Tout nouveau pour Luxury Beach Rentals, cette belle maison de plage sur trois étages offre 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains, un salon au premier étage avec canapé-lit, une télévision intelligente de 65 pouces, un ascenseur, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, des planchers en bois franc, des portes intérieures, des cages d'escaliers doublées de lambris, des accents de moulures et bien plus encore dans cette maison de plage en parfait état. Cette maison dispose de trois terrasses couvertes et le patio du dernier étage offre des levers de soleil spectaculaires, l'endroit idéal pour votre café du matin. La salle de jeux propose un système de style arcade avec 150 jeux classiques (ex Pacman, Mario, Space Invaders, Flipper, etc.). Réservez vos vacances d'été maintenant et soyez l'une des premières familles à séjourner dans cette maison exclusive.

Hébergement de sommeil:

Le premier étage a une demi-cuisine avec réfrigérateur et salle de séjour avec canapé-lit et grande télévision connectée à écran plat et salle de bains. Le deuxième étage a un deuxième salon, une grande cuisine et une chambre avec un lit queen size et son propre combo baignoire / douche pleine grandeur. Le troisième étage a les quatre autres chambres; La première chambre a un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre a deux lits queen size dans lesquels les deux chambres partagent un jack et jill salle de bain complète. La troisième chambre a un grand lit avec une salle de bain complète. Quant à la chambre principale, vous vous sentirez vraiment comme un roi avec un lit king-size et une immense salle de bain spacieuse avec un support dans la douche..

The property was very nice overall, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few maintenance and upkeep issues that should be addressed. There were several minor broken items that could have been repaired before guests arrived. That said, the management team was very responsive and addressed our concerns promptly, which we appreciated. With a little more attention to routine maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay.Also, we found it to be an excellent location.

Uninhabitable Conditions - Mandatory Corporate EvacuationWe were forced to vacate this property after the upstairs bedrooms reached an unlivable 87 degrees due to an air conditioning failure. The management company offered zero temporary solutions, fans, or communication for multiple days. Vrbo Corporate actively stepped in, deemed the property materially deficient, and officially authorized our emergency checkout. Do not recommend due to severe maintenance neglect and abandonment of guest communication.

6 women stayed at the house, the house size was perfect for us. It was in a nice location, we could walk to many places, and we used Uber to get around. We were only about 1 block from the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and clean rental for them and their family. The elevator is a major plus, especially for transporting luggage between each floor. Very luxurious property and I would definitely stay here again! Walking distance from the beach is another plus!

A great house!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The location was perfect and only about a minute walk from the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and very close to popular Myrtle Beach destinations such as Broadway, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. This is a great rental property and a great place to stay.

Birthday getaway

My family and I went down to Myrtle Beach for my daughter’s 17th birthday and rented this lovely beach house. I must say we were definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the home. There is not one single thing that I can complain about, every aspect of this house was wonderful and cozy. The WiFi worked and we got great reception and most of all had a wonderful time. So much so that we spent a lot of time at the house.

Beautiful home close to the beach

This house looks just like the pictures. The management company are very responsive and friendly. The house could have been cleaner in bathrooms. TVs need to be serviced because they kept going out every few minutes. Didn't like having to park in the garage because of limited parking. Street is very narrow so hard to get into garage spaces. Yes, we would stay here again because of the short walk to the beach.

More Chairs

Would of been nice to have more chairs on the porch or even more comfortable seating as we liked to sit out there in the evenings. Also, why no dishwasher detergent, more toilet paper and paper towels? And why did ww have to strip the beds and bring everything down to laundry room. This was a first for us! Otherwise, nice house and great location to beach.

Great location

The house was nice. It’s age is showing. 2nd floor bathroom needs a new toilet seat. Trash can on second floor (kitchen)needs to replaced. The sofas need to be aired or cleaned. They have a distinct odor that doesn’t smell clean. The location is very good but I would look at others units in the same area.
