Le n ° 223 au Sea Gypsy est un condo amusant et éclectique que nous appelons "Surf du Soleil".

La vue du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage depuis l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud offre une vue imprenable sur le fleuve D qui se dïżœïżœverse dans l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. À certains moments de l'annĂ©e, vous pouvez voir des saumons en migration remonter la riviĂšre et un pygargue Ă  tïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœte blanche qui traque les poissons. Les phoques du port se cachent dans les eaux peu profondes au pied du fleuve.

N ° 223 Sur du Soleil peut accueillir quatre personnes sur deux lits, tous deux avec une nouvelle literie, l'un dans la suite cÎté océan et l'autre dans la chambre arriÚre privée.

Great location

We visit LC frequently and have stayed at many hotels, beachfront and otherwise. These condos are very well-managed and in a prime location - one our favorites so far. Great beach access, easy parking, right next to a wonderful restaurant. Our condo was comfortable and well-equipped, although the decor is a little odd - everyone's taste is different😊

Great Location but Needs Some Deep Cleaning

We love staying at the Sea Gypsy but this was our first time in this room. It was stocked with all things you would need as far as a kitchen goes. Having a bedroom in the back was a plus as we had a little with us. This allowed us to put her down back there, so that we could stay up a little later in the front. The one downfall here was the cleanliness of the room. Since we did have a toddler, she spends a lot of time on the floor. But these carpets were horribly stained and not in good shape. The bed skirt for the front bed also has something on it that appeared to look like blood, though I didn't get close enough to be sure. If they were to take care of the cleanliness, we would most likely go back. But with so many other options, we most likely will choose another room.

Awesome location just not ideal unit with kids

We loved our stay in Lincoln City! The location of the condo was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was clean when we arrived. Check in went smoothly. There were only two things that were’t ideal for a family with young kids. The windows facing the ocean didn’t have screens and it would have been helpful to have a vacuum to clean up sand and crumbs since the kitchen/living area have carpet. We really enjoyed our stay overall we would probably just pick a different unit next time.

Right on the beach!

This property has every condo facing the beach where you can watch and listen to the waves crash on shore; it’s hard to tear yourself away from the windows! The condo has a great selection of pots, pans, dishes and everything you need to cook for yourself. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The location is within walking distance of a nice restaurant, an ice cream shop, souvenir shop and a mini-mart. My parents have been staying at the Sea Gypsy for 30 years, they won’t stay anywhere else!

Overall Excellent

The space was great and can't beat the view of course. Two minor recommends. Several wall outlets need to be replaced, primarily in the "living room." The only other thought is that a few of the cooking pans (skillet, cookie sheets) are ready for retirement. Thank you!

Love the location and cleanliness of the condo as well as the cheerful helpfulness of the office people. The view is great from the 2nd floor however with age and bad knees the stairs and no elevator will prevent a return.

We were able to get in last minute The Place was nice and clean.Everything we needed was there. The main bathroom shower valve is backwards and the water didn't get real hot but the other bathroom the water was really hot, which we like. The people above us were hard walkers but settled down around 1030pm or so, so was not bad just a little creaking when they walked. We had a marvelous time and will be back for sure! Thank you Troy!

The room was not very clean, the carpet is VERY dirty, I ask for ground floor and got the second floor, the shower curtains leak always no way to stop all of the leaks around the curtain. We had no access to other towels.

Wonderful last minute getaway

Spontaneous trip to the beach for 2 nights and stayed at the Surf Du Soleil - it was perfect, nice to have the kitchen and separate bedroom - having the table for eating and puzzles/games in front of the window was wonderful as well. :)

Worth the $

The building is older but when it comes to real estate LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It doesn’t get much better! I do wish I could have done some interior design!

I have stayed here before. The rooms are perfect. My only complaint is that the people upstairs from us were up all night walking heavily on the floor and it kept me up all last night.

It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our anniversary!

Beautiful weather made this trip even better. We enjoyed a long walk on the beach in the sunshine. We loved the sunsets to help us unwind from a full day. The condo was comfortable and we appreciated the windows opening to take in the fresh air and the view!

Great location, unit needs lots of repair and updates.

What hit us first was the dirty carpet! Next was how dated it was and all the repairs needed. All flooring needs replaced. Lovely view of the ocean but patio door and screen are almost impossible to open and the stick to keep it locked! Was using one of the pillows and found the pillow inside was all yellow, really gross. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a nice unit. If price is all that matters this might work for you.

Perfect View

Once again, I enjoyed a few days of comfort and calm as I watched all the beach activity and lovely ocean views from my perch in Unit 223 Surf du Soleil. It's been my good fortune to spend time there over a period of years and always look forward to my stay.

Ok property in beautiful area

Older condo. No amenities to speak of. We were on 2nd floor and heard every step of those above us on 3rd floor. BUT right on beach and very moderately priced.

The only complaint I have is your outlets. We couldn't keep our electronics plugged in. They Kept coming out. The only outlets that we could use are in the bathrooms. Other than that It was great.

Kitchen sink drips, doors to back room don't shut and squeak so bad you can wake people up. The worst thing was the kitchen garbage liners smelled so bad it gave us all a headache and smelled up the whole place until we had to put it outside. The carpet had stains and was gross. The chairs you sunk into so we had to sit on pillows. No sponge or cloth to clean the dishes. We will not be staying in this unit ever again. It was great the pool was open and it was nice to be close to the D river.
