Cher Voyageur,

Cottage / studio, surplombant l'océan. Situé à la fin d'une route sans issue. Réveillez-vous avec les bateaux de pêche, le homard et les bateaux à pétoncles qui quittent la côte. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous. Profitez de tout ce que la baie de Quahog a à offrir, le kayak (lancement de la propriété), la baignade, la pêche, la détente sur le quai ou votre pont avant qui offre des vues spectaculaires. Attache ton bateau sur le flotteur. Il y a une grande pelouse, un parking privé et des attractions locales à visiter. Il y a beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée locaux, des plages, des musées, des théâtres, des restaurants. LL. Les haricots sont à environ 25 minutes.
Si vous êtes intéressé par les homards de fruits de mer sont 4. 50 - 5. 50 une livre ou vous pouvez les obtenir tous cuits pour 5 $. 00 chacun juste en bas de la route par 2 pêcheurs locaux.
Il y a un foyer au propane pour votre usage personnel.
Il y a un barbecue à gaz avec une table de pique-nique. Le chalet a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour.
Il y a le câble T. V. et internet.
Si vous avez un oreiller ou une couverture préférée, veuillez les apporter, bien que nous fournissions tous les draps. La cuisine a toutes les casseroles, plats, tasses, argenterie, cafetière, grille-pain, etc.
Il y a de la chaleur électrique pour les nuits d'été humides ou les matins.

Wow what a beautiful location. We were there right at the peak of fall leaf colors. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. Would love to go back and enjoy this area in the summer.The place was clean and comfortable.So much to do and see in the area so we were only there to sleep at night.

Great stay. My husband and I were there for 4 days. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely views. Just perfect for the two of us. Short drive to area sites, businesses and restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the property and the location. We saw lobster boats going out in the morning and an eagle landing in a tree nearby. The place and surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. Mike and Connie were wonderful hosts. We definitely would stay there again.

Nice, quiet location. Bed is super comfortable, and everything is neat and clean inside. We were a little confused which kayaks we could use and how to get them down to the water, and we were encouraged to use life vests, but there were none available (and we did not bring any with us). Otherwise, hosts were very responsive and we had a nice time.

Beautiful open waterfront stay

Very intimate setting but with plenty of outdoor waterfront pleasures. A massive shared lawn area that leads to a wonderful dock on the water. Plenary off water time amenities; fishing, kayaking, swimming… Mike (owner) was right there to make it all happen.

Cute little stay by the water!

We loved it here. Very cute little house, perfect for a couple wanting to explore Casco Bay. Wonderful views of the water. We got to kayak and lay out on the dock and saw the Milky Way. Mike and Connie were very helpful, highly recommend!

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing.

What a fine two days here! Most relaxing spot I have ever spent time enjoying. Had a chance to fly my drone camera and got nice pix and videos for owners. No charge.... just a surprise for them from me.

Our Stay

I reserved it for 3 adults. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed. The matteress seemed stained. The mosquitos were quite thick. Some spray repellent would have been helpfull. A Kerig is nice, but not having any pods was not. We had brought coffee with us for a real coffee pot.

Seemed stained? It’s not it’s new. We don’t provide bug spray, that’s up to the guest. I have on the website that it’s a Keurig. If you would have asked I would have provided pods. If anyone needs anything we are always available. We are right up the hill. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Forever Camp great little place to stay

Cottage was neat and clean, but could use some sprucing up. Hosts are great people, interested in you enjoying your stay and extremely accommodating. Whatever we needed during our stay was just a request away. Owner’s live on property and have four rental units so always available, but unless you need them you wouldn’t know it. Views are fantastic, elevated, directly over a working harbor so lobster boats going by. Very cool. There was an eagle living in the area so comes flying by regularly. Quite as can be with no road noise and while we were there 17 nights, no noise from the other rentals. Very peaceful sitting by the fire at night, but beware of the bugs. Lots of mosquitoes. Speak to Mike and he’ll give you some Yard Guard to help. There is a local place right down the road to buy fresh lobster (you need to cook it yourself, but cottage is equipped to do so) at the best price around. All in all, we had a very nice stay. Lot’s of preserves in the area with hiking opportunities with varying difficulty. Harpswell is a great place to spend some time.

Just as described

When we arrived we were greeted by the owners that were both friendly and accomodating. The view was amazing. We enjoyed Kayaking over to the island where our son spent hours looking for crabs. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Tranquil view of ocean

Loved the tranquilty of the views and cleanliness! The bed was comfortable but the rest of furniture was NOT comfortable. Great to have the ceiling fans! Kitchen was bare minimal; no tea pot, broiler pan, cookie sheet, baking pan, aluminum foil or plastic wrap provided. Oven was not clean and using burner on stove top to heat water set off smoke alarm. Had 2 melamine lobster plates with butter dishes, nut crackers and lobster pot. "Sofa bed" is a pull out loveseat that provides a single twin size bed . I do not think more than 2 people would be comfortable staying at this cottage without trippong over each other. My Husband and I barely could prepare meals together due to lack of work surface and minimal counter space and bumping into each other. Microwave fits a single dinner plate; it was too small to accomandate a Copco travel mug. Walking space to bathroom was barely the width of a person. OUTSIDE requires you to walk through next door cottage's backyard to access dock. No ladder provided to reach water. Lawn was not mowed and double glider shown in pictures does not have any cushions and we were afraid it would break if used. Owners never responded to inquiry for glider cushions. The owners were very prompt in responding to our report that the tv was not working. It was fixed in less than 24 hours! We could hear neighbors conversations as their vehicle is within 10' of our cottage. The property description is inaccurate. The cottage is located ALONG the way to the dead end of the road NOT at the end of a dead end road. There is NO bathtub as stated in the description. Please note there is no dishwasher and no kitchen linens were provided to dry hand washed dishes with. The property needs some maintenance done- side entrance stairs and landing were peeling and unattractive. Location usually required 30-45 min drive to reach most points of interest. Highly recommend Mae's Cafe in Bath, The Hardy Boat Puffin Cruise, The Maine State Prison Showroom and the Maine Botanical Gardens!!!

We have lived on this property for 50 plus years. Living where we do, made us feel like we are always on vacation, and we are lucky to enjoy the beautiful Maine coast. We are proud to be able to share our cottages with you and your family. We strive to provide a comfortable and memorable Maine vacation. No hustle and no bustle. Just lobster, family time and relaxation.
Married 46 years. We have a family of 3 and 9 grandchildren. We are available if anything is needed during your stay.
The property is safe and very quiet though we do encourage our guests to enjoy themselves during their stay.

This is deep water frontage. There are open views of the bay that offer wildlife, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. See the local lobstermen going out and coming in with their days catch. There are lobstermen who pull up their traps close to shore where you can watch as they do it.
Watch yachts and small boats as they go by. Sail boats are always in the bay.
Bring your own boat to enjoy if you would like, if you would like to be mooring your boat during your visit, please let us know in advance. Mooring availability. kayaks available to get that close nature feel.
