All the light switches were marked. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is nice. Our group would recommend this property. Just 2 things to be aware of: the pool is not heated and the garage is not available to guests. We figured the pool wouldn’t be heated and we aren’t real swimmers, but that might be disappointing to families with kids. As for the garage, we are golfers, so we had to haul our clubs back and forth each day to put them inside.

Everything was very clean, and there were an abundance of utensils to use in the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. One criticism is that the closets in the master room were not available. There is a wardrobe to hang some items in, however, if you have anything long to hang, it is not ideal. Trying to figure out the light controls was also tricky, but there is nothing really to complain about.

Clean and Comfortable

Great house!

The property was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. We loved that the bedrooms had either a king or queen bed in them. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great House

We stayed here with family during a baseball tournament in the heat of the summer. The house was always cool and the pool was very nice and refreshing. It was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Overall stay was great! Had issues with the pool, but they were able to get that fixed with two days left on the stay. Light switches were a little confusing. Overall would definitely stay here again!

From the Owner: "Thank you so much for the review. Unfortunately, weather storms had come through, and debris blew into the pool. We do keep a pool brush and net handy. The problem was rectified with a new pump drive within two days of our pool service tech letting us know there was an issue".

This was a lovely house. Fully loaded with everything you could need. Very comfortable. We had 8 adults and had plenty of space to relax. Beds were all comfortable. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great stay!

This house met our expectations and more. Not only is it close to several Spring Training stadiums, the neighborhood was safe and well maintained. Beds were very comfy and the common areas were large and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extra dishes, spices and kitchen appliances and utensils. We hope to be back next year!

Very nice house. Came to visit my parents and spent majority of the time at their house but the house was fully stocked with cooking equipment and plenty of utensils and plates. Family Retreat

The property was perfect. We had three couples, all family. We were all very impressed with the property. The property and surrounding amenities were just what we were hoping for. From the time we booked through the stay, we found the property to be everything we hoped for. Communication with our property manager (Chelsea) was simple and she was always available to us, We look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Baseball Tournament & Family Vacation

Perfectly located for a summer baseball tournament our high school son played in at the MLB Spring Training facilities in Surprise. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and could easily accommodate eight or more guests. There was a short delay accessing the property when we arrived due to an error by the 3rd party company that schedules the stay. However, the property manager acted quickly to resolve the issue and the property owner followed up with us to ensure our stay went well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful Home & Location

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you'll need and the TV's in each room are a plus. The 4 Kings and 1 Queen make it great for couples to share the property and the backyard is a good gathering spot.We were there for baseball at Surprise Stadium and made the 45 minute walk each day. Very pleasant neighborhood and good location within a few miles of some of our favorite restaurants.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well planned out. Only problem was no available closet in the master bedroom. If the owners could rethink that issue. We would choose this house again!

The house itself was very nice and clean. Then we started discovering one problem after another. The blinds in the downstairs bedroom are taped up. There was no air conditioning on the 2nd floor. The pool was full of leaves and took over an hour to scoop.The hot tub was dirty and wouldn't go above 96 degrees..The only people allowed have to be part of your registered group. In other words - no visitors. The checkout time listed with the booking, conflicted with the house rules and caused a problem at the end of our stay, leaving us feeling disgruntled. If you are looking for a quiet clean place to sleep this is it but if you're looking for a place to be active and enjoy the amenities, I'd look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that you found the home clean, quiet, and comfortable. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. The blind in the downstairs bedroom has since been replaced, and the home includes separate upstairs and downstairs A/C systems with individual thermostats for guest comfort. We also continue to regularly maintain the pool and hot tub, though windy conditions and nearby trees can occasionally cause leaves to collect in the pool between service visits. The hot tub was inspected prior to arrival and is fully operational. We’d also like to clarify for future guests that daytime visitors are permitted, while overnight occupancy is limited to the home’s maximum occupancy in accordance with house rules and local requirements. Additionally, the checkout time discrepancy through Vrbo has since been corrected. Thank you again for your feedback.

After speaking with them, we'd like to share the following: • While there have not been any prior reports of issues with our area rugs, we apologize for any problems you encountered. We worked with Evolve and determined the rugs pose no safety concerns. However, out of an abundance of caution, some rugs were removed. • There was unseasonably cooler weather during your stay. While this is beyond our control, we're sorry if that caught you off guard. The property listing description states: Private pool (depth 3'-5', unheated). Additional notation will be added to the listing ensuring future guests arrive with the expectation that the pool is unheated. The pool water does remain at a comfortably warm temperature throughout most of the year, which is why heating isn't necessary. • Our rules and policies are standard with other short-term vacation rentals. They help to provide safety and comfort for our guests. We also want to ensure our home is maintained in a condition where we can continue to share it with future guests.
