Retraite isolée avec accÚs à la riviÚre prÚs de la plage du lac Supérieur et des rochers

The Retreat Woodland est situé dans la ville de AuTrain et se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de Pictured Rocks et le lac Supérieur. Prenez 10 minutes à pied de la plage AuTrain et profiter de la riviÚre ou du lac Supérieur, ou simplement attraper le coucher du soleil. La riviÚre AuTrain est dans la rue et vous pouvez utiliser la zone de lancer le bateau ou canoë / kayak. La propriété a beaucoup d'arbres et est isolée de ses voisins. Il ya une configuration vraiment agréable de la zone de feu de camp pour profiter du plein air et se détendre aprÚs une longue journée de découverte.

Inclus dans votre séjour est tous les draps, serviettes, produits de papier et de fournitures de cuisine. Il ya un barbecue au gaz propane et une table de pique-nique. Un canot est également inclus pour votre utilisation sur la riviÚre. La retraite peut accueillir de 2 à 6 personnes et est trÚs spacieuse et accueillante. WiFi et télévision par cùble est inclus

Sur la photo, Rocks Cruise est à seulement 15 minutes et il y a plus d'une douzaine de chutes d'eau dans un rayon de 30 mile. Le Lakeshore national fournit des jours de dollars d'activités extérieures. Le propriétaire vous rencontrera aprÚs votre arrivée pour vous donner des conseils sur la région et les choses à faire ainsi que pour répondre à toutes les questions que vous aurez.

Perfect place to stay with a dog and kids. It was in a great location. Clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Fenced in yard was great. We’ll definitely be returning.

We stayed at this property Thursday - Monday. It was a perfect location. Big yard plenty of space to sleep and hang out. It was really nice that everything there was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms 10/10 would stay again.

UP family vacation

Location was great. Place was clean. Fortunately it was cooler the week we stayed otherwise there’s no way the AC unit in the wall would have been enough to even reach the bedrooms.

This is a nice home with good amenities. We enjoyed our stay, as it was a good location to everywhere we wanted to visit for hiking and kayaking. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked that the host included a fun kayak trip down the river, with the rental house. We visited a lot of waterfalls, hiked and really enjoyed the area. We favored eating most meals in but ate a few out. When we had some issues at the house the host responded immediately and sent a maintenance person to take care of them. It's a nice home with a fenced yard and the host cares that you have a great stay, also including a book of suggestions for the area. Loved all of the fun outdoor "things to do" that we could easily drive to.

Great getaway

The mobile home is tucked away on a nice piece of property. You feel like you are in the woods even though there are other properties around and a gas station/convenience store/small grocery store at the end of the block (skip their pasties unless you like lots of onion). The fence was a bonus since we were traveling with a dog. The property is an older mobile home with old windows and thin walls, but it functioned well for our needs.

Prime location!

Very nice property for a family getaway, in a truly spectacular location. Large yard with a nice fire pit to spend outdoor time on the property, and a short walk to a beautiful beach on Lake Superior. Being located in Au Train, many great day trip opportunities also exist, or, you could stay in town and enjoy a nice float down the river to the beach on Superior.

Wonderful stay!

10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Good fishing spots close by. Great to come home to after a day exploring the area! We’ll be back!

UP vacation

The house had comfortable beds and a large kitchen with everything that we needed to eat most meals there. It was a very quiet area surrounded by trees and only a two minute drive to Lake Superior.

Cozy getaway

The river runs near it

Of all the places we stayed on this trip, our grandchildren voted this as their favorite. We used it as our base as we explored the Pictured Rock lakeshore area. They loved that the river & lake were so close and loved swimming in both. Had a great time.

Stay at Woodland

The spot was perfect! The place was beautiful. We were fifteen min away from Munising which was amazing. The place had a nice and cozy feel with alot of privacy. We had under a five minute drive to beaches and had a couple grocery store/ food places near us. We had an awesome time!!

Plain and simply, I am a Yooper. I live locally year round and am a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exploring our area. I graduated high school and college here and I am an avid outdoors-man, I camp, hike, bike, kayak, ski, snowshoe, ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile and Jeep nearly the entire U.P. and if you have heard of it, chances are I've been there, or done that. I also know some places 'slightly off the radar' if you are looking to get away from the tourist areas. Just ask, I'll be happy to give you advice.

I manage this property for my friends Terry and Raelene. They purchased it in 2015 as a vacation rental. They really like to meet new people and share knowledge with them about the area. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, less expensive place than this. They really pride themselves on having a nice inexpensive and accommodating place for people to stay and enjoy our area. As for me, I own/manage 9 other properties here in AuTrain and have done so since 2009. Since that time, I have been providing people a great place to stay, and the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful area. I will gladly answer any questions that you may have.

This property is within 2 blocks of Lake Superior and the beach. It has a nice wooded lot that provides some seclusion and relaxation. There is river access across the street to launch a canoe or kayaks and paddle to Lake Superior.
