The property was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. We loved that the bedrooms had either a king or queen bed in them. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall stay was great! Had issues with the pool, but they were able to get that fixed with two days left on the stay. Light switches were a little confusing. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Great House

We stayed here with family during a baseball tournament in the heat of the summer. The house was always cool and the pool was very nice and refreshing. It was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great, in the middle of many restaurants and pubs, as well as only a few minutes from Surprise Stadium (Royals & Rangers). Everything was very clean and as described in the write-up. Yes, the pool is unheated, but it was refreshingly crisp. We only had a couple issues. There were some bees that took up residence in the hot tub. They were already dead from the chemicals. The manager and the owner both got involved to resolve this immediately. Communication was really great. Owner also had some tools delivered to have on hand to tighten up a couple items needed simple repair.There were many games stocked in a cabinet. There were many seasonings stocked in the kitchen. There were flat screen TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms.Lots of space and everything was comfortable.

Baseball trip

This was a lovely house. Fully loaded with everything you could need. Very comfortable. We had 8 adults and had plenty of space to relax. Beds were all comfortable. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great stay!

This house met our expectations and more. Not only is it close to several Spring Training stadiums, the neighborhood was safe and well maintained. Beds were very comfy and the common areas were large and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extra dishes, spices and kitchen appliances and utensils. We hope to be back next year!

Baseball Tournament & Family Vacation

Perfectly located for a summer baseball tournament our high school son played in at the MLB Spring Training facilities in Surprise. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and could easily accommodate eight or more guests. There was a short delay accessing the property when we arrived due to an error by the 3rd party company that schedules the stay. However, the property manager acted quickly to resolve the issue and the property owner followed up with us to ensure our stay went well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice house. Came to visit my parents and spent majority of the time at their house but the house was fully stocked with cooking equipment and plenty of utensils and plates. Family Retreat

The property was perfect. We had three couples, all family. We were all very impressed with the property. The property and surrounding amenities were just what we were hoping for. Wonderful Home & Location

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you'll need and the TV's in each room are a plus. The 4 Kings and 1 Queen make it great for couples to share the property and the backyard is a good gathering spot.We were there for baseball at Surprise Stadium and made the 45 minute walk each day. Very pleasant neighborhood and good location within a few miles of some of our favorite restaurants.

After speaking with them, we'd like to share the following: • While there have not been any prior reports of issues with our area rugs, we apologize for any problems you encountered. We worked with Evolve and determined the rugs pose no safety concerns. However, out of an abundance of caution, some rugs were removed. • There was unseasonably cooler weather during your stay. While this is beyond our control, we're sorry if that caught you off guard. The property listing description states: Private pool (depth 3'-5', unheated). Additional notation will be added to the listing ensuring future guests arrive with the expectation that the pool is unheated. The pool water does remain at a comfortably warm temperature throughout most of the year, which is why heating isn't necessary. • Our rules and policies are standard with other short-term vacation rentals. They help to provide safety and comfort for our guests. We also want to ensure our home is maintained in a condition where we can continue to share it with future guests.
