Niché juste au-dessus de San Niccolo, le quartier le plus ancien et le plus aimé des Florentins, vous pouvez vraiment profiter du meilleur de la campagne et de la ville. Cette villa de trois chambres luxueusement rénovée offre de l'intimité, une vue imprenable, des terrasses, des jardins et un refuge calme. Erta Canina fait partie de la Florence historique et l'ancien chemin des moines vous emmène sur tous les sites en un rien de temps. La villa est située près de Piazzale Michelangelo et se trouve donc au sommet de la colline, surplombant Florence. La vue magnifique sur le duomo rendra le chemin escarpé très utile. Beautiful Tuscan home in Florence. Our family had a wonderful Spring Break in Florence. The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the Tuscan hills and has everything you need and more. It’s a short walk right into Florence. Karin was a great host and very responsive and helped us arrange a return car service back to the train station.

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at Villa Ventura! It is the best of both worlds - walking distance to central Florence, while also relaxing with beautiful views of the hills. Very comfortable and well-equipped, and host Karin is very helpful and responsive. It is a special place to stay.

We loved this villa! Views were amazing! The host was wonderful and communicated with us for any need the entire time. The interior finishes were all first class with a both modern and classic villa feel. This location is perfectly situated just on the hills overlooking Florence, however is very walkable to the city. Highly recommend this location, rental and host!!

We loved our stay!! It was great to hike into the hills, away from the dense crowds. The view is pretty spectacular and the house is really elegant and well appointed.

Even better in person!

We LOVED our stay here while in Florence! The location is the perfect blend of being close to everything but not right in the midst of the busy city. And the home and the views are just beautiful! Karin made everything so easy from arrival to departure and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. The hike up the hill may not be for the faint of heart, but its a short distance and we actually appreciated the walk after a heavy pasta dinner and multiple gelatos throughout the day. :) Thanks again for a great stay!!

Best view and property in Florence

Exceptionally well appointed VRBO in Florence. Small walk up the hill but easy uphill walking distance all the major restaurants and museums. The place is an architectural masterpiece. I wish I lived here.

Lovely Villa

This property is the perfect distance away from the hussle and bussle of Firenze. It is clean and very comfortable. You'll get your heart rate coming up the hill, but we loved the exercise.

The perfect place to spend our last days in Italy

Karin is the consummate host down to the very last detail. From arranging a transfer from the train station to restaurant recommendations to coffee to wine and of course the air conditioning we were pampered and felt right at home! The villa is lovely and the neighborhood charming. We walked off many great meals heading back up the hill! Thank you again Karin!

Our FAVORITE VRBO…ever!

When we travel with our adult family, we stay at VRBOs. This is BY FAR our favorite VRBO! The location is within easy walking distance of the city center of Florence. Each bedroom room was spacious and no detail was overlooked in this GORGEOUS villa! There was a dining table inside, as well as one outside on the patio. We would eat outside, as it overlooked the Tuscany region! Simply BEAUTIFUL!

Beautiful Home Close to Florence!

Karin was wonderfully helpful and made renting easy! The home is beautiful...and the path in to Florence is lovely. A little bit of a workout to return up hill to the home...but we found it a nice walk after dinner:-) It was a little challenging to get taxi services at this location- but otherwise we very much enjoyed Villa Ventura! Thank you Karin!

Highly recommend!

My family had the most incredible stay at Villa Ventura and didn’t want it to come to an end! We enjoyed the peacefulness and serenity of the beautiful Tuscan countryside and the ability to walk into the city to explore. The villa itself is amazing. Lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, and stunning. Karin was a phenomenal host. She was super responsive and provided many great recommendations in response to our many questions. We appreciated her arranging our transfer to and from the train station. We hope to return to Villa Ventura.

Here is why we fell in love: Villa Ventura is nestled in the Tuscan
rolling green hills, only a short steep walk into historical Florence.
Within five minutes you are in the San Niccolo neighbourhood, the oldest district of Florence and the most beloved area by the
Florentines, as it's residential. Here you can find the perfect mix
between Florentine foods, local artisans, and a lively summer
nightlife scene by the Arno river. 10 minutes more and you are at
Ponte Vecchio. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds. We created the house to take in all the gorgeous views of the scenery. Large windows, balconies, a terrace with furniture and gas grill and even a mezzanine to have a view onto the Duomo and Florence. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds!
