Ce 4BR / 4. 5BA Raised Beach House se trouve juste en face de North Beach Plantation. Vous pouvez regarder les vagues frapper le rivage depuis les fenêtres de la maison! Cette maison confortable a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. La cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée et est prête pour la cuisson. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, dites-nous si vous souhaitez des repas préparés ou s'il y a de nombreux restaurants juste en bas de la rue.
Il y a 2 lits queen dans la suite principale qui est située à l'étage principal de la maison. A l'étage, il y a 3 autres chambres. Il y a un lit queen dans la 2ème chambre, 1 lit queen dans la 3ème chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la 4ème chambre. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain au niveau principal. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon et toutes les chambres ont des écrans plats.

Le salon est très spacieux et confortable avec de nombreux sièges. La table de la salle à manger est grande et parfaite pour les repas de famille. La maison est lumineuse et a beaucoup de fenêtres pour profiter du paysage et vous pouvez même voir la mer! Les plafonds cathédraux donnent l'impression qu'il est encore plus grand et il y a des ventilateurs de plafond partout. Vous allez adorer cette propriété! Il y a aussi un bar dans le salon pour les boissons et les cocktails supplémentaires. Louez une voiturette de golf pour aller à la plage et revenir si vous voulez. Apportez vos chaises de plage et détendez-vous!

Cette belle maison est parfaite pour les grands groupes, les réunions de famille ou les escapades de week-end. Il est situé juste en bas de la rue de Barefoot Landing, qui compte de nombreux magasins, restaurants et attractions. Découvrez The House of Blues, le théâtre de l’Alabama, l’entreprise vinicole Duplin, l’Alligator Adventure et bien plus encore. We came to Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s college softball games. We had an excellent stay at Shore Beats Work! It was not far to the softball fields and was close to a plethora of restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained, on a quiet street, and was a short walk away from the beach. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful Family Summer Trip

House is very well kept and the perfect size for a larger group. The nine of us stayed very comfortably. The location is wonderful, only a short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing.

Very happy overall, close to the beach, the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to cleanup at the same time. Close to restaurants and entertainment! The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the showers, a little low pressure but enough to shower.

The Windy Hill Experience

The Windy Hill Experience was an excellent stay for me and my friends. Starting with the ladies at check in very friendly and enjoyed chatting with them made me feel as I was family. Great Location, Great Property

The house was amazing with a great location relative to the beach and to attractions nearby. Some maintenance issues present. Didn't appear to be swept or mopped before checking in. Trash can outside was full. Wifi went out on the final two days of staying. Property management company was responsive though. Would most likely rent again.

Everything was great but .. the dishwasher was not working all week nor the garbage disposal. Didn’t expect to wash dishes by hand on my vacation. Tropical Storm Debbie put a real damper on our week.

Great family place, needed more attention to cleaning

5 of the 9 people had respiratory symptoms all week because of excessive dust. The air return vents were filthy with layers of dust. The ceiling fans in the LR and Master bedroom were deep with dust. Floors needed to be properly mopped.

Shore Beats Work

The property was destroyed by previous renter and we suffered the consequences. The air conditioner had to be serviced twice, the house is in need of repair, the kitchen pots/pans were disgusting. The house needs to be repaired and in desperate need a thorough cleaning.

Great place to stay, just needs some quality of life improvements.

The location of the house is great, there are plenty of things around to do as well as places to eat, and its walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of little things that could've been fixed and cleaned prior to our arrival. Trash was not sent out to be picked by trash pickup, the furniture was not cleaned up under or in between cushions, the beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with the in-counter stove top unit. Minor problems aside, the house is definitely worth staying for vacations, the cleaning service just needs to be more on it about checking all nooks and cranny inside and outside the house. We're are considering staying again in this house for next year since we come to myrtle beach every year.

Great location, plenty of space!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely gorgeous! My family was happy and comfortable all week. There is a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great and everyone is so friendly! Youre only min away from shops,restaurants,the grocery store, and activities.Our only recommendations for the owner is to have the cleaning crew vacuum the house and mop floors before the next guests. It wasn't clean and the ceiling fans were dirty as well. Some of the steps outside on the front porch need new boards for safety reasons and there are wires hanging out of the house that should be covered up. The bed in one of the rooms needs replaced.There are too many light switches that do nothing.I think labeling them would be helpful. The water does not get hot in some of the bathrooms and the outdoor shower did not work. Oh and the air in the master bedroom doesn't work, so that room gets hot by morning if your door is closed. All in all my family had a great stay and were very happy. The sheets were fresh and there were plenty of fresh towels provided which we loved! The jacuzzi tub was great as well! We will be back next year for sure in hopes the house is cleaner and maintenance items have been resolved!

