Coastal Breezes est un charmant cottage sur la plage, idéal pour des vacances en famille à Tybee Island. Vous apprécierez son emplacement privilégié sur le bord de la plage de Butler Ave, sur une voie privée offrant un accès facile à la plage, sur les trottoirs publics de la 10ème ou de la 11ème rue. Les clients apprécieront les équipements supplémentaires comme une table de ping-pong, une grande véranda, un accès Internet sans fil, un gril à gaz et plus encore. La maison offre un mobilier confortable et une salle de bain au niveau principal entièrement rénovée.

Le deuxième étage de la maison comprend une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon. La table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et il y a des sièges supplémentaires pour 3 personnes au bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle. Le salon comprend un canapé-lit King et une grande télévision à écran plat / DVD. Vous pouvez accéder à la terrasse couverte depuis le salon et la chambre principale, qui comprend un gril à gaz et des chaises pour 8 personnes. La chambre principale est meublée avec un roi et la deuxième chambre a une reine et jumeaux.

Au niveau inférieur de la maison, qui est détachée, vous trouverez une suite avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain ainsi qu’un grand porche avec une table de ping-pong et une table d’écaillage des huîtres. La suite à une chambre comprend une salle de bain complète et est joliment meublée avec un lit King, un lit jumeau et une télévision �� écran plat / DVD. Cette suite est à température contrôlée avec une unité murale ac / heat. L'accès à la plage pour Coastal Breezes se situe au bout de la 10ème rue ou de la 11ème rue (pas d'accès direct à la plage sur la 10ème terrasse).

Beach Bachelorette

We stayed at this adorable beach cottage for my bachelorette weekend. It was a great location and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place has been renovated and is cute and cozy.

Needs better maintenance/cleansing crew. Especially on vinyl siding in patio. Downstairs area including storage room needs cleaned. Hose was broke and sprayed everywhere. (Easy fix). Needs some attention and TLC

House is outdated and shows its age.

The lower level is not liveable. The house should really listed as 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The 3rd bedroom is not connected from the interior and you have to go outside to go down to the 3rd bedroom. The lower level bedroom also has a distinct smell like chlorine and it burns your eyes. The house needs major updating and cleaning. We would not be coming back here.

This was a great location, fun family friendly house, convenient check in and out, good price. The removed stars are due to some of the conditions of the house - especially downstairs. Upstairs was mostly solid with exception of some mold on shower curtain and air struggles to keep up / some humidity. Downstairs room felt like was more of an “annex” space (an ignored annex). Broken screen door with tons of mosquitos made ping pong area unenjoyable and bugs in room every time opened door, water leakage from window unit (agree with other reviews that it basically made us slightly ill in that room), broken lights, bathroom door was shedding spray insulation or something, all plugs leading to one dangling power strip, etc. honestly was a bit concerned for my family down there. TLDR: fun house, the upstairs rooms (2) are ok, Downstairs room and area needs serious work before I’d ever recommend to anyone

Carpenter Ants and Standing Water

This house needs serious repairs before being safe/suitable to rent. The ground floor room has clearly had water damage (as indicated by the rusty, stained dehumidifier) and made everyone who slept there feel sick--gooey eyes, sore throats--and their clothes wreak of mold and mildew. The three of us who were meant to sleep there ended up having to get a hotel off island. The ground level area had mud and standing water that you had to jump over to get to the ground floor room. The four folks upstairs liked it great (the management company cleans thoroughly and its bright and airy) until it rained, at which point the house was swarming with carpenter ants. When we called the management company, they sprayed, leaving the floors covered with poisoned bugs.

The Round House

The location of the round house was prefect literally a block from the beach. It was very cute just as the pictures have it. We have a total of 6 adults & 1 child and everyone was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful and quiet respite during the week and easy access to everything you could want on a vacation! Super clean and spacious. Immediate response from properly management when there was an issue. Will definitely go back!

Family vacation

The furnishings at the property were nice but some things need to be updated. A couple of the beds were broke but we made do. The bathroom pocket door was broke but didn’t hinder us. Also, 2 or the 4 TVs didn’t work. A layout of the property would have been helpful since everything was not accessible from the main living area. We had to call the property manager in order to find the third bedroom. We didn’t located the water & dryer until the end of our stay. Usually locked doors are to keep guests out of those areas.

Nice place, needs some updating

The house itself was okay. It needs some upgrades here and there. The ac did not work in the upstairs room on the right, the kitchen sink made a terrible loud sound every time the water was turned on, the vrbo post advertised the ping pong table and there was only 1 paddle and damaged balls. The trashcan was broken, there was not enough outlets anywhere. None of the light switches controlled the lights, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was awful. The house is very cute and has a good location. Just needs some things addressed. The rental company was awesome and super quick to respond and fix any issues. We will definitely use the company again.

Plan ahead if more than 2 cars!!!

This beach house has a great location close to the beach and good price. However, the AC does not work great and it was fall. Also you can only park 2 cars and house accommodates 10 so plan ahead. Also we only got 1 roll of TB per bathroom. No extra condiments in the house but could be due to COVID. And just FYI the upstairs and downstairs are separate and you have to go outside to get downstairs.

Great for a friends getaway

My husband and I stayed with our friends for a long weekend. The house was a short walk to the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The house is great. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The downstairs apartment is a little warm at night-- despite the a.c. and ceiling fan and the shower in the downstairs apartment is rather small. Nothing that would keep us from staying again. Would even be great if there were kids.

Long Weekend in August

Ten of us and plenty of room. The property was fairly clean considering the beach is so close and sand gets everywhere. I did ask prior to departure if there was a washer/dryer on premise. The automatic VRBO chat answered with no. So we were surprised to find a W/D was actually at the house. The suite on the first floor was very nice and private however, the dehumidifier is quite loud so if you have issues with sleeping with the noise, bring some ear buds. They worked perfectly to keep the noise out. Balconies were perfect and the screened game room area was wonderful!

Nice beach getaway

Great property for nice beach getaway. We had two families (9 total) and this property was perfect for our needs. The teens loved having their own apartment. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals. Location ideal to walk to beach and small grocery store. Very nicely cleaned and decorated, but kitchen counters/cabinets dated. Only a couple small glitches: Tried to use grill one night, but it wouldn’t heat up so we ended up using the oven. The master bedroom was very warm, so had to keep door open and use box fan to blow in air conditioning from the common space. No spare key for downstairs apartment, but emergency contact was super responsive So it all worked out great!

June 2020 Stay

The location is fabulous! It is also spacious. We were disappointed that the blue living area furniture chairs and grey sofa were dirty. Also, the kitchen cabinets were dingy. The downstairs apartment was nice, but the downstairs porch area was scary and unkempt. The worst was that the TV in the living area never worked. I called to have it repaired, but instead they brought a tv replacement that was half the size and only played one channel ( see picture ). This was bad because we had a rain day and could only watch a marathon of a cop show. I have mixed feelings about the place, but overall it was a good vacation.
