Place could do with a bit of spruce up. The ceilings above the doorway especially, looks like water has been leaking in.Bathroom too.That said its a lovely apartment, in a great location, great pool etc.Great communication so no worries there.

The wi-fi and internet did not workno computer link, tv or Whatsap phone for the duration of our stayOn contacting the owner with our problem he played dumbabout the issue reception were as helpful as they could be but the owner was aware it was not working as previous guests had suffered the same fateThe hotel had informed him that he needed to upgrade the router in the room or he would loose wi-fi and internet connectionHe told them he was not prepared to pay for the upgradeand was obviously fully aware that guests would be without internetOn talking to other owners this particular owner is known for getting complaints particularly regarding cleanlinessEl mirador hotel itself was spotless and the views and gardens spectacularJust do not use this owner's apartment

Location good to all amenities

Location was fine with all amenities close by.However, the washing machine door seal split open after the first week and was not repaired in the three weeks we were there. Also the dead lock on the flat entrance door did not work. It took us a week to work out the tv, more in depth instructions would be of more use. The receptionist was extremely helpful to us.

Excellent Stay at El Nautico Suites

Perfectly located and great accommodation. I have to mention that communication prior to the holiday and during it was excellent.A special heads up to Kelly who really looked after us. She even dropped in her own Hair Drier and Accessories for my wife. We were told there wasn't one there, but she went out of her way to ensure we were catered for. Thanks Kelly. You're a Star!The only down sides were that the Dishwasher was broken as was the Jetted Bathtub. My wife enjoys hot tubs and a bath, so she was a little disappointed, but it didn't spoil our holiday. Perhaps the features on the listing should be updated until things are changed.All in all, we would consider going back there again sometime and highly recommend it.

Beautiful property

Overall lovely stay. It would benefit from a sofa bed however we overcame this by making a makeshift bed from the patio furniture which worked well. Comfortable apartment with all the amenities of home. The alexa is a great touch and we enjoyed that aswell. Looking forward to staying again.

Fault reported to owner, but never actioned upon

Great ground floor apartment is lovely complex Spacious will all amenities fully provided Good communication with their on the ground colleague, who was always quick to reply to queries. Had an issue as the Air Conditioning was constantly on and could not be switched off This caused a permanent noise which was totally unbearable right throught the night every night. This was reported on numerous occasions And every time we were told somebody would be round to repair the fault. This NEVER happened and we gave up asking in the end. Also there was a smell of cigarettes in the bedroom, this may have been coming from the above apartment

Wonderful property

Lovely appmt very well appointed. Only 2 gripes: Reception was closed at 3:45 on Friday afternoon so getting the key wasn't as straightforward as it should have been and the bathroom (bath area mainly) was very grubby. Overall though we loved it abd would go back.

GREAT AFTER A DISASTROUS START

The apartment and the complex were superb and over all we enjoyed our stay. The first day however was horrendous. We arrived early, at 1300hrs, and expected to see the cleaner and arrange to leave our bags, be given a key and go and do some shopping, while they finished the cleaning.. We had been travelling for over 13 hours and were totally exhausted, You can imagine our dismay when we were told that the electricity had been switched off, because the owner had not paid his bill. The roller shutter doors on both patio windows were closed so the apartment was in total darkness, so that the cleaner could not do her cleaning. We were advised not to buy any food , as the fridge was off and that we would probably not be able to stay in the flat, We walked to the supermarket and bought candles and a lighter so we could at least stay in the flat that night ( as we were desperately in need of sleep), and thought we would have to find a hotel for the rest of our stay. When we returned to El Nautico we were met by Barry, the Chairman of the complex committee, who told us he was putting the electricity on for the rest of stay, as he thought it was unfair to punish innocent people, You can imagine our relief. The cleaner did come back the next day a complete her cleaning George the owner was supposed to contact us with an alternative plan but did not contact us throughout the whole of our stay. We did have a lovely holiday despite everything that happened, however there was a general lack of information in the flat. The TV didn't work as per the write up, despite following the brief instructions. We could not use the safe ( no instructions). Same applies to the washing machine. Ourselves and the cleaner could not double lock the door, we could only shut it on the latch. The DVD player was not connected and there were no DVDs anyway. It is such a shame as this is probably the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in 18 in the last 12 years. My advice to anyone booking this apartment is to contact the owner and discuss potential problems before finalising your booking

Fantastic location

Had a great stay at this ground floor apartment with verandah and easy access to pool and garden areas. We had our own sun loungers. The apartment had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. Kitchen was well equipped with washing machine. TV had all channels including sport for football fan husband and full range of UK stations and movies. Loved having an Alexa for music to complement our pre dinner drinks. The complex itself was very well maintained and the communal areas immaculate. Quiet area with beautiful sunsets and sea sounds but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. We loved the short walk to the next village of Los Abrigos for fresh fish. Would recommend

Absolutely beautiful place

What a stunning location! the sea views are spectacular. The apartment is perfect, like home from home with Alexa and everything you need. The pool area also has a fantastic view and the pool bar is next to the pool with gorgeous food and the cocktails are fab. The restaurants and bars are not far away with plenty of choice . This is the place to completely relax and unwind.
