Let's Do It Again

The property was great. The location was great also. It is in walking distance to everything. I di not need a car. When I did, I used Uber. If I visited Puerto Rico again, I would stay stay there again. The owner, Daniel was great also with the pre arrival instructions and his promptness in responding to a few of my questions after my arrival.

Great apt, great location

Stayed for 10 days with my girlfriend and we had a great time overall! Everything is very close, the apartment is nice and has a great view. Daniel was super helpful and responsive too.

Property location is great — right in the heart of the Condado tourist district with great restaurants and entertainment. Property is well maintained: clean, secure (with 24-hour guards), easily accessible, fast Wi-Fi and overall good amenities. Property Manager is very responsive, accommodating and really pleasant to work with.

The best!

I discovered this studio in 2007 when I flew to PR for a High School class reunion. I loved the place so much that I reserved it for the class reunions in 2012 and once again this year. I spent one week there this month. It's the perfect location, walking distance to markets, shops, entertainment, the beach, and great restaurants. (Ropa Vieja is highly recommended). The studio is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for your stay. Another plus is the designated parking spot for your rental car. No worries about finding a place to park after a day exploring the island. Customer service is stellar with Daniel Correa communicating with me before, during, and at the end of my stay. I will return soon to the island and hope this beautiful studio will be available at that time. It has become my Puerto Rican home. Thank you, Daniel!

My 2022 trip to Puerto Rico

I am so happy with my experience with my rental in the Condado Studio Apartment. Dan Correa was available to talk to before, during and even after I left (I left something behind and he arranged for me to get it back). The detailed information given by Dan helped me navigate through the process. The studio was just big enough and my sister and I were very comfortable. And the views are to die for. I was able to take some wonderful photos of the moon. The apartment area was great because you have many shops and restaurants to pick from. I was able to drive around the island and come back feeling safe because there is always security guards in the building. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you, Dan for everything.

Great location!

We had a very positive experience staying here and exploring the island! The view of the city and the ocean is amazing. The place is very clean and well taken care of. The only two negatives (which aren't at the fault of the host) were: there was one working elevator and there is no wifi. I would bet we spent an hour waiting for the elevator in our few days there. I would typically walk up or down stairs but 16 flights is too much for me, although we did have to go down them as we checked out because both elevators were out. Wifi was advertised and we were able to connect but it wasn't fast enough to load an internet page let alone watch Netflix at night or do any work from our laptops. That was frustrating, but we turned it into a positive to read and talk more and get to sleep to wake up early and enjoy the days! I contacted the host about it and never heard back about whether it was a fluke or if the wifi is just not strong enough to hold connection. Either way, this is a 5/5 place and if we return we would stay again!

One of the best host I’ve had

Everything was great! Beautiful view of Condado and walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The host has everything you need and really good communication. He is very organized to help your check in and check out go smoothly. Recommend for any couple.

Excellent stay

Had an amazing stay at the Ashford. Everything was described in the perfect manner and everything available for you. Such a plus to rent a condo and also be provided with towels for the beach and pool. The pictures for this listing do not do justice it is so much lovelier in person. Very clean and neat amazing balcony where you can view all the action on Ashford Avenue and the host Dan is very communicative and will make your stay seem less. No need to book a fancy hotel anymore when you have this privacy and fine accommodations. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting the condado area also excellent in location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Incredible ocean views in a great location

I stayed here for just over 5 weeks, waking up every morning to incredible wall-to-wall beach and cityscape sunrises. The location is excellent, just across the street from a small beach, and within a 10 minute's walk to Ocean Park Beach and the lagoon. Lots of great food options nearby as well, restaurants and groceries. We loved having a parking spot for our rental car, and found the building staff to be friendly. Daniel is a great host as well, and was super responsive on the few occasions I needed to reach him. Would definitely stay here again!

I stay in PR often. This place was not only great and accurately described, the details are what is important, the little thingsm Towels, soap, bidet, little cooler coffee machine. Million dollar view. Great location
