Belle maison historique située à cinq minutes du centre-ville de Dallas dans la communauté de Lakewood.
Belle promenade aux restaurants, boutiques, épiceries, Starbucks et divertissements. Cette unité récemment rénovée est au rez-de-chaussée avec un parking dans la rue et un patio extérieur.

L'espace: Cette spacieuse unité de 650 pieds carrés entièrement meublée comprend une chambre avec un lit queen
lit, bureau, placard et nombreux rangements. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.
L'appartement a été récemment rénové et dispose de comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils, d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, du wifi et d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec chaînes satellite et cinéma.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer un repas, ainsi que du café, du thé et de l'eau en bouteille de qualité supérieure.

Perfect for Us

My friend and I were coming to Dallas for a girls weekend and we booked this cute place to stay. The check-in was easy and Mrs. Judy was a pleasure to deal with. The location was perfect and there was so many things to do within the area, I don't think we traveled more than 7 miles. The place was super cute, clean and comfortable.

Family Visit

This was an excellent property and location. We had our Christmas with our daughter, son-in-law and the kids - our grandkids there at the rental and worked out perfectly. Fantastic Dallas getaway!

This property is perfect for a couples getaway. It's on a very quiet street, but easy access to multiple restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute drive) as well as downtown Dallas. The space is tastefully decorated and is very comfortable with wifi/air conditioning/washer/dryer. Judy is a gracious host and communications were always prompt. Parking is on the street, but it's abundant and we never had a issue finding a space close by. Would definitely recommend this property and will rebook on any future visits to Dallas.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay. Judy was super nice and friendly. Due to the weather my flight was cancelled and I wasn’t able to check in on the first night. Judy was super understanding. Communication was excellent. We had some complication working the thermostat and Judy was quick to respond and resolved. Would definitely return! Such a cute little cozy place.

The apartment was conveniently located to my desired area. It was easily accessed to major highways. I was traveling by myself and I always felt safe in the apartment. The apartment was as shown in the pictures cute and comfortable. The bed was on the softer side but very comfortable to me. Easy contact with the owner when I had a question about the heater. Will stay again if ever need the area again. Excellent experience for the two weeks there.

Just what the doctor ordered!

My husband and I came in from NW Arkansas for my surgery and needed a quiet, restful place and boy was this just the ticket! It was close to my Dr. and had so many wonderful things close by yet even by a busy road it was soooo quiet and such a neat neighborhood! Loved having Whole Foods and many cute restaurants available as we really didn’t want to drive far …. My husband brought his trike to ride the trails a little and was so happy to see that we were very close to several - we tried places like the Garden Cafe ( adorable ) and the soft bed felt perfect for recovery - can’t recommend this place enough and will be back soon! Judy was an amazing host and helped us with anything we needed!

A Quaint Neighborhood Getaway

The property is so cute and I never thought a cow rug could be so soft. The owners were so helpful on Thursday night arriving there late and got us in, showed us around. For living very close to other neighbors it's a very laidback and calm street, it is next to a main road but there is quite a bit of separation from that street and the one the house is located on. I would say if you plan on eating out or ordering in check the book on the table. Also if you plan on eating out get a reservation or you'll never get in. The little kitchen is perfect for cooking what you need and plenty of room in the fridge. The washer and dryer came in handy with our little one and she got to meet one of the neighbors and their dog when we were walking and they're not too far from a few parks if you need a place to take your kiddo, the aquarium was also nice. It's a great price for all the things that you won't get in a hotel room, it's quaint, quiet and has so much character and I couldn't help but notice a pretty painting in the bathroom that reminded me a little of Richard Simmons but super cute and super sweet Host/Hostess.

Great location!

This location was perfect for our weekend trip to the State Fair. It was quiet and cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and very thoughtful in providing all the info we could need. It was clean and comfortable and nearby lots of restaurants. We would definitely rent here again!

this place was quite, very nice owners .You have to park on the street ,but this nice lady gave us her driveway for the night so we could pack our car. yes i would tell anyone to stay here.

A lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood

This is a lovely little apartment that was perfect for my stay in Dallas. Judy is a great host and made sure everything went smooth during my stay. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay and the internet and TV were great.

Convenient and safe location. Great layout and well furnished. Excellent bedding, bathroom, washer & dryer, kitchen. Parking is easy and never a problem. Lower Greenville and Trader Joe's 5-7 minute. Whole Foods 5 minutes. Henderson 7 minutes. Downtown 10 minutes. White Rock Lake 10 minutes. Judy is a great manager and always responsive. Five stars

I have been a native of the Dallas area my entire life. My husband and I bought this 105 year old house in 1980 and have spent the last
38 years restoring it. I am an artist and my husband is a builder and we raised our five children in this house. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country and sharing our home with them.

This home is a beautiful historic home in the Junius Heights historical district. It's 105 years old, but has been completely updated. Even though we are very close to downtown Dallas, the neighborhood is relatively quiet. This house is in one of the most beautiful parts of Dallas, with the arboretum and fair park minutes away. Lakewood Country Club is one mile away with a golf course, dining and swimming.

We are located minutes from Deep Ellum, where music, great food, nightlife and festivals abound. Lakewood also boasts many great restaurants within walking distance of our home.
