Anniversary getaway

great mountain house, clean, cozy and has a very home feel. Nice mornings sitting on the deck having tea and feeling the breeze. Quiet area with lots to do in all directions.

Nice home away from home

This home was perfect for our family getaway. Needed a quiet home to sleep while driving to and from New York City. We preferred the 2-hour drive every day vs staying in the city. The house was very comfortable, and Lisa was very responsive to any minor issues that came up during our stay-including making a long drive to rectify one minor issue in person. We didn't use any neighborhood amenities, however, the gated community seemed to have everything you could imagine. The house & kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need, however, we mainly used the house to shower & sleep. Lisa and Rodney are awesome hosts, and our family was glad we found their cozy nest. Oh, and seeing beautiful deer every morning and evening was definitely a plus.

Not what I was expecting.

This was my first experience with renting a home for a weekend. Unfortunately the overview of amenities is not accurate at all. There is NO air conditioning! In 85 degree weather the three small window fans were all that was provided and the other windows in the house were not able to be opened. I did inform the owner that their site was inaccurate and they still have not corrected the information. The beds were uncomfortable, the light did not work in the kitchen, the screen to the sliding door was broke and the advertised "fitness room" was a few weights in a closet. People work hard and look forward to their vacation time. Debbie F.

Girls weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Natures nest see 222, it was very clean I have to say however unexpectedly we did not I think that there will be people in the property right below has in the basement who had access to the main floor even though they use the outside door, where we were staying..... and when arriving there was food left in the refrigerator and the cabinets so we had to leave all of our stuff on the countertops.

The listing states that there’s a tenant downstairs and they do not have access to the main floor you do not cross paths with the tenants there are separate entrances ant two doors that are locked downstairs that does not allow entrance either way. There are condiments that are on the door of the fridge and cabinets for the convenience of guests to use. All shelves in the fridge are empty and the freezer too there’s cabinet space for food as well. Thank you

Nature’s Nest was the perfect home away from home. Everything was clean. The full sized kitchen and spacious living area made it easy to get settled in. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city, you’d likely enjoy this property. It’s quiet and peaceful. There are a number of different stores that are conveniently located nearby. If you want a quick handmade meal, a morning smoothie, herbal tea blends, or need to stock up on pantry essentials, the Pass Me Not International Green Market is the perfect place to go. Vegans, vegetarians, and health enthusiasts will really appreciate this minimart. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The “Nature’s Nest”, is a great way to describe this place. There are flourishing green plants inside, beautiful tall trees all around, and you can occasionally spot deer wandering about just outside. We’d be happy to visit again!

Great place to stay unbeatable ambience

Located just near to the ski lifts ,water parks,the house is very clean and provides u great hospitality.Gated community entrance by pass only. Close to nature you will see lots of deers. Beautiful fireplace which creates ambience of coziness,house decor very tasteful and comfortable. It’s a house where you feel like home. The only negative I could think of is we stayed to short. The house owners Lisa and Rodney are very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The house provides u access to the facilities like a outdoor pools,lake beach and more. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis house to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

We bought this property because of the location and easy travel to all of the fun things to do in the Poconos. When raising our four children this place was ideal. And now that we are empty nesting we decided to share it with others traveling to have a good time and needing some place to stay. It's a very cozy place and quite comfortable to stay in. The entire house is very nice and the community has amenities that adds to the great benefits.
