Nichée dans le quartier de Sunset Point, cette maison est idéalement située pour surfer et profiter de la côte d'Hawaii Sunset Beach. Nous sommes vraiment sur le côté océan de Sunset Point de l'autoroute Kamehameha entre la plage Backyards et la piste cyclable. Seulement 300 pieds de l'accès à la plage!

Cette belle propriété est un endroit privilégié pour surfer de tous les niveaux et / ou nager avec les enfants et explorer les bassins de marée. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de la pause surf de Backyards et à 3 minutes à pied du Sunset Point Surf Break. Si vous sautez sur la piste cyclable, vous pouvez accéder à V-Land, Rockies, Pipeline et Waimea Bay en quelques minutes. De plus, nous sommes à 2 minutes à pied de la célèbre boulangerie Ted et à quelques minutes en voiture de l’épicerie Foodland. De plus, n'oubliez pas que votre planche de skate est l'un des meilleurs parcs de skate de l'île à seulement 3 kilomètres! La randonnée est également très proche et accessible.

Notre propriété simple et douce a été rénovée et est entièrement meublée, offrant beaucoup d'intimité et de calme pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis. Il y a un parking hors rue. Cette unité est équipée de tout le confort de la maison, ainsi que des glacières, des chaises de plage et un parasol. Nous avons aussi un berceau, une chaise haute et des jouets de plage pour les enfants! Notre service local de location de vélos propose des vélos. Un service de blanchisserie est fourni pour les draps et les serviettes aussi souvent que nécessaire. Les articles personnels coûtent 10 dollars par chargement.

This upstairs unit was perfect in so many ways. It had everything we wanted including a patio, short walk to a beautiful beach and Ted's Bakery. We especially loved that our home for a week was in a residential neighborhood. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Good price point. I would definitely book again if I returned to the beautiful North Shore.

Wonderful stay, excellent location

There are many reasons everyone has given this stay 5 stars. The hosts and lovely and easy to communicate with. The property is large and well set-up and maintained. It felt like a privilege to stay within a NorthShore with other local families. There’s so much to enjoy on this side of the island and it’s really nice not to be in the hustle and bustle of Honolulu.

A great location and amazing hosts!

This was a truly great spot to spend real time on the North Shore. Beyond perfect and all about the ocean. So close to every great snorkeling spot on the North Shore. The hosts are so nice and helpful about the neighborhood. No washer or dryer access but they did have a super reasonable laundry dealie. . amazing people and locations.

We thought the place was great. My son was able to take off work and stayed with us 4 of the 8 nights we were there. Everyone loved it. The beaches close by are great. Kamala and Bill were great host. I can't say enough about the area. After we left north shore we stayed a couple nights in Waikiki. Next time all my time will be spent at north shore.

Perfect North Shore Rental

Recently stayed at this lovely rental for one week with my husband and two friends. The rental is in a great location, just steps to the beach on a quiet street. Walking distance to TED's Bakery and the bike path. The rental was the perfect size for the four of us. Kamala and her family are wonderful. Their dog Hilo is adorable! Would definitely recommend this rental to friends or family.

Family-Friendly North Shore Local Place

I was very happy with the place at the price point we paid. It is a simple, no-frills rental, no AC, so maybe not for everyone but with the windows open and the breeze the afternoon heat was not too bad. As promised very close beach access. Great for kids, they provided us with a crib and lots of toys our son liked. Great recommendations on stuff to do. Kamala and Bill were great hosts, made us feel like part of the family, would happily stay here again when we go back to Hawaii.

SERENITY IN PARADISE

This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay you cannot beat The location the hosts are just fabulous people. I could not have asked for a much better place than this to spend my first few weeks of retirement just to relax and enjoy I can't say enough it was fabulous. The accommodations are beautiful clean everything you need Kamala and Bill took care of everything that I needed I couldn't have asked for anymore. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach which is absolutely beautiful if you're looking for a great place to stay in a fabulous location then this is it you can't beat the host you can't beat the location Absolutely perfect I highly recommend staying here. There is absolutely no chance you'll be disappointed. I can't forget to mention there are 2 little dogs who are just the best. Mahala Bill and Kamala for a wonderful stay what a great way to start my retirement. I stayed for 18 days and I wasn't ready to go home but I'll be back. See you all soon.

