LA PISCINE EST MAINTENANT OUVERTE POUR VOTRE UTILISATION !!! TOUS NOS SERVICES FONCTIONNENT APRÈS L'OURAGAN MARIA QUI COMPRENNENT L'ÉLECTRICITÉ, L'EAU, LE CÂBLE ET INTERNET.
L'appartement est situé sur la plage de Condado à San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cette zone est très sûre et regorge d'attractions / activités touristiques. Le surf, la planche à voile, le kayak, le kitesurf, le beach-volley, le beach soccer et d'autres sports de plage sont courants le long de notre plage. Depuis notre appartement, vous pourrez facilement vous rendre à pied à certains des meilleurs restaurants, hôtels, casinos et lieux de vie nocturne de San Juan, Porto Rico. Condado abrite le célèbre hôtel La Concha, Marriott Stellaris, Conrad Hotel, Caribe Hilton, tous accessibles à pied. What a wonderful site for comfortable stay!Location Location Location: so easy to get around on this stretch of Ave.Ashford. (there's a site security watched free parking too) Combo of pool (semi-olympic, so lots of space for all) as well as lovely beachfront. Balcony view is stunning! Local restaurants with variety of cuisines, include award-winning chefs and historic entrepreneurs ! Enjoyed gym, lending library & 24-hr mini-market on site. Easy taxi -or free city bus- to Santurce as well as Old San Juan. Host had well appointed kitchen & bedroom space . He was easy to contact, if needed. Appreciate it!

Fantastic location, steps from the beach and lots of the city within a short walk. You have a convenience store in the building and a supermarket just a few blocks away. The apartment was in great shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the pool and on the beach. It was plenty big for out family of 3. Our host was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out were super easy.

The room was very clean with all the accommodations you would want for a beach front property. Kitchen was big and fully furnished! Ample parking if you rent a car.The host was exceptional. Very clear with instructions, and quick to reply whenever he was needed. Access to the beach was such a big plus. The gym was an unexpected benefit that I used daily. Highly recommended!

Lou is a great host -- very responsive to our needs. The building is in a great location -- lots of very nice restaurants nearby, the beach is wonderful, and the pool is very nice. The apartment has a perfect view of the ocean and it's lovely to sit out on the balcony and take in the view and the breeze. The apartment is very comfortable and was stocked very well with necessities.

Everything was as described in the info on the website.. the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff there were all friendly and so was the host . Our host, Lou, was very informative, and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was really nice, clean and well appointed. The view was beautiful, and we will miss the sound of the waves as we fall asleep tonight. The only cons were the mattress was too soft for us. And, it would be nice if there were a few more empty drawers/cabinets for guests to put things. Great place to stay! Thank you Lou.

Great oceanfront location on the 12th floor. The beach views were amazing and it never felt too crowded. Great launching point for Old San Jauan & El Yunque tours.

We got off to a little rough start because the power went out due to hurricane Erin. But Sunday morning, the power came back on, and the rest of the trip was really, really good. The apartment is very convenient and well stocked.!

My stay was 4 days. I arrived early before check in at 3pm. Louis allowed us to check in early which was at 12pm. The place it’s perfect for 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunrise and Sunset. The kitchen was clean and all the utilities needed. The free parking was the best and walking distance from to everything.

It was wonderful in Puerto Rico and our place was facing the ocean it was such a beautiful view ! The place had all the stuff to cook , beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and more it was a nice cozy place we felt like home there. The area was walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beaches. We definitely will be back .
