Great location in the village and a comfortable house. Well stocked kitchen and it was great to have a wood burning fireplace and a grill. Vail Realty team was easy to contact and responsive. We would stay here again.

Unbeatable location right at the heart of the Village. A 2-minute walk to the main gondola lift, close to restaurants shopping, and gear rentals. Unit was clean and as advertised. Very pleased with our experience, particularly as it was our first visit to Vail.

Great location

Loved the location in the village. The home had plenty of space. There was food left in the freezer and pantry from previous guests, but other than that it was very clean. We would stay again.

Really really great location. Like other reviews say the stairs are steep but my 3 yo and 6 yo were able to manage. Small price to pay for such a great spot

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at his property while in Vail. It was right at the edge of the main part of the village and just minutes from the gondola one. It was wonderful a place and location as we could ask for. The steps to the lower bedrooms are quite steep so may not accommodate people with mobility issues but other than that was an excellent property. Would certainly stay again.

PERFECT LOCATION, CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED AND GREAT MANAGEMENT

This is my 2nd time staying in this unit during the winter. It is very close to Gondola One, restaurants, bars, etc. The management is top notch, the unit is clean, stocked with towels and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this unit to anyone, anytime of the year.

Spring Break

We were pleased with our stay at this property. The location was perfect in Vail Village with convenient access to Gondola 1 and restaurants. I will say the stairs in the condo leading to the lower level bedrooms are steep and the mattress in the master bedroom needs updating. Other than that, the condo met our accommodation needs very well for our brief 4 night stay.

Vail Perfection 2.0 Heart of Vail Village, Gondola One, Ice Skating, Food and more fun!

Our second time staying here, we just can't say enough about the accommodations. The property management and the whole experience is and was on point The townhome is beautifully finished and outfitted. The space feels like home rather than a rental. It may appear small, however its very large and allows your group to spread out and find some peace when needed. Just remember the steep stairs downstairs to the 2 additional bedrooms. If you have older members of your party, the stairs are intense, so plan for them to stay in the upstairs master-problem solved! The bathrooms are very clean and the kitchen is outfitted well to prepare meals. I always try to bring disposable plates and cooking pans etc. to keep things simple and get out to ski as soon as possible. The fact that you can pop in to "Local Joe's" around the corner for coffee, then stroll into "Gorsuch" directly next store, I mean come on, it doesn't get better...but it does! The most wonderful thing, as skier's, is "Buzz's Boards", directly across from the townhouse. Buzz can suit you up for the slopes to perfection! His staff is beyond amazing and adds to the perfect Vail experience. The house is serviced by housekeepers to keep towels and linens stocked. And if anything is even needed, Vail Realty is right around the corner to assist. Book it, you will have the best time ever!

Awesome location with charm

Vail is my favorite place to ski. Usually stay 5-10 minutes away but this was the first time to bring all the kids so figured it would be convenient to stay in the village. Location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to lifts, restaurants, shops, and shuttle. If you have young kids you may consider that it still a little hike to Golden Peak which is best for little skiers. Quality of the place is well documented in the pictures. It’s not the newest or nicest but don’t confuse that with not being nice as it is definitely nice and adequate for a family of 6. At times it felt small if we didn’t get out for an extended period of time. There is a very steep staircase to consider if you have very little ones. We had a hard time keeping the living area cool which was a little disappointing since there’s an awesome wood burning fireplace which is well stocked with wood. A little disappointed that it was only equipped for a few days of trash bags and toilet paper when we stayed a week. Not trying to sound uppity but when I’m paying that much and getting away for a week long vacation don’t exactly want to have to worry about additional things like that. Convenient that the rental office is a walk right around the corner. All things considered I would definitely stay here again. Fair value and like I mentioned plenty of charm and character in this place but you are definitely paying for the location.

Extended ski vacation

Location can't be topped if you are looking to stay right in the village with walking access to gondola. Space is compact but very efficient. Minute walk from many restaurants but also has a well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

Great stay in Vail!

Seven of us stayed at Row House 3, four adults and three kids. It has a great location. Steps to all of the restaurants, shops, and Gondola One. Condo was clean and ready for us to check in. Process was easy. Lee and the rest of the Vail Realty gang were very helpful. No issues with any of the rooms. Heating and fireplace worked well. Also easy walk to Vail Transportation Center to catch the bus to Lionshead.
