Le dernier étage comprend la chambre principale comprenant un lit king avec salle de bains avec vue sur l'océan.

L'étage intermédiaire est un salon / salle à manger décloisonné avec une cuisine joliment aménagée qui permet de cuisiner pour vos invités. La salle à manger s'ouvre sur le balcon, avec un cadre extérieur donnant sur la baie.

Il y a un salon / salle de télévision séparé avec des canapés confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat / DVD.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une 2e salle de télévision pour les enfants et les 3 chambres restantes - 1 chambre queen-size et 2 autres, chacune avec 2 lits simples.

Chaque étage dispose d'une salle de bains pour votre confort et votre commodité.

Bayscape est idéalement situé avec des plages "cachées", la piste cyclable et une aire de jeux pour enfants juste à votre porte.

House was presented very nicely and felt clean, we chose to have the linen package so made the arrival nice and easy. Kitchen was equipped with all the appliances/cutlery/plates/pots/pans ect. The BBQ area was a good spot to enjoy a meal with a nice view. The house is very spacious and the main bedroom/ensuite had a lovely view. There are a lot of stairs in the house which may not suit young children but for our family with older kids it was not an issue. We would love to stay here again.

Convenient accommodation

The property is well set up for a family or group. Everything needed is there, cooking was made easy by the well planned out kitchen and all utensils provided. The location was perfect and the check in process was very easy. Would be my go to stay when i return.

Luxury close to town

Stunning property over 3 floors. Quiet cul-de-sac location. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Beach on your doorstep and a few minutes walk to town.

Beautiful accommodation in great location

House was gorgeous, check in was very easy. Everything we needed was supplied. Sitting on the balcony overlooking trees and glimpses of ocean was magical. Definitley returning.

Stay at Bayscape

Online the property looks nice. We had a party of 8 adults. Upon arriving the house next door had 2 cars parked in the drive, because of the location (tucked in the corner) we struggled to drive past and park out cars. This issue continued for the stay. The property was very modern but not very practical. Firstly the master bedroom has a very ultra modern bathroom however there is absolutely no privacy. The clear glass wall means if you wanted to shower you need to not be shy as you have no privacy or obscure glass and the full glass door into the bathroom didn’t really provide any privacy for you using the toilet as it was not sound proof plus there was a huge gap from the toilet to the staircase again meaning that there was no privacy for anyone using the toilet. If you needed to use the bathroom/toilet in the middle of night you would wake your partner up as the lights totally light up the whole master bedroom, absolutely not practical at all. The kitchen and dining area has no blinds on the windows and the sun was glaring making it impossible to sit at the dining table. We also had a horrendous infestation of flying ants in the downstairs Queen bedroom which made the occupants of the room very uncomfortable of being able to sleep in there and we had to get the agents out to the property after spending over 2 hours trying to kill the ants without any luck. Noise was also an issue, anyone walking around in shoes carried the noise right through the house. There was no Foxtel and whilst there was a DVD player there were no DVDs provided. We also had to call the agents to ask about wifi as there was nothing written in the welcome book to say there was wifi and when we were told there was wifi we then had to hunt around the house for the modem as that had the password on it, which we found eventually hidden underneath/behind the tv cabinet. So all in all we were definitely not impressed with this and we would not return here sorry! Location was great, neighbourhood was good, property not great !

Perfect spot to explore Dunsborough and explore the South West

I headed down to Dunsborough for a girls weekend away. This house was entirely perfect for our stay! Spacious, well appointed and in an excellent location. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend!
