Appartement d'invité confortable avec entrée privée au niveau de la grande maison. Endroit calme parmi les grands pins sur la montagne Talcott. Grand espace privé avec coin salon, cuisine avec micro-ondes et réfrigérateur, bureau et ordinateur, chambre et salle de bain avec douche. Télévision par câble et WIFI inclus. Sur la ligne Bloomfield Simsbury, près des sentiers de randonnée, du kayak et de la piste cyclable Farmington Greenway. À dix minutes des compagnies d'assurance basées à Bloomfield, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport Hartford / Springfield et de Hartford.

L'appartement privé ou la suite est situé à quelques minutes de certains des meilleurs sites de randonnée et de vélo de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. La rivière Farmington se trouve également à proximité et propose des excursions gratuites dans notre région boisée historique. Des kayaks et des vélos sont disponibles.

L'ensemble de l'appartement privé (1200 pieds carrés) est à la disposition de nos clients. Il comprend un salon spacieux avec une télévision connectée, un bureau, une cuisine, une chambre avec portes privées et une salle de bains avec une grande douche.

Les activités de plein air ne sont qu'un des points forts de la région. Il y a également des attractions majeures telles que la maison Mark Twain, les sites historiques et les foires champêtres à quelques minutes. La chute est l'un des meilleurs moments pour venir au Connecticut.

This is a beautiful place to stay! I was in town for a wedding, and was very pleased to see how clean and spacious the apartment was, all while being close to the venue. The hosts were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Secluded, peaceful, beautiful

Everything I could have needed was provided. The owner thought of everything. The property was beautifully decorated, I could easily and happily stayed much longer or moved in! I highly recommend this property and it's sweet owners again and again. It was also close to the University of Hartford where I was attending a program.

A special in the woods

After a long flight from Los Angeles, we were greeted by the owners and led to their nicely renovated basement. We felt quite like we were in a retreat surrounded by woods. Our goal was to destress and adjust to ET before heading to a family reunion. The solitude, silence and being surrounded with the beauty of God’s beautiful creation was perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for two weeks during July 2022. The space is neat, clean, and well appointed. I was traveling solo during my stay, but there is PLENTY of space for two people. The wooded setting in a quiet neighborhood was a huge plus for me. The location is convenient to Bradley Airport and much of the greater Hartford area. I enjoyed outdoor recreation opportunities in the immediate area, which are plentiful. You would be hard-pressed to find better hosts. I highly recommend this lovely place and hope to stay there again myself in the future.

Comfortable, convenient and private

Lovely setting for a fall weekend away. The property is a treat- spacious living and sleeping spaces. Bonus is the setting of the house surrounded by trees - and still minutes away from the area's amenities and attractions.

My wife and I have been hoping to find a Beautiful and Comfortable cottage when we visit Hartford.Wow we found it! The Room feels like a spacious loft, more than enough space and comfort. Beautifully taken care of and in a wooded area that is attached to home yet feels like it's a separate cottage. Brad & Susan make you feel like your family, good people that want your experience to be a delight. This will be our main rental when were in town.

The perfect place to stay

We stayed over Thanksgiving and this was our second time there. Everything about the space is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Access to the unit is easy. The space itself has everything you need and is wonderfully laid out. It's also huge -- so the bedroom (with bathroom) are on one end (with doors) and the other end has the living room with fireplace, big TV and a comfy couch. In between is are a large entryway, dining room table, and mini-kitchen with refrigerator/freezer and microwave. A few minutes away is a great bagel place to grab something in the morning and come back and relax. Overall, it is incredibly neat, clean, and has a terrific look and feel. Brad and his wife are wonderful hosts. The communication is great and they make you feel at home. Lastly, the overall location is perfect -- it's in between Simsbury and Bloomfield centers so lots of options for eating and groceries. I can't recommend this place enough.
