Belle maison relaxante avec beaucoup de soleil sur la piscine chauffĂ©e privĂ©e Ă©tincelante de cette retraite isolĂ©e en plein cƓur de Surprise Arizona. Marchez jusqu'Ă  Trader Joe's, ou Starbucks ou l'un des nombreux restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©! Ou prenez la voiturette de golf incluse!

Ce 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, est subtilement sud-ouest et joliment amĂ©nagĂ© avec des comptoirs en granit modernes, des lits confortables, des tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat, le Wifi, un systĂšme de jeu Wii, des meubles en cuir et de l'intimitĂ© dans la cour arriĂšre lorsque vous nagez ou vous dĂ©tendez prĂšs du bassin. Cette maison est adossĂ©e Ă  une ceinture verte pour plus de tranquillitĂ©. Les lits comprennent 1 trĂšs grand lit, 1 grand lit et 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a un salon sĂ©parĂ© parfait pour lire et se dĂ©tendre. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle Ă  manger et la salle familiale et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, de l'eau chaude instantanĂ©e et tous les plats, casseroles, poĂȘles, etc. nĂ©cessaires pour cuisiner Ă  la maison.

Great home!

My husband and I spent 4 days in this beautiful home, we had everything we needed, The Tennis Center was just a few blocks always, restaurants and all you needed a walking distance. The heating pool was excellent and of course the hot tub for the relaxing after all day of activitities. Thank you Sandy for let us share your home!

Beautiful Surprise!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home which is located near many restaurants and shopping areas. This home is exceptionally clean and I appreciate that very much. It is a 3 bedroom home with a heated pool and hot tub. It is an excellent choice for families or couples.

Wonderful Surprise Retreat

My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Surprise. The house is warm and inviting. We felt right at home. Everything you could need is there. The master bedroom is large and comfortable and the decor is wonderful. The owner is very easy to work with! We would absolutely stay here again! Christmas Family Getaway

Perfect house for a relaxing holiday. Honestly can’t complain about anything- the house was that nice. Had four of us but my parents came over during the day (their snowbird rental isn’t big enough for all of us) and there was plenty of room for all to hang. Backyard is wonderful, too. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed as was all the seating. Perfect for relaxing with a book. Already shared listing with others in my family

amazing & peaceful home....

My husband & I spent 4 fabulous days relaxing in this beautiful home. Our favorite parts were the pool, the location and the spacious and comfortable master! We were able to ride the bikes to almost everything! We found a local bar & grill super close and went a couple times. Sandy has the house set up with everything you could need and it is clean and inviting and so peaceful. The perfect vacation home! LOVED IT!

Immaculate

Dealing with the owner was a real pleasure! She was so helpful and accommodating! The house is immaculate and so very comfortable! Everything was perfect! What we liked best was that our boys had separate rooms, which works out best for our family. We plan on staying there every time we go back to Phoenix!

Surprise! Surprise!

What a wonderful home in Surprise, AZ!!! The house was new and beautifully decorated, the neighborhood was great, the pool was fantastic, the beds were comfy, the location could not have been better. The owner even invited us to try the perfectly scented handmade bath soaps and provided wine for our evening enjoyment. There were even items in the pantry. I loved the colorful Mellamine dishes. There were bicycles in the garage for our use but many restaurants and shopping were within an easy walk. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Phoenix area. We hope to come back soon!!!

Great home in Surprise, AZ

Home is located in a great neighborhood and close to shopping. Owner was amazing. She was very responsive particularly when we had questions about the home. Pool and hot tub were great amenities. I would recommend if you need a place to stay in Surprise, AZ.

Great in Surprise

This was the nicest home we’ve rented. The pictures and description were excellent, but seeing it was above our expectations. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. We had all the amenities we could need. The location was close to many restaurants and easy to access roads to further destinations The pool, new hot tub and fire pit were all enjoyable.. Sandy was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Great stay!

Our month's stay here was great! The house is bright, well-equipped and functional. Location is great for Spring training, Luke Air Force base, hiking and shopping. The heated pool was a nice bonus. We highly recommend this house and owner!

My wife and I just spent two weeks at this home. I will attest what all the other reviewers have already stated: This home has it all. It was clean, well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space in back was just as the pictures depicted. We could have easily stayed a month or more if time would have allowed and would definitely be back. Sandy should be proud that she has offered such a great place to stay while visiting Arizona. No surprises! Just a very memorable vacation.

Quiet and relaxing

The streets of Surprise are golf cart friendly, but mostly we walked to wherever we wanted to go locally. There are many malls within walking distance, including Walmart being the closest. This house is well decorated with quality furniture and the kitchen is extremely functional. We had great nights of sleep and this may have been the quietest neighbourhood I've ever stayed overnight at. This owner adds some nice personal touches for her guests. I found her communication great [although there was nothing we needed to request] and fair in her dealings with me.

Beyond expectations

This home has everything you need for your vacation. We pretty much never left unless we needed food and Walmart is a golf cart ride away. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with great location this is your spot.

The home was perfect. In a nice/safe area, on a quiet street, but still close to anything you needed; shopping centers and multiple restaurants within one-half mile. House was immaculate, the pool was clean/heated, and the pool deck had been recently refinished. A perfect home away from home, and would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the Phoenix region. Sandy was very responsive and personable in her communication. Highly recommend this home/renting from her if you're in the area!

As VRBO renters ourselves in the past, we discovered that renting homes instead of hotel rooms is a huge blessing - especially when you travel with your family. Why not have 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and your own private pool instead of being crammed into one room with no privacy! We have created an inviting and comfortable home that is furnished with the things we like when we travel and hope that you will too. We've added some extras like Wii gaming, a Keurig, and a variety of movies with a nice sound system as well as bicycles, pool floats, instant hot water, and alternative down comforters on comfortable mattresses just to name a few.

Our guests will enjoy a clean home with homemade soaps and a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy by the pool when you arrive. Wifi and printer onsite. Beautiful lighting surrounds the pool for serene evenings. We love the privacy, and quiet retreat of this home that is tucked in a neighborhood close to everything, yet perfectly secluded.
