Une destination de détente parfaite pour deux! Cet emplacement a tout. Cinq minutes à pied de la magnifique plage du Lido et à quelques pas des magnifiques boutiques et des grands restaurants de St Armands Circle. Appartement au deuxiÚme étage dans un immeuble de deux étages avec ascenseur. Surplombant la cour bien entretenue et la piscine chauffée et le spa. Promenez-vous dans un joli parc ou faites un court trajet (bus disponible) vers les théùtres et les arts du centre-ville de Sarasota. Veuillez noter que le séjour minimum est de 14 jours.

Lido island

Loved the location and the ability to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The effects of the storms last fall are still being felt with a lot of stuff closed and construction activity around the property/area. We had a great stay.

Lovely St Armand's Condo

Beautifully decorated condo in a classic St Armand's building from the 1960's. A very short walk to Lido Key Beach. Nitza and Glen are the very gracious hosts of this wonderful unit.

Private feeling condo in the middle of the best part of Sarasota

We stayed here for 2 weeks last December, 2014, and found it to be extremely relaxing, with a quiet, hidden feel, though it's right around the corner from Tommy Bahamas restaurant. My husband and I (60+) loved eating breakfast on the 2nd floor balcony, looking out on the pool. The condo has an open, light atmosphere, especially compared to another condo we stayed at recently. We used the warm, clean pool and hot tub daily. It is wonderful to be able to watch sunsets on the beach and walk on St. Armand's anytime we want. One thing newcomers may not realize (I grew up in Sarasota) is how much easier it is to drive from St. Armand's to other parts of Sarasota, compared to driving from further out on Longboat or any other key in the often heavy traffic of high winter season, Location here is a great advantage. And, of course, it is possible to get most any place by bus. From seeing the photos of the updated furnishings and appliances, it looks like our stay in December, 2015, will be even more pleasant than last year's!

Great condo!

This is our second stay here and we’ve loved it both times! Great location, clean and quiet. We had a tropical storm while we were there and couldn’t even hear it from inside! The bed is nice and comfy and the shower is great. We’ll definitely stay again.. highly recommend!

Perfect condo in perfect location

This was our third stay at Nitza and Glen’s property and we loved it every bit as much as the previous visits. The accommodation is bright and modern with the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen is the highest quality and the bathroom has the best walk in shower ever! A good night’s sleep is easily found in the vast, comfortable bed. The lanai gives welcome shade until late afternoon and looks out onto the swimming pool, which is pleasantly landscaped with mature trees. As for location, St Armands circle is on the doorstep, with its multitude of shops and restaurants, and beautiful Lido beach is a two minute walk away.

Great Place

We loved our stay. The owners did a great job rehabbing the condo and it was very nice given the covid situation where you spend more time in the kitchen! Nitza was very responsive and helpful. The unit does back up to the service ally to a bunch of restaurants and shops, so prepare for some intermittent noise from that. For the price, the location and quality can't be beat.
