Cuenta con dos recámaras con amplio walk in closet y baño privado cada una, más medio baño adicional. Dos TV de 58 "4K, una en recámara principal y otra en living room. Sala, comedor, cocina con cubierta de granito, estufa, horno de convección y microondas, lavavajilla, filtro de agua de ósmosis inversa 6 etapas, refrigerador, despensa, cuarto de servicio, lavadora, secadora, lavadero, vertedero. Cuenta con un balcón al frente y dos atrás. Estacionamiento cubierto, disponible a su solicitud.
El proyecto arquitectónico es estético y funcional. Los espacios son amplios, bien iluminados y bien ventilados. Por sus amplias ventanas y excelente orientación, se aprovecha la iluminación y la ventilación natural. Cuenta con un balcón al frente y dos atrás. Los acabados son de alta calidad como la ventanería en PVC alemán con doble cristal para aislamiento térmico y acústico, carpintería natural en parota.
En el edificio es 100% ecológico y amigable con las mascotas. Cuentas con hasta dos espacios de estacionamiento cubiertos, elevador, gimnasio y terraza panorámica con cocineta y asador en el área común, además de área infantil. Acceso controlado con un sistema de seguridad por medio de tarjetas, CCTV, y acabados de alta calidad entre otras ventajas, convirtiéndolo en un verdadero edificio boutique.
A unas cuadras de Chapultepec, frente a una ciclovía, edificio pequeño 100% habitacional con solamente 12 unidades y un Loft excelentemente proyectado. Está ubicado en el mejor lugar de la Colonia Americana, zona llena de amenidades, representativa y diversa de la ciudad de Guadalajara.
La calle cuenta con un hermoso diseño urbano que incluye una coclovía y varios bici puertos cercanos. Por su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la zona rosa de Guadalajara, el área es visitada por jóvenes, parejas, hombres de negocios, extranjeros, jubilados. Todos ellos de buen nivel culturel, gustos refinados y alternativos. Es una zona gourmet, llena de amenidades diversas y creativas como galerías de arte, museos, bibliotecas, cines, teatros, restaurantes y bares para todos los gustos y presupuestos. Es el sitio de más vida y maire demanda en el área metropolitana de Guadalajara.
Te desplazas rápidamente a cualquier lugar de la ciudad pues cuentas con sistema de renta de bicicletas y ciclovías, transporte colectivo frente al edificio, y tren ligero a pocas cuadras de distancia, además de taxi y Uber. En solo unos minutos llegas a la central de autobuses al al aeropuerto.

Super!

We loved our stay! A wonderful apartment located in a great area of Guadalajara. Modern design, well-furnished, tastefully decorated, and walking distance to the historic district as well as lots of yummy restaurants. Our hosts were most welcoming right down to Raquel's amazing homemade cookies and the lovely conversation with Manuel amidst sips of tequila on the rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in the Colonia Americana

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manuel and Raquel's apartment. Manuel met us and gave us thorough instructions regarding security, an orientation of the apartment, etc. The apartment is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed cooking some meals. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe and is close to the Centro Historico. A great place to stay in Guadalajara!

I'll be back.

Great location, close to many restaurants. Spotlessly clean, very secure, beautiful contemporary design, comfortable, convenient with great views of the city. Manuel, owner architect, did a great job of the design, comfortable cross ventilation, lovely patios, and a rooftop garden. It's a great area for walking, Sundays are a blast watching local life along Juarez (one block away) and Chapultapec for street entertainment. The neighborhood has many examples of beautiful historic homes, the apartment is about 3 blocks from the US Embassy. If you're a walker, it's a good walk to Centro Historico. I'm keeping this in my "To Return" file. Thanks, Manuel.

Wonderful spacious apartment in great area!

Manuel was the perfect host! He is so gracious and accommodating. The apartment is new, clean and has plenty of space. He's even taken care to install sound blocking windows (one club played music until 4am! I only know that because I got up at 3:30 for a flight and opened the door.) We felt safe, and really enjoyed the area. It's near the university so there are lots of restaurants around and young people out and about. We stumbled across a great restaurant, Tikuun Comedor, just a couple blocks away. Check out their reviews, but we think you'll be really happy with the food! We Ubered to the east end of the central walking part of town, then walked all the way back to the apartment. Not close, but not too far either. We also had some medical appointments at the San Javier Hospital and it was easy to Uber there from the apartment. Great location and apartment! We'd stay here again on our next Guadalajara visit.

Absolute Gem!

The location of this apartment is perfect. You care steps away from great places to eat, tourist attractions, etc. Manuel, the property manager, was the best! Very responsive with questions or last minute requests. For example, a friend of mine, who lives in the area, brought his car to join us for the weekend. We asked Manuel if there was any available parking in the building and he made it happen. What a guy! The apartment was exactly what you see in the photo gallery. Very modern, with modern amenities. Beautiful views of the city from the balconies was well as the terrace at the top of the building. The building is very secure. Manuel met us downstairs on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and the building. He and his wife live in the building and are available for questions whenever needed (definitely download WhatsApp if you don't have it). Homemade cookies, made by Manuels wife, awaited us in the apartment. At night, we definitely got around using Uber. The apartment is like two or three blocks from the US Embassy. My trip was definitely too short! Will be requesting to stay here again in the future.

