Vaila Bushland Charm near Beaches and Top Wineries

Lorsque vous entrez dans la sérénité de Vaila, vous serez frappé par les sols en marri qui sont présents dans toute la maison, lui conférant une sensation de chaleur et de confort.

La cuisine bien équipée comprend une table de cuisson à gaz et un four électrique, dégage une impression de cottage et offre suffisamment d’espace pour préparer le repas de famille ou le goûter de midi. Lorsque le repas est prêt, dirigez-vous vers la belle table à manger à 8 places de la salle à manger pour savourer un verre de votre vin préféré, avant de vous retirer dans l'un des deux espaces de vie bien aménagés.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Les quatre autres chambres ont respectivement un lit queen et un lit double, deux lits simples et un lit superposé et sont desservies par la salle de bains familiale.

La climatisation à cycle inversé dessert la cuisine et les espaces de vie.

Situé dans le bush, l’espace extérieur est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et se détendre en famille, entre amis (et enfants à fourrure) autour du décor extérieur de huit places où vous pourrez peut-être savourer les fruits du travail au barbecue à gaz.

Vaila est situé à environ 5 minutes des plages de Yallingup et à environ 15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Dunsborough.

Lovely family getaway

A family and friends tradition

We have been staying here annually for close to 15 years. It’s perfect for relaxing, bush walking, and sitting in front of the fire with a glass of red (and toasting marshmallows for the kids). It’s close to everything even though it’s in a rural setting. We love it!

This place is in a really beautiful spot in Yallingup, and had plenty of room for our family. It was also nice to have the fire in winter. Would be good if there were oven mits and a couple of tea towels but otherwise had everything we needed.

This is a great spot and very convenient to Yallingup and Margaret river areas. The house is nice and spacious with multiple living areas. A bit more in the way of staples (e.g. wasing powder, dish cloths etc) would have been good, but this is a minor issue.

A wonderful family reunion

We had a beautiful family reunion in this delightful spacious home. Nestled in the bush, this is was a perfect place for family to relax reconnect and be close to nature . Evenings were spent in the gorgeous outdoor area, looking at nocturnal wildlife and feeling the cool evening breezes. A short drive to the beach and shops, this place is worth a visit, to reconnect with family or friends.

Great place to get away from it all and the property is close enough to surrounding towns (Yallingup and Dunsborough) and also, the beach. Perfect for a great and getaway close enough (10min) to surrounding towns / amenities. Go out and do your thing then retreat to the wonderful serenity of this property.

Beautiful Surroundings

The house was a delight to rent out for 3 nights. The surroundings are amazing and is nice to go for stroll. Only downfall is almost all bedrooms don't have blinds so expect an rise in summer

Ah. The serenity

House had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Loved being “in the middle of the bush”. Plenty of places for walks. Overlooks a picturesque lake/dam with resident geese.

Family vacation

With dog in tow, we came down to the Yallingup area for a week getaway where we could enjoy both some much needed seclusion next to a fireplace, and access to pretty much everything from activities to restaurants to galleries. Vaila delivered on all fronts !

Great stay

Great experience overall. Would love to have known there was a coffee pod machine though. Accommodation was clean, well furnished, well positioned and kitchen had the essentials. would happily go back! For those that don't take dogs or have allergies, you wouldnt know dogs were allowed. No carpets (warm wood floors) and beds and linen clean.

Group stay for family wedding

Property is set in a beautiful location. We were very disappointed with a few things unfortunately, bbq not cleaned, outside table not cleaned, kitchen ware very basic and not enough for a big group, fly screens don’t lock, we couldn’t get the 1 aircon unit working, no family games available (only Brocken chess game), door in 2nd living area not working, no cleaning cloths, no toilet paper in 1 of the toilets (or spare rolls),main red sofa is very dirty, mattress and and lower bunk bed had slats spaced wrong with big gaps and unsafe for a young child (mattress extremely thin and uncomfortable). Overall an average stay and wouldn’t recommend to friends.

Relaxing

The house is spacious and very well designed for a large group. Would perhaps like some blinds on the bathroom and toilet but we remedy it by hanging bath towels. A wonderful property. We all would recommend it.
