Situé dans une communauté privée avec accès à la plage privée. Vous trouvez cette maison récemment rénovée avec un plan d'étage ouvert. Six grandes chambres (2 chambres principales avec lits king, une au premier étage et une au deuxième étage avec salle de bain privée) avec un total de quatre salles de bain et demie. Les autres chambres comprennent un lit queen, un lit king, quatre lits doubles. Cuisine rénovée avec appareils Viking et comptoirs en quartz.
Climatisation centrale 2 zones avec unité séparée pour le sous-sol. Sous-sol entièrement rénové avec table de billard, baby-foot et une télévision grand écran et des sièges de théâtre. Piscine creusée entourée de pavés en briques et son stéréo surround Sonos. Douche extérieure isolée avec eau chaude et froide et vestiaire séparé. 4 téléviseurs avec câble et service wifi. Prises USB idéalement situées dans toute la maison. 2 kayaks, une planche à pagaie et 2 vélos pour votre plaisir.

Wonderful family getaway

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful month at Mark and Christina’s home. It has more than enough room for everyone to spread out - the bedrooms are all spacious and have lots of extra blankets, pillows etc. The beds are all super comfy. Our kids loved the bikes and rode down to the bay almost every evening. The backyard and pool and beautiful and would be great for hosting friends for a bbq. We put the cornhole game to good use! Overall we loved our stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. Highly recommend.

Incredible beach vacation

This wonderful East Quogue home was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. Christina and Mark were communicative and thorough in their instructions, check-in was a breeze and the house was spotless when we arrived. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the home was even more beautiful than it appeared in the listing photos. Our group included adults and 5 young children, and the property was perfect for all of us. Location is fantastic - a very short drive to ocean beaches and to town in East Quogue, and the bay beach down the street was a nice walk with the little kids. We found lots of nearby family-friendly activities (farms with animals for the kids to pet, etc.). We very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend to anyone considering!

Fun for all ages

We were pleasantly impressed by this property. The functionality of the house was perfect. We hosted a family vacation, with multiple generations, seamlessly. 2 bedrooms on the main level were occupied by our eldest members of the family. The 4 bedrooms upstairs were spacious with plenty of room to host the rest of us. Late night shenanigans occurred in the basement with a competitive game of pool or even outside playing corn hole or ping pong. The open garage concept (the garage door opens to the backyard) was key! While sitting at the pool, you could quickly check on your laundry, use the bathroom or grab a drink from the second refrigerator. We had plenty of seating by the pool whether it was to lay in the sun or shade or to sit and eat a meal or read a newspaper. The pool was just the right size for the kids to jump around and have fun or to relax on a float and soak up the summer sun. The location of this house is on point. Everyday we walked a 1/2 mile to the private beach on Shinnecock Bay to feel the ocean breeze. Some of our guests went fishing or just relaxed in the sand. I spent my mornings at the local supermarkets which were close by so that I could get fresh food daily. Also, close by are bagel stores, liquor stores, a butcher, farm stand, beverage store, pizza, gas station and great restaurants. This is our 3rd summer renting in the Hamptons and we all agreed this was by far the best one. The house was equipped with Sonos speakers which was nice to be able to enjoy music outside by the pool, in the upstairs master when getting ready, in the kitchen/main level and in the basement. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and hangers. Some bedrooms even had luggage racks. There were pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, games, tools and all kinds of accessories that you could need. There was a gas fire pit that was fun to make s’mores at night and a Weber BBQ for cooking meals. The landscaping was beautiful and at times you felt like you were surrounded by velvet trees. The pool was serviced several times so we never had to worry about it. The garbage was picked up 2x a week which helped a lot since we had a lot of garbage. The landscaper came regularly as well and was quick and efficient. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to text and/or email. This house is a sure thing and won’t disappoint. We hope to be back again one day.

Great House in Quogue

Rented this great house in Quogue for two weeks. The hosts were easy to communicate and the house was perfect. The pool and fire pit made for great Instagrams. We also took out the paddle boards to use the bay beach which was literally down the street. The ocean was also just minutes away. Overall a great experience.

Best Rental Ever

The owners of this property are wonderful, as is the property. It offers comfort, privacy and is so well laid out and spacious that it offers a large family of adults and one baby the ability to be together when desired and separate when needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners make sure that their guests' needs, from dishware to beach towels, is readily available. The neighborhood is quiet and well situated and there is a nice walk to the community's small beach and marina. We can't recommend this property highly enough.

Excellent staycation

We recently stayed at Christina and Mark’s property and were thoroughly impressed. Not only was the home beautifully decorated with high end appliances, but is also located in a quiet private community . Even in the colder months, this house offered our family everything we needed. The owners pay attention to detail and made us feel comfortable.

LOVE THIS HOME!

Would not hesitate to rent this home again! Traveled to Long Island for a family wedding and needed weekend accommodations for 9 adults and 2 children. We had more than enough room for all. This home is immaculate and newly updated. We plan to come back when we'll have more time to time to enjoy this lovely home and its surroundings.

Loved the house - perfect for a group

I stayed here for a wedding in the Hamptons. We were a group of 5 couples and it was so wonderful everyone got their own room and queen size bed *very rare in rentals* . The place was clean and there were plenty of areas to congregate. Loved the downstairs area with sonos, pool table and foosball. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

I highly recommend Christina’s house. She is an absolutely amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was spotless and there was plenty of space for our group! The home was stocked with all the necessities and a ton of extras as well! The games were a nice touch for sure! I can’t recommend this home enough if you’re looking for a spot in New York!

Perfect Getaway

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in the house and it was amazing! The house itself is new, nicely designed, very functional and comfortable.
