Appartement neuf exposé plein sud avec une grande terrasse, ensoleillé du matin au soir .5 min. aux restaurants et magasins. Distance à pied 8 min. à la plage de Puerto Colon. À 2 minutes du plus grand parc aquatique d'Europe, l'Aquapark Adeje Tenerife. Centre commercial "SAN Eugene" avec Macardona et petit café à 6 min.
Centre commercial Siampark et Siam 0,8 km. TV satellite et internet. Tout dans l'appartement zoals, serviettes, draps, etc. Cuisine entièrement meublée. Cuisinière avec four, micro, grille-pain, machine à café, presse-fruits, etc.

Willie the host was very friendly, informative and welcoming, the apartment is as the pictures, the terrace is huge and gets the sunshine most of the day. Really enjoyed our stay and will be eager to stay here again. Beautiful views.

A return to visit to the apartment and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean throughout, well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a self catering break. The terrace is spacious and well equipped with quality outdoor furniture making for a very relaxing stay.Communication pre visit, on arrival and departure was clear and concise. Welcoming arrival from Alex as always.Look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely apartment with spacious terrace

Lovely apartment with very spacious terrace perfect for a relaxing holiday. Communication with host throughout booking process and post arrival clear and helpful, as was the meet and greet check in and checkout process with Alex. We would definitely return to the apartment.

Great terrace apartment

This is a freat apartment. About 10 minutes walk to town centre. There are a few bars close to the property as well as 2 supermarkets within a few hundred yards. Appartment is well equipped with a very large terrace. A great place to stay

Just had a lovely 5 week stay in this apartment and really enjoyed it. Big sunny balcony with sea views sun from 10am till 7pm .Apartment has everything you need fridge freezer oven hob good walk in shower. Good value supermarket nearby and Alfred the owner let us stay till 4pm .Definitely recommend

Super apartment

This was my third time at this apartment. The property has everything you need. Full kitchen, a great patio area with all day sun, rooftop pool. Great location with some nearby bars and cafes. 10 minute walk takes you to the main part of town and less than €5 will get you a taxi back.

Excellent apartment, 8 min walk to top road of adje,great soth facing patio with top rated sun lounges and table and chairs,sun on pato/balcony from 9.30 till sun down at 18.00,hill up from town can be a bit of climb,but both of us in our 60's,manged it taxi's only 4 euros during day and night.

Lovely apartment.... slightly out of town.

Nice apartment with a fantastic private sun terrace. Our only negative was the location. We booked knowing that it would be a walk into town but probably didn't appreciate just how far or hilly it would be...it's a good 20 minutes to the beach downhill , obviously more on the way back including over 50 steps if you take the most direct route. It's a lovely apartment but for us it was just a little too far out of town.

We stayed in January for 3 weeks. Lovely apartment with large sunny patio. Yes it’s a 20 minute walk downhill to the beach and obviously uphill on the way back but we didn’t find that a problem taking it at our own pace. Transport to and from the apartment by Willie was very good and punctual.

This is a super little apartment with everything you need for a stay in Tenerife. Ok, so there’s no A/C but I slept well every night. The terrace is the star of the show, it’s huge! There is all you need for cooking and laundry. The apartment is far enough away from the busy centres of Adeje and Américas but close enough to walk there. There are small supermarket and cafe/restaurants nearby. The flexibility on leaving with the leasing agent used along with the transport from and back to the airport was great too, Alex was great to deal with on arriving and leaving. I would definitely recommend and plan on returning later in the year.

Apartment with a great terrace

We enjoyed the apartment and the large terrace which gets a lot of sun is without doubt the best feature. The sunloungers and outdoor seating area are great so for the outside space alone the apartment suited us well. The bedroom is a little cramped and so is the bathroom but the kitchen and living area is fine. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by which provide everything you are likely to need and we found a couple of nice restaurants, particularly a lovely Italian, within a few minutes walk. The wider choice of places to eat involves at least a 15 minute walk but the walk is worth it as there are some great restaurants.

Excellent appartment

Stayed in July 2020. Accommodation was as per pictures and very clean. As its a very large double bed in bedroom its a bit of squeeze on one side however this takes nothing away from the accommodation with its huge sea view balcony that had the sun all day and enough towels etc and has a washing machine if needed. Around 200 metres to the Aquapark with a couple of pubs and small supermarkets within 5 minute walk and and 20 minute walk into main area of costa adeje. bit of a hill to get back up but only €4 taxi from costa adeje central area. Was met at accomodation by a friend of the owner and his wife and lovely little dog and they were very friendly and explained everything to us. Would have no issues staying here again.

Super appartement

Appartement spacieux, moderne, bien situé avec une grande terrasse. Piscine dans la résidence. L’appartement était propre mais il y avait des petites bêtes dans la cuisine surtout.. et il manquait 2-3 trucs essentiels comme du 2-3 rouleaux de papier toilette, savon pour les mains, liquide vaisselle, et 2-3 produits pour la machine à laver. Sinon parfait

you get and starters basket with milk coffee toilet paper biscuits sugar offered free of charge from us. this is a holiday home where you have to do your own shopping, this is not a hotel. The little Spanish besties come if you don't clean the table properly in the morning after breakfast, sorry this is Spain. For every guest, the Apartment is professionally cleaned from and company

Toller Urlaub - tolles Apartment!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Dazu beigetragen hat auch unsere Wahl des Apartments. Hier ist alles so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Übergabe sowie die Kommunikation waren völlig unkomplziert. Sehr genossen haben wir nicht nur das Land und die Leute, sondern auch die schönen Abende auf der Terasse! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon, dass wir auch im kommenden Jahr wieder hier sein dürfen!!!!!!

Beautiful modern apartment, super clean, well equipped and amazing terrace!

Just returned from an amazing weeks holiday in this beautiful apartment. It has everything you could wish for, full TV package, lovely coffee machine. The icing on the cake is the amazing outside terrace area which we spent most of our days. The sunbeds are the comfiest we’ve ever laid on! Highly recommend this little gem. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great apartment

Accommodation was bright, modern and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater. .Location is exactly as described with supermarkets, malls and bars nearby. Rooftop pool is very nice and was quiet. Very large sea view balcony that had the sun all day. Good speed wi-fi and lots of satellite TV channels if you want to stay in and chill out. Main part of costa adeje is 10-15 minute walk. Would recommend you take a taxi back - fare is about €4. I would book again.
