!

Nice property in Sonoma County

Nice property near lots of wineries. Nearest larger town is Santa Rosa. Just a warning one bed is super hard and one is super soft. Also if you are going in winter, the heating is a bit odd - two heaters in bedroom and then a gas fireplace in main room that heats up super quick so you have to turn it on then off when it gets too hot and then back on.

Wine tasting with The Johnson

Nice home in a good location close to the wineries and nice restaurants. Gardener came and trimmed up the grounds. We enjoyed the Bocce Ball court. Perfect for two couples, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms with a Queen and King beds.

Absolutely Perfect

The cutest and coziest house that is tucked into the Kenwood neighborhood. Walking distance to several wineries and the local market! Excellent house for a weekend with the girls or something a little more romantic. Hot tub was in good working condition and well taken care of. The yard was a bit messy but it was no big deal. The property has many mature trees that drop leaves. They provide the property with so much privacy, I think it's better. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