Gr8 house, plenty of space, would consider staying again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive: 4BR 4.5Ba, tons of space, each room has own bath - yay! Much better than sardine-like condo for family, would definitely consider staying again.Negative: Mattresses quite hard (typical), MBR king slopes to north. 8 carport lites, none function; only a couple lites near stairs work. MBR AC inoperative 1st day, fine thereafter. Be aware that base price gets larded up almost $900 with admin fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, damage protection fee, MB & NMB fees, & taxes. Left side parking VERY tight - don't try to park a van! Rearview mirror glass on right side of parking indicates previous tenant learned the hard way about tight parking! Communication: Don't expect Vacation Rentals of NMB to reply to emails, but they did send the needed (missing) pillows & apparently looked at AC issue - all without communication. Documents said check-in at 3pm, but was emphatically told later by Vacay Rentals of NMB that check-in at 4pm - obviously unclear, but we entered house at 3pm without issue.Golf Cart: Recommend NMB Golf Cart Rental (Michael 843.390.3900) to get to & from beach, since it's a few blocks away; but it's $4/hr to park cart at the beach. Then again, it appears no one enforces golf cart parking permits at 46th & S Ocean Blvd. Beach: No public bathrooms at beach parking locations (though parking costs $4/hr), so having a golf cart or bicycle is very handy.

Thanks for your review and feedback. The bed in the Primary BR was purchased last year. Not sure of the issues. We always respond to our guests and are very responsive to any issues. If you sent an email over weekend, we cannot always respond until the next day. It is a raised beach house so the parking is tight under the house. We also let guests know that check-in is at 4pm on all of our correspondence but will allow early check-in if the property is ready. Summer is very busy. As far as the fees, we are very transparent on the rates and fees. Taxes here are high for accommodations. This property is walking distance to the beach so it is very convenient. Glad you enjoyed your stay though even with all of your issues.

A beach house

Location of the house perfect. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to all attractions and shopping. If you are considering this property take this into consideration… to get to the front door using the front steps is 26 winding steps up. There is a back set of stairs up to the back/kitchen door. The master bedroom is on the main floor but the three other bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs. There IS a shower in the master bath that isn’t shown in any pics. The only liquid hand soap was in the half bath on the main floor. The floors were filthy. It looked like we had walked around on the sidewalks barefoot, when we were simply walking around the house barefoot. I am keeping in mind that this is very close to the ocean when I say this… little kitchen ants every day and a couple of palmetto bugs on one day were found. Read into that whatever you want I’m just explaining my experience. The blinds all around the house need a swifter ran over them. So perhaps the managing company just needs a better cleaning service. Everything we used worked with the exception of many of the light switches didn’t do anything. I’d like to suggest the owner or manager label the switches. The TV remotes were a toss up on if they went with that one tv, with 5 tvs labeling these things would go a long way toward guest ease of use. A few basic maintenance things need to addressed by the manager/owner but does not effect the use of those things. Was it worth it? Yes. Would I book this house again? No due to the steps to climb and the filthy floors. Would I suggest this house to friends? Yes with the list I just provided everyone on here. Like I said, this is a beach house I know it will be a bit salty on the outside and perhaps a bit sandy inside as well. But on first arriving the floors were thee most disgusting.

Thanks for your review and feedback. We will definitely pass this on to the cleaners and make sure that they are doing a better job on the floors. We are sorry that there were issues and we would have addressed them on the day you arrived if you reached out. We do tell our guests to call us if there are any issues at all. I am glad that you would refer the house to your friends so I am sure that you did enjoy your stay after the items you encountered.

Satisfactory house for men and golf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken shower door that was completely off. Many chipped cabinets. Dried purple paint in the washing machine. Overhead fan in one of the bedrooms cobbled terribly knocking the chains against the lamps, not making for a quiet sleep.Do not book this house if youre wanting beach or any kind of view.
