Situé au 1707 Perrin Drive, le Malibu Pointe est un complexe de condominium au style caribéen. Cette unité de 4 chambres 4 salles de bain a 1 King, 2 Doubles, 4 Twins. Dormir 10 personnes max.

Il y a une excellente vue sur l'océan depuis ce balcon au 10Úme étage. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un téléviseur à écran plat 25 pouces avec lecteur DVD intégré et d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat LCD 42 pouces dans le salon. Toute votre famille peut profiter de la chaßne cùblée de son choix. Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Les appareils comprennent un micro-ondes intégré, un lave-vaisselle, une cuisiniÚre à plan lisse, un réfrigérateur cÎte à cÎte avec eau et glace à l'intérieur et un Keurig. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité ainsi qu'un accÚs Internet. Dans la chambre principale, il y a une vue magnifique depuis le balcon, ainsi qu'un bain à remous et une douche séparée pour votre détente. Cette propriété n'est pas moto amicale !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 6 of us stayed for a week and it worked very well for our needs. The views from our balcony were lovely - you could hear the waves! There were two walkways to the beach on either side of the building - very convenient and quick. There were also some restaurants, an ice cream shop and a quick mart all with-in a block or two so you don't even have to drive. Great location in NMB. The gym, pool and lazy river would have been adored by younger kids. Each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom was a plus - made everyone getting ready at once quick and easy. The furniture is not the newest, but it worked, and it was comfortable. The condo was clean except for the entryway and kitchen tiles - they could have used a really good mopping. It would have been nice if the following items were provided by the owner: a hair dryer, clothes hangers in the bedroom closets, more forks, a pasta drainer, a better can opener. Overall, a great find and would stay here again!

MINOR ISSUE, IS THAT SECTIONAL CUSHIONS MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED AND ONE CHAIR IN BEDROOM DID NOT HAVE A BASE TO HOLD THE CUSHION IN IT. THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE BEACH THAT I COULD GET BACK AND FORTH TO THE CONDO EASILY.

The view from the condo was amazing and the walk to the beach was convenient. The host of the property provided outdoor equipment, though we had our own. Everything was exactly as stated. Anytime I called to ask a question before my arrival the office staff promptly returned my calls and also followed up with me after the completion of my stay. Will book with them again. We also took advantage of the free ticket at the local water park and go carts amusement parks.

Best Kept Secret

Great condo just across the street from the beach. Convenient to shopping, ice cream and quick food. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. New knives and glasses for beverages would be helpful in the future. Overall, we enjoyed all of the amenities. The lazy river was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay again!

Unorganized kitchen,

There were plenty of pots and pans but everything was just thrown in the cabinets, utensils were also unorganized. Floors were very dirty , had to mop when we first arrived , no way they had cleand them before we arrived. Twin beds had a lot to be desired , some of the pillows smelled of urine. Other then that we had a great time and it was a nice view . Would have been nice to have a key pad for the pool entry instead of dealing with a key .

14 yrs since family was together

After 15 yrs of family not being together this was perfect location of us & big enough. Only thing i wish was disclosed was TP and trash bags arent supplied. Also keys didnt work to building and we wetent supplied wash cloths or hand towels and to get them from rental office. Also had some extra blankets that looked to have been used and not replaced in 1 room. Otherwise everything was great

Would definitely consider staying here again if I need a 4 bedroom again.

The condo was close to the beach and nice but the unit itself was in poor shape. The furniture was torn and holes in the chairs. The sinks did not let the water go down and the shower unit in master bedroom was very weak. The closets had holes in them. It was not very well taken care of. Washer and dryer was very old.

Great for our family!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We are a family of seven, so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great for us. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there were plenty of linens. Washer and dryer in the unit allowed us to keep towels clean through the week. Upon arrive, we had a small issue with a leak from an upstairs unit, but the maintenance teams were there VERY quickly to assess and resolve the situation. The living room furniture is starting to show some wear, but it was comfortable, and we had no problem crashing there in the evening to take in a movie. The pool area was fantastic, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. If we ever make it back to the area, we'll do our best to stay here again!

Nice place and nice location

The condo was big and accommodating for a large family group. It was very clean. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Unfortunately the other beds weren't as comfortable. The location was very nice. We all had fun at the pools. On the downside, with 8 adults, we could have used more parking passes. We were only provided 2 passes. The rest had to park at the office which isn't within a short walking distance. It was inconvenient as people wanted to come and go. I do understand that's their policy, so know that going in. If you only have 2 vehicles in your group, then you don't have an issue. Overall, we all had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Condo was perfect!! Owners had everything we needed!!! Dean the pool guy was great so friendly!!

Everything was perfect for our family so accommodating!! The owners had everything we needed in the kitchen!!! It took us 9 years to find the perfect rental in Myrtle Beach!! We are skipping next year but will definitely be back in 2024!! Would love to tell the owners thank you so much!!!

Fun in the Sun!

We loved staying here! Location and view was AMAZING! Close to beach access, all major attractions and easy to get to. Plenty if room for everyone in our family. We look forward to staying here again!

As Promised

We had room for everyone. The master bedroom had it’s own access to the balcony which was a nice bonus, to compliment the renovation they have done to this room! This bed was super comfortable! I hope you continue the renovations, it’s a great beginning! North Beach Realty staff (maintenance and housekeeping) need some work on manners and entering while people are sleeping and dressing. We loved the location and views! A quick walk to the beach and several hoses to clean off with before heading upstairs! The lazy river was nice, but by day 3 it was pretty dirty with debris from so much use.

Coffee maker didn't work but maintenance replaced it with a phone call. Hot tub in master was out of service but we enjoyed the condos hot tub, pool and lazy river on the ground floor. The balcony is very nice and has a nice view, very pleasant to hang out there even in a light rain. Beach is just across the street. Parking was plentiful. We will come back.