Excellent, modern apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

My wife and I absolutely loved this apartment in Guadalajara. It's in the perfect location. Safe, walkable neighborhood near a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping. The place is very modern and very clean. Manuel was an excellent host and provided an overview of the city, with Tequilla!, from the top floor terrace when we arrived. There is an amazing 360 degree view from the terrace. The apartment has a great layout with all the modern conveniences. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Luxurious

What can I say, my first time writing a review. From start to finish Manuel is a great communicator with All my question Answered before i booked. He spent time chatting about the building and the city, even walked me to a restaurant he recommended. This place is more luxurious In person then what the pictures show or even a 5 star hotel in the states in my opinion. If you see your dates available don’t hesitate to book!

Großartiges Appartement

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses Sie ist sehr geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Große glasschiebetüren zu den 3 Balkonen erlauben eine schöne Aussicht über die ganze Stadt- noch besser die frei zugängliche Dachterrasse ,sogar mit gesichertem Spielplatz für kleine Kinder :) Manuel und seine Frau sind Architekten und haben das Haus selbst entworfen, sie wohnen auch selbst dort und sind extrem hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich, mit Sichtbeton und Türen und Einbauschränken aus rotbraunem Vollholz. Es gibt 2 Bäder und eine extra Toilette - auch hier neuester Stand sehr angenehm. Alles blitzsauber! Betten sind sehr bequem. Unser Hund wurde ebenfalls mit Näpfen und einem eigenen Bett versorgt. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir auch die im Haus gelegen Garage für unseren Leihwagen und den Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Es gibt viele Restaurants und eine Bäckerei und ein Kaffee Röster sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn man nach Guadalajara reist!

Perfect stay in Guadalajara !

We loved the apartment! Stayed there twice with our two daughters and our small dog. You can see that Manuel and his wife are architects, they designed the building themselves and also live there. It is modern, a really nice contrast of concrete walls and warm wooden doors and custom made walk-in closets. Absolutely loved the three balconies and the huge class sliding doors that allow an amazing view of the city and make the apartment very light. (Take the elevator to the roof top terrace and it gets even better) The kitchen was very well equipped with all you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms are very spacious with a modern rain shower- there even is an additional extra 1/2 bathroom ! The apartment was spotless clean on our arrival and there were even special Mexican cookies and coffee waiting for us ;) There is a gated garage in the house, where we could park our rental car. The neighborhood offers a lot of restaurants and even a coffee roaster just some steps down the road! We could easily walk to the city center and felt very safe! Manuel and his wife gave us a very warm welcome- even provided bowls and a bed for our dog :) We loved staying there - thanks for making our Christmas family reunion so comfortable for us!

An Oasis in Colonia Americana.

Manuel is a great Host, very welcoming and helpful. Property is very new and well allocated in colonia Americana. We stayed here in July, Myself and my parents. We all enjoyed the evening walks in the neighborhood. Lots of cafes, Restaurants, Bars all of them walking distance. And fear not, noise of the lively streets won't be a bother since all the windows are insulated and Apartment is super quiet. I will definitely come back. Loved location, Place and the Manuel's helpful attitude. Cheers.

phenomenal location, decor, cleanliness and hosts

We were delighted with our time at this fabulous place. The pictures looked great, but actually the place far exceeded our expectations. Three bathrooms, two bedrooms, 3 huge patios doors with seating areas outside of each, beautiful kitchen, eating area and the LR were all spectacular. The top floor is wonderful for a quiet happy hour while watching the sunset. The location is ideal with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hosts were always available and went far beyond our expectations. Highly recommended. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Thanks again for a wonderful haven in the city!

I hope to stay in Manuel's apartment every time I need lodging in Guadalajara. So many great things to do and see within walking distance, and it's such a nice haven to come home to every day. I had a surgical procedure while I was there this time, and the apartment was such a comfortable and quiet place to recuperate. The parking garage is so easily accessible, but I never need my car while I'm there. Next time I hope to take more advantage of the common areas on the roof - the workout room, tables to sit and read and have a glass of wine, maybe even the grill! I love treating this beautifully-decorated apartment as my own. Manuel and Raquel are so friendly and easy to work with. I also have enjoyed all the beautiful landscaping they have done in and around the property. See you next time!

Beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts!

This apartment, in the heart of a vibrant area of neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars was even more beautiful than I expected! It was stocked well with kitchenware, is nicely-appointed with beautiful art and decorations, is quite spacious with large closets and comfortable beds, and is on a quiet street. There is also a very large indoor/outdoor common rooftop area with a 360 view of the city, plenty of tables for sharing time with friends, a kitchen and bbq grill to use, and some workout equipment. Your host Manuel is a gem! A generous and kind man, Manuel wanted to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and had everything we needed. I hope to stay there again!

La calle sobre la que se ubica acaba de ser remodelada y cuenta con un hermoso diseño urbano. Por su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la zona rosa de Guadalajara, el área es visitada por jóvenes, parejas, hombres de negocios, extranjeros, jubilados. Todos ellos de buen nivel cultural, gustos refinados y alternativos.
