Situé à Clarksville, en Virginie - la seule ville lacustre de Virginie et situé sur le magnifique lac Kerr, qui s'étend sur 200 000 hectares.

Stillwater's est une belle maison en rondins de 3 973 pieds carrés. La maison est située sur une crique avec vue sur l'eau des trois niveaux. Il y a une terrasse en bois de 28 'x 12' au niveau principal; Mur de verre profilé avec table / bancs de pique-nique, chaises longues, tables d'appoint et grill. Depuis le sous-sol, vous vous dirigez vers le lac en terrasse pour trouver un patio de 13 'X 28' avec des drapeaux et une fosse de feu pour la Virginie-Occidentale. Le sous-sol du rez-de-chaussée comprend un patio avec une table et des chaises et un bain à remous 7 personnes !!!!

La cabine dispose de 4 chambres: 2 lits king size - un lit king au niveau principal et le deuxième lit king au sous-sol, les deux lits sont équipés de nouveaux matelas Serta. Les 2 lits queen sont au 3ème niveau. Le niveau principal lit king / salle de bain a une baignoire pied et une douche. Le rez-de-chaussée lit king / salle de bain a une douche et il y a une baignoire / douche au 3ème niveau pour les deux chambres doubles.

Il y a un téléviseur Samsung 77 "à écran plat suspendu au mur avec système de son surround et des sièges en coupe au sous-sol. Il y a aussi une bibliothèque de livres et de vidéos au sous-sol. Il y a une autre télévision à écran plat dans le loft avec des sièges causeuse. Il y a aussi une bibliothèque à ce niveau. Il y a des chaînes Starz, HBO et Cinemax sur l’emballage Direct TV.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable avec une longue barre de 10 'pour un coin repas pratique en plus du coin repas.

Clarksville, à quelques minutes de l'I-85 à la frontière Virginie / Caroline du Nord, est idéalement situé à environ 45 minutes au nord de Raleigh, en Caroline du Nord, à une heure et demie à l'ouest de Richmond, en Virginie et à trois heures et demie de Wahington DC pour un accès facile. en voiture ou en avion.

Great house for a family vacation at the lake!

We loved staying at Stillwater’s! It had everything we needed and more! We made a nice campfire one night and the kids made s’mores. Easy access to the dock down a nice path. The water was high when we first got there but gradually came down as the week went on. The hot tub is an added bonus! Our host, Ada, was very quick to answer any questions we had and I enjoyed chatting with her. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to any family groups for a great lake vacation!

Excellent place to relax and connect. Cozy home with plenty of space for 4 guys. Loved the fire pit and the big screen to watch the World Series. Definitely would return especially with proximity to Biggs Island Brewery!

A serene retreat

Our stay was wonderful! The host was exceptionally responsive from day 1 and eager for everything to be perfect. We had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. Everyone enjoyed having the space to enjoy nature, fish from the dock and indulge in conversations in the kitchen and around the fire pit.

Wonderful Stay - Beautiful Cabin!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old, 1 year old and my parents for three nights and were so pleased! It it more beautiful in person. The cabin was spotless, great location, peaceful and serene. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exactly as described. Have nothing but positive things to say about it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week staying at Stillwater. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The property is beautiful and we loved the lake. It feels very secluded, yet you are only 15 minutes from a grocery store which is very convenient. Thank you for a peaceful week's stay.

Spacious cabin. Great layout for families!

Great cabin on large lot right on the lake. Perfect spot for my wife and me, three teenaged boys, and a four month old black lab. Loved the huge fire pit, fishing from the dock (though didn't catch anything :-)), and views of nature form the deck, and so much more. Owner - Ada was great work with. Beautiful place/spot!

Great family getaway!

Property was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone to gather as well as plenty for us to get away and " settle down". The beds were luxurious and the hot tub glorious. The lake level was very high due to lots of rain prior to our visit, but we enjoyed it despite limited dock access (no fault of the homeowner). Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Still Waters

Still Waters is a rustic and very beautiful cabin on a secluded inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing and engaging in water sports. Communication with the hosts was superb! The boat ramp was 5-10 min. by water and by car. The marina was a 20 min. boat ride or 10 min. car ride and they were fantastic to work with and very accommodating.Southern Boat Works was very friendly and reliable for boat repair and were kind enough to see us immediately since we were on vacation. Clarksville Tire and Service was able to order a trailer tire and have it mounted in less than 24 hrs. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one of us broke a foot/ankle and required medical attention. There was a lack of providers in the area, but the Clarksville Primary Care center were very kind and referred us to the Emerge Ortho in Oxford, NC, who were amazing. We're hoping to return again... with less calamity, :-)

Great property and location. Loved everything about it but the Internet Service. That was sub- par and hardly high speed, but the property itself was very nice. If you want to unplug, you can't do much better.

Hi Todd! Thank you for the kind words. I am surprised regarding the internet reception. We were there for three months and left on May 8 and it was working great. Thank you for letting me know, as it was newly installed in March. I can only guess that since it worked perfectly the three months we were there, that the position of the satellite must have been compromised. We even have a booster to maximize the strength, I will definitely call them on Monday to come out and have a look. And again, thanks for the heads up! I absolutely LOVE Clarksville. The beauty of the Lake is breathtaking and the folks are some of the most hospitable I have seen. I chose this property to build the cabin on, because it is on a cove and gives you that private, cozy, feeling my husband and I love! The water view is beautiful, but the trees are equally so.....like being in a treehouse!
There is a large circular driveway that makes it convenient to park trailers and cars.
There is close to an acre beside the cabin for family football, soccer, volleyball, etc., so bring your equipment!
I really enjoy looking out the kitchen window and seeing all the woods and the fact that there are no houses on either side of us for compete privacy.

We had always loved log homes and wanted to eventually retire in one for part of the year! I am an interior designer by profession, so the home was great fun to furnish by "antiquing" locally for some of the furnishings. We spend at least 5 months a year now to be with our daughter and family!
The hot tub was a must for us and we're certain that our guests enjoy that amenity too!
There is a great surround sound system to companion a 77" Samsung TV with a large sectional and wood burning fireplace (logs on site for your use) on the ground level. A walk up bar competes that interior entertainment area with a table and four chair on the outside patio beside the hot tub!
Another great area is the large flagstone deck with cedar gliders and a fireplace. There is wood by the fireplace for your use.
The main level has a large deck that offers picnic table and benches, rockers, chairs and occasional tables! The Charbroil grill is located on the deck.
A gas fireplace is on the main level with ample seating for family gatherings.
During the holidays this room has a 9' Christmas tree with mantle decorations too!
The kitchen is GENEROUSLY stocked with any utensil, pot pan you may need to serve a lovely dinner at the 10 person dining table.
The white claw foot soaking tub in the master bath is a real luxury too to enjoy after a day of boating!
We have been so grateful to the many guests that have treated our home as their own and look forward to hosting YOU as well!!!!!
