Belle retraite de montagne à Pinetop Lakeside

NOUVEAUX PLANCHERS !! Notre retraite de montagne est un chalet confortable situé dans les grands pins dans les Montagnes Blanches près de Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Notre cabine est joliment décoré dans tous les meubles de journaux. Il est à quelques minutes de toutes sortes d'activités de plein air telles que le ski de neige, pêche, randonnée, golf, équitation, jeux, sentiers de VTT, boutiques et restaurants. Profitez du temps des quatre saisons sur nos deux terrasses avec barbecue et dîner en plein air. Détendez-vous avec un bon livre et profiter de la cheminée en pierre en hiver ou faire une sieste dans le hamac de détente en plein air ou de dormir sous les étoiles sur le futon.

Notre refuge de montagne dispose de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains avec un canapé dépliant dans le salon et un futon sur le pont arrière. Notre cabine peut accueillir confortablement 8, mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 10. Le maître a un journal lit queen size en bas. Nous avons deux chambres à l'étage, une avec 2 ensembles de journaux lits superposés et l'autre a un lit superposé journal queen. Toutes les chambres et le salon ont Internet sans fil de TV plat et haut débit gratuit.

Cette maison est notre retraite familiale. Nous vous invitons à venir profiter de la sérénité, de l'air frais et de faire de merveilleux souvenirs.

This is our 3rd time to stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. Super quiet even though it is located in a fairly densely populated community. Our host, Adrienne has always been a great communicator and consistantly responds back super fast. Love this place and look forward to staying a 4th time next year.

Refreshing Getaway

This cabin was beautiful inside and had a variety of things to do from hiking, board/card games and ping pong.It’s also a great location, there’s a casino a few minutes away, as well as a lake for fishing!

Loved it!!

We enjoyed the cute, comfortable, cozy cabin. It’s in a great location. The area is quiet and surrounded by pines. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. We had a great time and loved everything about the cabin!

Ideal location for multiple family or friend gathering. Well equipped and centrally located. Our teenage grandchildren were delighted with the ping pong table in the garage.

Love this cabin!

This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back again. It has everything we needed and was just the perfect winter getaway for our family. We went sledding, played games, watched movies, went walking, and just reconnected as a family. Adrienne was always quick to answer my questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Wonderful time

Overall wonderful stay. Cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The table was sticky like it hadn’t been wiped down and when we cleaned it the paper towel was brown. And We dropped a piece to a game and had to move couch to get the piece and it was so dirty like it hadn’t ever been cleaned underneath. But the cabin was beautiful and otherwise very well kept. We had a very nice stay.

Happy Place

I enjoyed my retreat to the mountains and the weather was just wonderful. I come up to Pinetop annually to drop my son of at the Lion Camps and this cable was by far one of my favorites. Thank you so much sharing your beautiful cabin with me. It was very clean and the beds and furniture was very comfortable. Check in was easy with no hassles. I Plan on coming up again next year and I hope that this cabin will be available. I definitely would like to stay their again but next time I hope to extend my stay for bit longer.

Cabin was beautiful! Host was wonderful and quick to respond. She even said she'd mail my son's stuffed animal that we left behind. There were lots of games to play and even a few kid toys. There is a foosball table and ping pong table however they're not in very good shape due to rough guest use. The real wood fireplace was wonderful! The decor is so cute and totally appropriate for the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and they even provide a book with take out/delivery menus. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of blankets. You can even park in the garage which is great for the cold weather. Our family had a great get away in this cabin and we will definitely be returning!

Perfect mountain retreat

This property was recommended to us and we couldn’t be happier. There is ample space and all the bunk beds are bonus. The kitchen had all the cookware needed! We brought our own portable wheelchair ramp for entry into the house because one of our party is in a wheelchair. There was ample space for the wheelchair user to move around on the lower level. *** However, I would not consider this home ADA accessible-in regards to bathrooms though***. Our favorite part was enjoying the summer rainstorms on the front patio. The back patio is also nice, and much more spacious, but a little too close to neighbors. Our kids loved the ping pong table and walking around the nearby neighborhood pond. We look forward to returning!

This was our 4 th.stay at this cabin. 1st and second time was good. This last time the cabin had dust bunnies, the two bedrooms were extremely hot. and in the jet bathtub a brown recluse spider was found which became a family affair to kill. Also we found an asthma inhaler on the floor in one of the bedrooms upstairs while the other bedroom had candy wrappers and tissues on the side of the bed underneath. Also the fire alarm was hanging by the wire from the ceiling of one of the bedrooms upstairs. The whole entire week the cabin smelled of smoke, inside, due to the prescribed burnouts the area had which we were unaware of. It would have been nice if there were still carbon monoxide monitors in the cabin as before so we could have checked on the safety of the air quality within the cabin. Also we noticed that in front of the driveway there was bear feces. I understand that last two things mentioned can’t be controlled since it is part of mother n nature.

While we are dismayed to hear this guest’s previous stay over a year ago did not meet their expectations, we were not notified of any issues upon checkin or after their stay, and they booked a stay again this fall. All smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and functioning. We just installed new carbon monoxide detectors which look like smoke detectors so I can understand the confusion there. Prescribed burns and animal activity are beyond our control but we recognize the impact they can have on the enjoyment of the outdoors. If we are aware of these potential impacts we share them with guests and also encourage guests to reach out during their stay and upon checkin with any concerns or issues. Prior to this stay we accommodated an early check in upon request and extended the payment deadline multiple times so it is disappointing to receive negative feedback after trying to accommodate every request we received. As evidenced by our overall ratings over ten years and previous reviews, we stand by our service, cleanliness and safety standards and look forward to hosting new guests in our wonderful mountain retreat!
