First time to Ocean Springs and we had no clue what to expect. We were so pleased with the town and everything it has to offer! The location of this rental was perfect. We were able to walk to shops and places to eat and entertainment in minutes. This was definitely a highlight of the trip. Plus the best donut shop is right next door! The rental was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We look forward to coming again!

This property was exceptional. The location is just steps from all the restaurants and shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay.

This property is truly located in the middle of downtown's entertainment district--in walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Our stay was over the Labor Day weekend, so we had a ball shopping this year's Art Walk and not having to look for a parking spot. This rental comes with a fabulous parking spot!! However, it also comes with the sound of neighborhood cover bands on weekend/holiday evenings. Lots of fun if you want to party with the folks at neighborhood bars without needing a designated driver!

Spring Getaway

We all had a great time. Enjoyed the ease of walking to the boutiques, restaurants and bars. The variety of music available in the area was very good. The place was clean and comfortable. Have stayed here before and plan on returning next year.

Loved the location
however the property is in need of deferred repaired. The kitchen with the broke linoleum has been there for a few years. The rod in the bathroom is rusting badly. The porch looks work and tired. The house was not thoroughly cleaned
there was a VERY personal item left in one of the bedroom drawers rendering it unusable. I did not object the the price I paid this year for the unit due to the location. If the unit remains in its current condition I will choose another property that is in better condition. You can’t charge 5 star rates for a 3 star unit and expect people to return on a regular basis.

An Ocean Springs gem!

Have stayed here multiple times, and don’t even bother looking elsewhere. Perfect location, quaint and comfortable, and has all necessities. Frequently visit the area, and our trip dates are based on the availability of this location. Definitely recommended!

Great location

Have stayed here several times. Love the location to downtown, restaurants, and the beach. We walk to just about everything in the area even over the bridge into Biloxi. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Henry is quick to reply to any concerns. Looking forward to next time.

Ladies golf get away

We planned our trip to be there for the Peter Anderson festival in early November. Enjoyed the closeness to town and all the activity. Had a wonderful stay, golfing, walking, shopping and enjoying the eats that Ocean Springs offer. Will be back.

First visit Ocean Springs

We came here to check out the area to maybe relocate and just to see what Ocean Springs was like. It was a great place. Great location I half a block away from government Street. We’re all the shops restaurants and bars are so you’re right in the middle of everything Very walkable little place. I give a five stars.

Great Location!

Super quaint space in the perfect location if you are looking to be downtown. Be aware it is in a busy area with late night noise from surrounding bars, but that was part of the appeal for me, and sound machine was all we needed (we brought one, but they are provided for you as well). One side of the property is more affected than the other as far as noise, but we slept on the “loud” side, and were fine. Well equipped space that was super clean and well kept. Booking/check-in process was a breeze as well. Loved it all around and as a frequent visitor of Ocean Springs, am excited to have found this little gem.
