Cette maison basse récemment installée se trouve à côté du parc du Lion et de la toute nouvelle rampe de mise à l'eau de Burrum Heads.

Grande cour offre beaucoup de stationnement hors rue pour les bateaux et les voitures.

L'intérieur ne vous décevra pas car tous les accessoires et meubles sont neufs. Il y a une grande véranda couverte avec vue sur l'eau.

La maison est entièrement isolée et le salon principal est climatisé. Peut accueillir 4 personnes dans 2 chambres (1Q, 1KS, 1S Tru).

Nettoyez les prises du jour sur le banc de nettoyage extérieur et préparez le dîner dans la cuisine bien équipée ou sur le barbecue à gaz.

Vous êtes à 5 min à pied des commerces et de toutes les commodités de la ville.

Had a wonderful time the only problem we had was main bed was very hard to sleep on and the sails are very noisy when the wind blows apart from those two things we throughly enjoy our time there

Very comfortable and close to the boat ramp. Has a huge yard with heaps of room to park your cars and boat. Looks very basic from the outside, but inside is spacious and modern.

Very basic fit out of a shed in a great location. Overpriced for what was provided. We were clearly warned about no sheets but there was no towels, soap, shampoo, tea towel, tea/coffee/sugar. The floor of the living area was taped together and splattered with plaster. A note on the fridge says the owner is aware and will fix this in the new year (proof of at least several months not being fixed). The key was not on site, it was also not in the key safe at the real estate and there was no combination to the safe sent out.

Perfect shed/house

Hami’s was the perfect stay for our family of three. The property was modern and clean and the aircon in the main bedroom and lounge/dining cooled the whole house/shed. We would definitely stay again. Only a short walk to shops and boat ramp and lots of room for kids to run around and ride bikes/scooters on the driveway. The only criticism we had was a dryer would have been helpful as we had several days of rain and could not dry our washing. Even a clothes horse for indoors. The master bedroom also did not have a blind, with a three year old we are up at 5am anyway but I can see how this would be an issue for people wanting to sleep in. Other than that we thought Hami’s was excellent and will be booking again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th time we have used this venue and it is suitable for our purpose being close to the boat ramp. The house is basic and has suited our needs as we are easily pleased and are used to basic living.. a few complaints. There are no cleaning aids provided. Ie. no scourers,cloth detergent. There is no welcome package as would be provided in the most basic, motel, cabin or any other accomodation you would stay in. The added extras in cost like cleaning and booking fees are exorbitant and are usually included in the advertised rental price.

good accomodation

close to everything,was very comfortable but needed a curtain over small window in main bedroom as was woken early by daylight coming in,also there was an ironing board but no iron.Had to sweep lounge floor on arrival as chip board off coffee table had flaked over the floor and there was a lot of dirt in corner near front door.

Excellent place to stay. Had everything we could want inside, plus lots of extras outside, including a great BBQ. Very tidy n clean in an awesome riverside location near shops and boatramp. Loved our week there.

Lovely clean modern cottage in great location near the boat ramp ,park and water. Some blankets would be great as doona's are a bit hot for the summer but everything else is great. We will be back.
