Ce condo rénové de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pour 4 personnes, Treehouse Condominiums dans le quartier Wildernest de Silverthorne, à proximité de tout ce que le comté de Summit a à offrir. L'unité est à quelques minutes de six stations de ski de classe mondiale différentes. Vous pouvez vous rendre aux stations ou prendre le bus gratuit du comté de Summit qui s'arrête juste devant le complexe. Le condo est à moins de deux miles de l'élite Silverthorne Outlet Mall, et à quelques minutes de Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone et Breckenridge. Il se trouve à côté du club-house qui comprend une piscine, du racquetball, plusieurs bains à remous, un sauna, un hammam, une salle d'arcade, une salle de remise en forme, une buanderie et un espace de réunion en location.
Il peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, une reine dans la chambre principale avec une salle de bains privative et une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, une salle de bain complète est le hall. Une cuisine bien équipée avec tout et plus pour préparer des repas mémorables. Il y a une salle à manger et un salon avec une cheminée à gaz confortable à côté d'une grande télévision. Vous pourrez admirer de superbes vues sur la montagne depuis le balcon. The property is close to everything! Easy access to ski resorts, and I-70. Balcony has a great view of the mountains. When the other units are occupied, you can hear steps above you, and running water and there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets. Not a big deal to us, we would still stay here again.

Condo listing was accurate, it was a convenient location. The shower head in guest bathroom broke the 1st night & I called the property manager & it was fixed the next day. Could not get the fireplace to work which was a bummer, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as advertised-excellent stay

Property was true to the listing- great location- everything you need is a short drive down to the bottom of the hill. Very neat, good parking, well stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms are all handy. 20 minutes to 5 ski resorts. Clubhouse pools were fun. Laundry in clubhouse was easy to use (no need for quarters) and many machines. Great communication from James and all digital check-in and door lock. Easy Peasy.

Central location

Convenient to Keystone, Vail and Breck. James was very proactive and eager to assist. Apartment was clean and had everything one would expect. My only feedback is that the complex has three hot tubs and two were not working. Not the hosts fault but still a bit of a bummer.

The walls of this property seemed thin. We heard all of our neighbors, one of whom seemed to be doing a construction project late into the night. And, while we knew the elevation of Silverthorne was around 9000, this condo is on a mountain above Silverthorne and sits at 10,500. For us, that was a little rough.

We had hoped to hear back from you to address the issues you mentioned and take immediate action to correct the situation. Also, we understand that high-elevation travel destinations, such as Colorado ski resorts with lodgings at 8,000–10,000 ft., can significantly impact our guests. In preparation, we advise staying hydrated and using sunscreen. However, depending on one's situation, fully acclimating to any elevation takes time when coming from lower elevations. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you are feeling better and look forward to improving your experience next time.

Loved the condo but unfortunately we have been without water all day. No showers for any of us & unable to use the toilets. We have loaded the dishes but can’t run the dishwasher .

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is three floors up from the parking lot with no elevator. This is quite a climb after skiing all day. Bringing in luggage is no easy feat either.The condo has only one thermostat. When you close the doors to the bedrooms, they get cold as they have the majority of the outside walls, while the thermostat is in the main room.The toilet paper was thinner than what they had at the ski resort and there was no Kleenex.The beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of dishes.The fire place didn't work.There were three hot tubs and a sauna in the pool area. The pool itself was cold half the time. Not conducive to swimming.There was quite an assortment of spices available.

Winter in Wildernest

We are a family with two teenagers who spent the 2021 Holidays in a 2 bedroom Wildernest condo. The condo was clean, but the kitchen would have benefitted from some more attention. The beds were comfortable and we slept well after many fun days of skiing. It's not really possible to adjust the heating of the condo since the whole building is too hot. The amenities in the club house are quite OK, but due to Covid restrictions we stayed away from the pool and hot tub. The property manager was responsive to our needs. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great place - Bad Manager - NO HOT TUB

My friends and I enjoyed the property and location of our stay. It was quick ride to the mountain for our packed ski weekend. We had two issues with our stay. First, the hot tub was not open. We have had this experience at other locations during the pandemic, however it was not indicated in listing and this would have affected our decision to stay at this particular property. Second, the check out process requires an extensive list of cleaning instructions including: bedding, garbage, dishes, etc. If this list is not completed, the manager threatens with an additional cleaning fee. It does not make sense to be paying such a high cleaning fee from the initial reservation if the manager expects for us to clean the entire apartment prior to leaving. When confronted over the phone about these instructions, he was very rude and condescending. If you are looking for adequate customer service, this is not your place to stay.

We apologize if you did not get the appropriate emails stating that common facilities are open based on county health department rules. Also on checkout basically all you have to do is start the last load of dishes and take the trash out. We appreciate your feedback and will look at the communications that we send the guest.

Our stay was very nice, location was great as was the view. The listing should disclose that access to the condo requires stairs and uphill walking as that can be an issue for some.

We enjoyed our stay! A number of items in were in disrepair - fireplace in room, equipment in game room and workout room - but the staff was very responsive and we did see a helpful repairmen addressing the problems in the game room.