Petite plage presque privée

Nous avons passé une adorable semaine. Mon moment préféré était le couché du soleil sur la plage pratiquement déserte. Il y a Sunset Beach à quelques minutes de voiture qui est l'une des plus belles plages de la région. Mes ados ont vraiment apprécié que nos hôtes nous prêtent des vélos. Il y a aussi un skatepark et une pâtisserie pas très loin. Un bel endroit pour dormir et explorer le Nord de l'île.

My stay here was amazing! Just a walk away from great surf, beautiful beaches to relax, and the best bakery around. Kamala and her family are the kindest people always a knock away if I ever needed anything. Truly a special place, they made the north shore feel like home. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. Kamala and Bill were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and present all while being respectful and cautious of the ongoing COVID pandemic. The location of the place was ideal. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and much more. Definitely comes as advertised and worth the money.

My brother, friend and I stayed at this property for around a month. Kamala and her husband were wonderful hosts — they gave us a warm welcome and we enjoyed running into them and chatting from time to time. The place was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and — despite being upstairs from the hosts — provided a ton of privacy. It got hot a bit during the day but there were lots of fans to keep a breeze going. There was no microwave or dishwasher but we made do. Would highly recommend!!

Best place to stay on the North Shore

My partner and I stayed here for a month and we truly did not want to leave. This is the best place to stay on the North Shore. The beach just a two minute walk away and you have a front row seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets at Sunset Beach. Shark's Cove, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline are right up the street. Kamala and her family are amazing - they are so helpful and knowledgable about the area. Their totally comfortable upstairs unit has everything you need including super fast wifi. We had no trouble working remotely during our stay. We'll be back!

North Shore Vacay!

We had the best time staying here while vacationing on the North Shore! Kamala’s place was perfect for our family! Very comfortable, close to all the beaches, walking distance to Ted’s Bakery and a short drive to Hale’iwa. Loved walking to Backyards every day to see whales and turtles! Incredible Spot on North Shore

First time using VRBO and we had such an awesome experience. The place was lovely, the hosts extremely welcoming and helpful. We brought two little kids and the apartment had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Tons of kid toys, beach toys, crib and high chair. We were just a short walk to the beach but also a quick drive to other great spots on the North Shore. We couldn’t recommend this place more. It was Clean, tidy and equipped with all your Vacation needs. We’ll be back for sure!

Awesome All Around...

We usually stay in town, but since this was more of a business trip we decided to stay a bit closer to the majority of our business for the week. Also with a growing family, it’s becoming a bit more difficult to comfortably fit in a smaller space. Enter this place... Let me just start with the host, the family is amazing. Very welcoming, a true representation of aloha. They were kind enough to offer to wash a load of laundry, and even offer up flash lights and “fairy lights” (candles) during a night of brief power outage. Those who have lived on the islands know it happens from time to time, so not a shot at the property at all. As far as the location, it’s appropriately located just far enough off the beaten path to not constantly hear the madness that Kam Highway can be, but close enough to walk to Ted’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Parking was generous enough to handle the Escalade, and the neighborhood was safe and well lit. Convenient location to the running trails, will allow you the opportunity to shed a bit of the carbs from all the delicious food that surrounds. On site wifi and plenty warm water for those with teenagers. All in all, this place is five stars all the way around. Would definitely stay here again, if they would have us. 😁

Relaxing getaway

This spot is perfectly located on the north shore with great beaches short walking distance. If you haven't been to the north shore it's a great little spot in this big world. The house was nice and and was well suited for our small family of three. We spent most our time at the beach or travelling around the area but when we were at the house it got pretty hot during the day/afternoon at times - they did have ceiling fans and other small fans to make it work. I would be more than happy to stay at the property again. The hosts were friendly and accomodating
