Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club # 12 - Animaux Okay!: 2 BR / 2 BA à Mammoth Lakes, pour 6 personnes

Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains offre une vue sur les montagnes Mammoth et peut accueillir confortablement un animal domestique et six personnes. L'unité n'a pas fait l'objet de mises à jour ou de rénovations, elle est donc à un taux réduit, aucune autre réduction ne s'applique. Le tarif en ligne reflète le tarif réduit.

Le salon est meublé avec un mobilier en bois dur sombre comprenant la table de salle à manger, une table basse et une télévision. Le salon accueillant dispose d'une télévision, d'un magnétoscope / lecteur DVD et d'un lecteur CD pour profiter de ces moments de détente après avoir exploré les merveilles de Mammoth Lakes. La deuxième chambre est également meublée avec sa propre télévision et son magnétoscope. Cette unité est plus proche de Canyon Lodge pour le ski, le vélo et la randonnée et se trouve à proximité du spa principal et de la piscine.

Occupation maximale: l'unité 12 peut accueillir de 6 à 8 personnes! Les membres de votre famille à fourrure sont les bienvenus dans ce condo!

Disposition des lits: Dans la confortable chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit queen-size et dans la deuxième chambre, un lit queen-size ainsi que des lits superposés. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire!

Commodités: La cuisine complète comprend une cuisinière, un four, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine! Pour les nuits froides d'hiver, installez-vous confortablement près du foyer au propane!

Commodités sur place: Un lave-linge et des sécheuses à prépaiement se trouvent dans chaque bâtiment. MSRC fournit une piscine chauffée en été et un jacuzzi intérieur toute l'année. Dans la zone de la piscine sont des barbecues. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux avec une table de billard, une machine à soda et une télévision!

Parking: 1 véhicule garanti. Pour le deuxième véhicule, il s'agit du principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. veuillez vérifier d'abord avec le bureau.

Location & View

This is actually our second time staying at this condo, we especially like that it is dog friendly (we have a little 25 lb Australian Shepard). Great location - walking distance from Canyon Lodge and views of the mountains. Whish list - owner could update very small tv's and uncomfortable sofa.

It is a ground floor unit, which makes for easy loading and unloading of all gear. The appliances are all updated, and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to make dinners and lunches. Though I would encourage the owners to buy a new can opener. Would recommend and will likely stay here again.

The location allows for a walk to the lifts at Canyon and use of the ski back trail is super convenient. The condo was recently remodeled and the bathrooms and kitchen are really beautiful and the kitchen had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The furniture was also comfortable with new sofas in the living room. The only negative was that the downstairs bathroom is really cold. The layout was also a bit unexpected - both bedrooms downstairs with one bath and the second bathroom upstairs off the living area. We didn't bring pets - but the hard surface flooring would have been great for pets as well! The fireplace was a nice treat.

Updated, clean and lovely property. Only negative is coach in living space is atrocious and broken down. More comfortable on the floor. However would definitely book again.

Great Location but outdated

This apartment is in a great location in walking distance to Canyon Express ski lift (about 8-10 minutes). As there are many properties in the area we chose it for proximity to skiing and because we could bring our golden retriever dog. The apartment is outdated and amenities in the kitchen lack items. We had to go out and buy our own dishwasher soap and sponges. The carpet is stained and in replace worthy shape. While the apartment was generally clean, fresh sheets etc., there was hair in the downstairs shower which was off putting and we ended up just showering upstairs. We also found a mask behind the couch and men's underwear under one of the beds. Especially during this pandemic time, it is important that units are cleaned well. There is heating in the upstairs rooms and one downstairs room, but the room with the bunkbed and separate bed did not have heating and it was extremely freezing at night and some of us had to sleep in sweaters. While we enjoyed our stay in Mammoth very much, the unit did not fully live up to our standards.

Good Location, Pet Friendly

A short walk to Canyon Lodge, this condo is nicely arranged for a family, has a great view, and is pet friendly. The main floor has very dated carpet and kitchen equipment but kind of understandable considering that the unit is pet friendly and at a good rate (We bring our portable Keurig on all of our trips). Easy access to the unit which has a an enclosed garage space for one large vehicle. Parking can be challenging for additional vehicles.

Great Location and price point

Property is walking distance from the chair lifts and comes with a garage parking spot. Enjoyed it, but due to covid the management only provided one blanket per bed and the downstairs portion can get very cold at night.

General Commennts

Beds, linens excellent. Bathrooms and kitchen clean Living room/dining room neat and tidy as was the bedrooms BUT. Refrigerator was off and took like a full 24 hrs to get cold. Freezer compartment had mold. Definitely could use a new refrigerator. Carpet, especially at entryway and by slider lots of stains. Screen door of slider bent so does not close properly

Great Getaway

My boyfriend and I came to Mammoth for an after tax season trip with our dog. We had such a great time in the cabin when it rained/snowed while we were there. The place had a very nostalgic feel for us, felt like our childhood homes! So nice to be close to the village as well. Great spot! Thank you Jeff!

Great Cabin/Condo

Awesome location with great view. Super close to the village and Canyon Lodge. The garage parking was super convenient and the place itself was more than enough space to house 6 people. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mammoth. All the appliances worked well and place was super clean.
