Belle 250 années ancienne Maison de Village dans le centre de Roussillon avec une vue imprenable

La Maison Roussillon est un de 250 ans maison de village provençal traditionnel disponible pour la location de vacances. La maison est située dans le centre du village médiéval perché de Roussillon, un des plus beaux villages de France. Il est plein de charme et situé à proximité de la tour de l'horloge * et de l'église et à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants, cafés, galeries et boutiques.

Parcourez l'arcade la plus photographiée de Roussillon et explorez notre belle maison de village qui s'étend sur quatre étages:

Rez de chaussée: Hall d'entrée, chambre avec un lit double (140cm x 200cm), grande cheminée et dressing et salle de douche (douche, WC et lavabo).

1er étage: Cuisine provençale traditionnelle entièrement équipée (plaque de cuisson et four, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire et grille-pain), salon / salle à manger avec cheminée, salon pour 8 personnes, table pour 6 personnes, TV, DVD et lecteurs de CD, toilettes séparées. Sur cet étage adjacent à la salle de séjour il y a aussi une petite chambre simple "style attique" (lit 90cm x 200cm) avec toit bas.

2ème étage: Grande chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size (180cm x 200cm), salle de bain / buanderie (grande baignoire autoportante, douche, WC, double lavabo, machine à laver et sèche linge).

3ème étage: terrasse sur le toit en plein air avec des vues à couper le souffle.

Il ya aussi une grande cave traditionnelle et reste d'un puits d'eau en dessous du rez de chaussée.

Un parking extérieur gratuit est disponible pour les clients à proximité de la propriété.

La piscine publique extérieure pittoresque de St Saturnin se trouve à 10 km.

La propriété est équipée d'un accès haut débit Internet Wifi, climatisation, double vitrage, ventilateurs et radiateurs électriques.

La Maison Roussillon est la base idéale pour découvrir la Provence. Situé à 30 minutes de tous les célèbres villages perchés du Luberon, y compris de Gordes, Bonnieux et Lacoste. Roussillon est en soi un 'Plus Beau Village de France' avec des restaurants, cafés, galeries et boutiques.

La propriété se déguste comme une propriété de 2 chambres pour 2-4 personnes. Cependant, l'utilisation de la troisième chambre avec un lit simple est également disponible sur demande moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

* S'il vous plaît noter le village tour de l'horloge Roussillon lors de l'utilisation carillons horaire 24/7, il est donc recommandé de réserver cette ou autres propriétés dans le centre du village Roussillon si cela pourrait être un problème pour vous. La plupart trouvent la tour de l'horloge pittoresque, mais certains trouvent qu'il est bruyant (et en tout cas nous fournissons des bouchons d'oreille gratuits pour les clients devrait le bruit être un problème!).

This was our second visit to this location. We were just as thrilled to be there as we were the first time. It's the perfect location both for it's convenience and it's aesthetics. We love the town, the ochre hills, the shops and it's proximity to many other beautiful sites. The property Manager, Joanna did a wonderful job of showing us amenities and then telling us about local attractions. It was great to see her again. Thanks Joanna.

Jaw dropping view from the terrace

Stunning property, everything about it is authentic, traditional, comfortable and welcoming. Situated right next to the church bel which was another highlight of the trip. Location is jealousy inducing for all the village visitors.

Beautiful Stay in Roussillon

This property in Roussillon is a fabulous base for exploring the area and enjoying the small village of Roussillon. The house is exactly as described - well situated, comfortable, and the roof top terrace is breathtaking. Joanna did a very thorough job of introducing us to the house and area and gave us a great lunch recommendation of Cafe Gaby in Lourmarin. We would love to go back one day - it is truly magificent.

Lovely structure in great location.The excessive amount of stairs should have been highlighted and was not clear to us prior to arrival. Terrific property in beautiful location. Roussillon is very convenient to explore local area, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes and further afield such as Arles, Aix-en-P and Avignon. At the end of each day we enjoyed the stunning evening 'magic hour' on the rooftop, sipping local wines. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A super traditionel Provencal house - and as it is used by the host and his family as well (when no guests are there), it is not a steril holiday home but beautifully "lived in". Everything you need is in the kitchen - oil, balsamico, herbs and even very delicious jam. Very generous. The house is very big, so perhaps too big (and expensive) for a couple only. We have been in October - when it gets very chilly in the evenings already and one has to heat an open fire in the small lounge. The more pleasant family room on the top floor does not have a heater. Also, the outdoor pool is not open anymore.The owner of the house is very responsive to any questions, communication was very easy. All in all, a top house with a brilliant balcony and view. Very recommendable - and Menerbes is a jewel.Hannah and Paul

We were two couples. Wonderful, Interesting place. Lots of stairs - so not good for those with mobility issues. Spectacular terrace (although weather wasn't very cooperative). We felt like nobility! Joanna was wonderful and did a thorough overview of the property. Loved it!

Top of the world at Roussillon

We were extremely impressed with the property manager who led us through the property orientation. She was very welcoming and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Both the "house on the hill" and Roussillon are unique and beautiful. We will definitely return to this piece of heaven.

A Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Rousillon. The home itself was incredibly comfortable – comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms. We were very thankful for the crib, high chair, and children's toys that were provided or our baby daughter. The home was very well located in Rousillon, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops in the town, and a short drive from neighboring villages. We can't wait to come back!

We loved staying in this village house. It was right in the center of town with a terrace that looks out over the town and the countrysid and on one of the most photographed streets in town. We had no issues with the accommodations, but this centuries old village house is on four levels, so if you have trouble getting up and down stairs, it might not be for you.

Everything about this home is lovely. It is perfectly located in the center of town, beautifully renovated, reasonably priced, and the upstairs patio has an amazing view. The caretaker is extremely helpful and delightful. As noted in their listing, it is located on 3 floors, so lots of steps, but for us that was no problem. Also, the bell tower is right next door, which we loved, but some may not, though it does stop from 10 pm until 7 am.

Such a beautiful place. The view from the roof top terrace was gorgeous. Joanna was so helpful an pleasant… went out of her way to accommodate all our needs!. Just be aware that there’s a lot of up hill walk to the villa & then multiple step in the unit.We are almost 80 but we also excise a lot!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very comfortable. We got used to the bell ringing very quickly and it was not an issue at all. The village gets crowded during the day, but this property is an oasis right in the middle. Managers were very friendly and helpful.

A gem in the lovely village of Roussillon

Property was better than described! We loved our stay and hated to leave. Comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful! A delight!!! One thing to note, if your travel is delayed past 8 pm you will arrive as restaurants are closing (at least in early September) and no ability to buy groceries. So you must plan ahead.

Fantastic stay in an amazing multi level home.

Staying at Maison Roussillon, high on the hill in this beautiful village was a highlight of our visit to France.Once stepping through the front door we were so grateful that we had chosen this beautifully restored home to stay in. The climb to top level terrace was rewarded with incredible views and a beaut spot for two ladies travelling together to enjoy our wine and cheese. Would highly recommend but make sure you are fit and able enough to climb plenty of stairs! We had excellent communication with the property manager who made us welcome on arrival.

Unique Roussillon Residence

We just loved our stay in this very charming Roussillon house right in the center of this lovely little village. The Manager met us on arrival and was extremely helpful getting us settled. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. The terrace at the top is nothing but "magical" with spectacular views where we enjoyed wine and picnic dinners while enjoying the view. The Wifi worked well as did everything else in this lovely old house. Wish we could have stayed longer. C & J - Napa Valley, California
