Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re delighted that the house and location worked so well for your family. It’s especially nice to hear that you were able to enjoy active mornings exploring the area and then come back and relax by the pool in the afternoons—that’s exactly the kind of Cape Cod vacation we hope our guests can enjoy. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay!

So glad you had such a great time on the Cape! It sounds like you made the most of the area, and I’m happy the house was a comfortable place to come back to after your adventures. I especially appreciate your comments about the kitchen—we try to keep it stocked with everything guests might need. Thanks again for staying with us, and hope to see you back in Brewster!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and especially for that lovely photo of the two of you sitting around the fire pit with the pool and lights in the background! I absolutely loved seeing it! Those are exactly the kind of special moments we hope our guests get to enjoy at the house. I’m so glad the teenagers had fun in the pool and everyone had a chance to relax and enjoy time together. I also really appreciate you pointing out the visibility issue with the deck steps. That’s helpful feedback, and we’ll look into making them easier to see at night. And I’m happy to hear you discovered Cobie’s—such a great Cape Cod spot and one of my personal favorites too! Thank you again for staying with us and sharing a little glimpse of your family vacation. We’d love to have your whole crew back someday!

It makes me so happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay, especially those relaxing afternoons by the pool! We’ve put a lot of thought into making the house feel like a home away from home, so your kind words really mean a lot. Sounds like you had a wonderful Cape Cod getaway! Thanks for choosing our home for your vacation, and we’d love to have you back!

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad the house was a comfortable and relaxing getaway for your group. It's wonderful to hear you were able to enjoy the heated pool in September and spend your evenings around the fire pit—those are some of our favorite ways to enjoy Cape Cod, too. We're also happy the location worked well for your stay. Thank you for choosing our home, and we hope to welcome you back for another visit!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the home was a great fit for your family. We love that guests can enjoy so many of Cape Cod's best activities right nearby. Thank you for choosing our home for your getaway. We hope to welcome you back to Brewster again in the future!

Hi Helen, I hope this finds you well! Its a little delayed but none less. So glad you have enjoyed your stay! We love the pool too which was the main reason that we bought this property lol and it is great to witness so many families have enjoyed it too :-)

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're so happy to hear that our home was a perfect fit for your family and that everyone—from the adult kids to the grandkids—enjoyed the pool. It's great to know the well-stocked kitchen and the beach gear in the garage helped make your stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication. We want every guest to feel well taken care of throughout their stay. Thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation. We'd love to welcome you back to Cape Cod anytime!

Thank you for noting that you enjoyed the house, private pool, décor, and our responsiveness. We were disappointed by the 3-star rating, however, and would like to clarify several points for future guests. Regarding linens, we are sorry this came as a surprise, but the fact that linens are not included is clearly disclosed in multiple places—not simply on a later page of the welcome packet. It is prominently stated in our VRBO listing, in the rental rules provided as part of the booking process, and again in the welcome information. We intentionally communicate this policy multiple times so guests can plan accordingly. When we learned that your group had arrived without linens, we immediately tried to help and offered to loan you our personal linens at no additional cost. Your group chose instead to use a linen rental service. We completely respect that choice, but we feel it is important to clarify that the additional $400 linen rental expense was not something you were required to incur. The review also refers several times to the “price point” of the property. For context, this reservation was booked at a substantial last-minute discount of nearly 40% off our listed rate. Regardless of the rate paid, however, we want every guest to have a safe and enjoyable stay. We appreciate you bringing the patio/deck concerns to our attention. Guest safety is important to us, and we are addressing the areas you identified. We are glad your group enjoyed the spacious home, pool, décor, and our responsiveness. We also hope this clarification provides future guests with a more complete picture, particularly regarding our clearly disclosed linen policy and the assistance offered during this stay.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you had such a great experience and that the home had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It's especially nice to know you enjoyed the pool, the convenient location, and the home's décor. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication. We strive to be responsive and helpful so our guests can simply relax and enjoy their vacation. Thank you for your recommendation—it means so much to us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another Cape Cod getaway!
