Belle propriété familiale au bord du lac sur le lac Brant

Bienvenue Ă  Paradise Point. Il s'agit d'une maison privĂ©e au bord du lac au pied d'une pĂ©ninsule sur le magnifique lac Brant. La maison est Ă  partir de la route Ă  environ 300 pieds, et seulement 1 autre maison a accĂšs Ă  l'allĂ©e. Sans route Ă  traverser et avec une grande pelouse, il est trĂšs adaptĂ© aux enfants. La maison a 3 chambres Ă  coucher et un grenier. 2 chambres ont des lits queen. 1 chambre avec lits superposĂ©s (twin). Loft (escaliers trĂšs raides) a 3 lits jumeaux. Aucun linge n'est fourni. Il y a 1 salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire / douche, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Il y a une cuisine complĂšte avec assiettes, verrerie et ustensiles. La cuisine est ouverte sur une grande piĂšce et un grenier. La porte coulissante sort sur une nouvelle grande terrasse donnant sur le lac avec une plage privĂ©e (pas pour la baignade) et un quai. Il y a un gril au propane (nous fournissons du propane) sur le pont ainsi qu'une grande table Adirondack. Si vous descendez la rampe pour handicapĂ©s Ă  travers la grande pelouse de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la pĂ©ninsule, vous avez une terrasse en pierre avec 50 pieds de plage jusqu'aux bacs pour les baigneurs. Il y a un radeau pour nager qui est partagĂ© par une autre maison sur la pennisula. Il y a un quai Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison pour les petits bateaux, mais peut ĂȘtre trĂšs peu profond. Il y a un bateau Ă  rames et un canoĂ« avec des gilets de sauvetage pour votre usage. Il y a un petit foyer avec du bois fourni. La terrasse dispose de 4 chaises longues. Il y a un filet de badminton / vollyball. C'est un endroit amusant, prĂšs du lac George, de Bolton Landing et de Gore Mountain. Nous avons d'excellents restaurants et des commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©.

Another great stay

We stayed in June and immediately made a reservation for October. The weather was beautiful. Just so relaxing to sit out by the lake with a fire. The chapel house kitchen is so well equipped. Waking up to the view of the mists on the lake - excellent! All pretty perfect! Can't wait for our next visit.

quiet hideaway

Beautiful view of the tranquil lake and surrounding mountains. Hiking options all around. Remember to bring your own linens, towels and supplies. House was warm and everything functioned well during our mid-October stay. We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the beautiful Fall colors.

Peaceful, awesome place

We loved our stay here. The home was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck at the awesome table. The swimming beach was perfect and sitting at our private beach was also fun. It's a beautiful location and we appreciated the privacy. We definitely would like to come back next year.

Wedding weekend

We rented "The Chapel" for family who were attending our daughter's September wedding at Jimbo's on the Point -just across the lake. It worked out well. Other family members have stayed here during the summers. Ideal location - just wish there was one more full bathroom - then it would be perfect.

Brant Lake

Property as described. We were able to have family 7-85 years old. Great ramp to assist great grandma's walker. Very comfortable space. Beautiful lake. Owner very responsive to needed repair. Would definitely recommend. Already thinking about renting next year.

Beautiful fall weekend

My family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend here this fall. The home was clean and had everything we needed - all we had to do was bring some groceries and linens and enjoy ourselves. There is a large open yard, and the property is well away from the (quiet) road. My son fished from the dock all weekend, and we did some hikes as a family - lovely trails are very nearby. There was plenty of firewood for evening s’mores. We are looking forward to returning, and we would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway!

Wonderful getaway

This place is fantastic! We decided to stay at this one of a kind lakeside hideaway to gather with friends and enjoy the beauty of September. We were not disappointed. The property is semi private, with a fabulous deck overlooking the firepit and dock. The listing was exactly as described, nothing fancy, but near perfection in its isolation. 8 friends spent a memorable, much needed break from reality. Even the dog was smiling! We look forward to visiting again soon.

Adirondack Haven

This was the perfect getaway for our group of adults and teenagers! The boys enjoyed playing games, making fires and endless fishing on the canoe, rowboat and kayaks. The adults just enjoyed the serenity. The kitchen was very well appointed and spacious and ample comfortable bedding for all. Accuracy of listing was only rated 4 satrs because we felt the photos don't do the property its due justice. A very much needed getaway for us all...Looking forward to returning in the future.

Gorgeous place

This property doesn't disappoint. The cabin is simple yet spacious and contains all the amenities required for a cozy and comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive. We ran out of hot water because there was no oil left in the tank, but Paul had us back up and running within the hour. Great service! Perfectly located and sure to become a family favorite for repeat-trips. (o:

Great rental!

We try to come to this rental once a year. It is a great location. It is clean and everything we need is there. There are two private beaches to use and a dock where we were able to do a lot of fishing this year. There is a volleyball net that the kids used for volleyball and badminton. There is also a large deck and large table for the family to sit outside and have our lunch and dinners together. Plenty of room for our family of six. We hope to be able to return for many years to come!

Totally relaxing

What an excellent spot to just kick back and relax. On one side of the chapel is nice quiet cove for fishing and on the other side are the beach and kayaks. The master bedroom has a great view of the lake. Worth making sure to bring king size sheets just to see the sunrise. We didn't really do any cooking but the cabinets were well stocked. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the firepit - quiet enough to hear the bullfrogs and loons. Paul was nice enough to have the A/C on before our arrival - so appreciated on a hot day. We never needed it again that weekend. A few instructions on the remote for cool/heat would be handy. Maybe we just didn't see it. Loved how easy it was to use the kayaks. Judging from the guest book comments there are many returning vacationers. Now we'll be included in that group as we just booked another long weekend. The only con would be taking the garbage to the transfer station can be problematic as it's not open every day but it all worked out. Thanks for everything - can't wait to be back.

Such a beautiful & relaxing spot for a lake getaway.

This was our 2nd visit to paradise point, just love the location & area. The lake is just wonderful! The home provides a great location to enjoy the outdoors & gather w/family. An ideal home to reconnect & enjoy simple pleasure’s, enjoy view, swim, kayak , sit by fire , games & spend time with family. You leave feeling refreshed, revived & restored!! The house is owned by 3 brothers. I am the only one that lives in the area full time. The other 2 visit frequently, and stay at the family home further out on the peninsula. Our families have grown in size, and we have all loved growing up on Brant Lake.

We bought this property because it adjoins our parents home, and our families are growing so more room was needed.

Brant Lake is the nicest of all Adirondack Lakes. Not too small, and not too big. The water is very clean, and everything about being there is memorable.
