Great Spot for a Weekend Getaway

The unit was lovely. Decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the stove top not igniting, but the maintenance staff responded immediately and resolved the issue. Convenient to the pool, pickleball courts and bike rentals. We would stay here again!

Perfect place to relax

This place was exactly what we needed - close to town, while being far enough out to relax and take in the beautiful views. Also right next door to snow canyon and wonderful hiking. The home was incredibly clean. We loved the airy, open feel and all the natural lighting and patio space. Love the privacy and size of the master suite. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location

We were there for the D2 regional golf tournament. What a great view of the course and short walk to the grill. Perfect location for day trips. House had every thing you need. We would love to come back.

Outstanding property, far from activities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was above expectation, beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. It really has everything you need. While the development is crowded among lots of other homes it really felt private and is well designed. The porch itself is amazing with beautiful views but the noise level at times became quite distracting from the peace and quiet you might expect. The only real issue we had was the location of the property. Nothing other than Snow Canyon is close by. Prepare to drive a lot to eat out, get groceries or do any activity. If you prepare for that or aren't planning to to leave the property often I'd highly recommend staying here.

One of the things many guests love about this area is the balance of being tucked near Snow Canyon while still being a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. Most dining and shopping options are about 10 minutes away, which allows the neighborhood to maintain the peaceful desert setting and beautiful scenery that make it so special.
