Le numéro 325 «Sands to Reason���� est une suite de cheminée pouvant accueillir cinq personnes et comprenant un téléviseur de 55 pouces. Ce spacieux condo comprend une cuisine compl��te, deux salles de bain, une deuxi��me chambre avec un autre lit queen-size et une causeuse dans le salon qui se transforme en un lit jumeau. Ce condo situé à l'extrémité sud du bâtiment offre une vue spectaculaire sur la plage et la rivière D. En mars 2014, il a été entièrement transformé en meubles, peintures et décors entièrement nouveaux.

Location, location, location! Every day we enjoyed beautiful views from the apartment, majestic beach, spellbinding low tides... It is a very clean, quiet, comfortable place for family vacation.

The rooms we had were very nice very clean very happy with most everything .

I found out that at 61 years old I will no longer be carrying a nice chest up three flights of stairs this property is very nice there are very few minor problems that's to be expected.

It was very relaxing! There was a cable problem on our first night which I was informed when we were driving to the destination, so we couldn’t use the TV. There is a dvd player but no dvds. If I had known this, I would have brought some dvds from home, just fyi for future guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay

I booked this property to be local as my grandson visited his mother and older brother for 2 weeks. It turned out to be great location-wise as I was less than 5 minutes away. I had grandson and his friends over for pool and beach time and we all had a great time. I ended up sleeping in front bed (living room) to get breezes from beach. Between the breeze and fans provided it was quite pleasant. The view was magnificent! Having 2 bathrooms was great especially when the kids visited. There were 2 minor maintenance issues that the property manager immediately addressed. All members of staff were polite and thorough. The internet was a bit glitchy losing connectivity frequently. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. I loved having ice cube trays instead of having to rely on ice machine in common area. One improvement is addition of dressers to put clothes away. For short term stays I imagine people will be happy living out of suitcase. Not so much for me though as my stay was longer. I look forward to future visits!

Decent Place but Need Some Attention to Detail

The location of this condo is amazing and right on the beach. The listing is accurate and the pictures fairly represent what you are renting. The curtains in both rooms need replacing. The curtains in the bedroom are broken and don’t close all the way, while the metal rings on the curtains & the curtain rod on the main room are very rusted. Although guests are responsible for washing dishes, the staff should check them periodically to see if they are clean. A number of dishes we pulled out needed rewashing.

Sands to Reason + King Tides

Perfect location with perfect weather for king tides! Everything went well above our expectations. Our group of women got the best rest in forever and had plenty of opportunities to walk the beach as well. The coffee maker was a standard drip, not Keurig. Worked great!!!

Bombastic! Our 6th year and 7th trip coming here! You can't beat the location, view, accommodations, housekeeping crew and service! We just thought it odd the dvd player was switched to the bedroom instead of the living room where my brother and I can watch dvds together on the 55 inch screen so Sea Gypsy actually had another player installed in the living room which makes more sense and us happy!

About as close to the beach as you can sleep

The Sea Gypsy is literally right next to the beach, and the view is amazing. The condo is very well-furnished and very clean. If you like your bed firm or soft, one bed of each is ready. If your prefer a bed firmness somewhere in-between, you might try a different condo unit here.

Excellent stay

Perfect location, excellent views and great communication. Communication before arrival was clear and concise. There was a booklet of info in the livingroom. We didn't have to call front desk for anything. Kitchen was stocked very well, except there was no spatula. Plenty of space, extra blankets, etc. Very clean. One problem is that on a door near the back bedroom the door latch plate thing is barely hanging on by screw, our daughter scraped her arm walking by and I snagged my shirt. That should be repaired. Also, the bed in the back room was VERY firm. I slept fine but it was likentent camping on that bed. The bed in the livingroom was softer. We will be back again...excellent stay.

Nice and roomy

Enjoyed our annual mother daughter trip to Lincoln City for Antique Week. Rooms were well appointed and had nice options for sleeping arrangements. The bar in the kitchen allowed room to spread out food and snacks. Coffee pot was clean as well as the counters, appliances, and bathrooms. Cozy rooms, beautiful unheated electric fireplace and surround, and the view from the 3rd floor was wonderful. Enjoyed watching the gulls bathing in the D river and the sanderlings or sandpipers that came out and chased the waves under the floodlight that lit up the waves at night. Extra sheets and blankets were appreciated and used though wonder if previous guests put blankets back without leaving them out to be washed. Batteries in the two clocks in the living room were dead but we just used the clock on the microwave as it wasn't a big deal. The previous guests left the utensils and dishes a little greasy but that's why I always wash dishes before I use them no matter where I go and is no reflection on the hosts. New wi-fi was still a bit spotty but have found this to be true all along the shoreline, just a heads up if you need something steady. Was able to stream music pretty regularly but some websites had trouble loading. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend, thank you!

Awesome stay in Lincoln City!

This was our second stay at the Sea Gypsy, but our first at Sands to Reason. We were really happy with the Sands to Reason unit, everything was clean and neat. The view is unbeatable and really helps you maximize your appreciation of staying at the ocean. The huge windows are perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. We'll be back!
