Surplombant Abell Point Marina, vous pourrez prendre votre petit-déjeuner sur la grande terrasse tout en regardant les voiliers se diriger vers les magnifiques îles Whitsunday. apportez votre propre bateau et garez-le en toute sécurité à la maison.

Pour le chef, la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un délicieux repas, mais si vous préférez une soirée décontractée, pourquoi ne pas vous promener dans l'un des nombreux restaurants de la ville ou même vous rendre au restaurant italien de Sorento à Abell Point Marina, à quelques minutes à pied. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz à la maison ... les options sont infinies!

Avec deux chambres à coucher à l'étage et deux autres en bas, il y a beaucoup de place et beaucoup d'intimité. Une salle de bain à chaque niveau pour votre commodité également.

La maison est entièrement climatisée avec des ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort pendant les mois les plus chauds.

Great visit to Airlie Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful! When we first arrived, we were confused as we only saw two bedrooms. Then we realized we had to walk outside to get to the other two bedrooms. It wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't stated in the listing. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for 4 couples. We enjoyed the pool and the view! The walk to town was short; but the hike back up always left us breathless! Thank you, we would definitely stay again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at "Point of view" The house was beautiful and tidy, with incredible views.Plenty of space for the 7 of us and a great pool to enjoy too!We didnt want to leave!

Perfect location, let down by small touches

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location, definitely missing attention to detail in a home away from home. The location of this property was perfect, incredible views. The pool and deck were great for cooling off and relaxing. Good communication, however a welcome folder with house tricks, local suggests etc would have been helpful.All three guests were disappointed by the little but important things. 1 ply toilet paper, little to no hand soap in all the bathrooms and toilet, airfreshening in the toilet, small bins in the bathroom, no hand towels or face cloths, no hair-dryer, the tiniest container of UHT milk, no ice tray, no olive oil. they either need to include these items, or tell guests prior to arrival. It's the small things that really lift a stay, and this beautiful home missed the mark for the price range.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is the most amazing holiday rental I’ve stayed in. Perfectly situated with the most amazing view. The size of the house was awesome. The split level living was perfect with the adult kids. They had the lower area which included lounge, kitchenette, bathroom , toilet, and 2 bedrooms while the adults stayed up stairs in the main living quarters. The upstairs is accessible via outdoor stairs which I liked. Facilities were amazing with the pool and outdoor entertaining area. This property is well worth the visit and I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect in Airlie!

Great location (very short walk to town) with superb views, especially sunset. Well appointed house with two separate living areas (eg suitable for teenagers) but also big enough for united family living. Highly recommended.

Reviewer Comments: Very true to the pictures. house was neat, very well equipped. upstairs level was super nice with the open kitchen and the balcony... omg!! espectacular view. pool was a nice to have too (a bit cloudy to my taste... due to a bit of rain or dirt?). downstairs the rooms were very comfy. management was responsive when needed and check in/out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place, we had such an amazing time as a family here. It's walking distance to town (about 7/10 min) so that's good too. What else? We had a blast! thanks very much. Hope to get the chance to come here again all the way from Portugal.

It has everything you could possibly need for a stay of any amount of time. The pool is beautiful and has amazing view of the ocean and all around. The outdoor area is the best that we have stayed at over many years of visiting Airlie. The property management were especially helpful and welcomed us with a beautiful note and gift for my daughters birthday, so we can't thank them enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute bliss! We all had a wonderful stay at A Point of View. The view’s AMAZING!! The house was accommodating for the seven on us. Really loved the downstairs area with the two bedrooms and retreat areas. There isn’t much to fault about this property. Only improvement would be be the second bedroom on the main floor - needs a bit of an updated to tie in with the other rooms. Apart from that I would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed

Family getaway

We are a family of 8 spanning 3 generations, travelling from Canada for my wife’s 40th birthday. We absolutely adored this home! It was perfect for all of us to have common spaces and private space. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was great and all the extra space was well used. We loved the view and the deck the most. The hosts were great! They communicated well and helped with some transport issues we had.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located very close to the centre of Airlie Beach with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was unfortunately not cleaned on our arrival and we couldn't use the property for a few hours. The company provided a bottle of bubbles as compensation. The pool is big enough to cool down on hot days. We stayed for one week and the water became very dirty/ concerning colour by the end of our stay. Not sure if someone came inbetween to check the water quality? The light in the shower and main bedroom downstairs didn't work and the power switch for the kitchen upstairs came off a few times. These little hiccups didn't bother us very much. Overall I really can recommend the property for a holiday in Airlie Beach. We all have had an amazing time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Point of View house is in a very convenient location, has a picturesque outlook and great outdoor area. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Only blemish was the treatment we received from the management agency. I suggest the 'vetting' process should be completed on the initial booking, not the day before you arrive and full payment taken. If able, I would have cancelled the booking and went elsewhere - based purely on that experience. I found the 'dressing down' received before arriving, quite unprofessional e.g. informing me that if I met a 'nice lady' down the street I was not allowed to bring her back to the house....... Being a middle aged and happily married, was a little taken aback - but thanked her for the clarification and made a mental note to steer away from 'nice lady's'...Check other reviews..... Seperate Living, kitchenette, Bathroom & another 2 bedrooms downstairs.The property was well equipped with everything we needed and had a huge deck overlooking the marina & the closer whitsunday islands. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
