Bienvenue chez SEA LOFT!

Cette maison à la mode, entièrement autonome et décloisonnée est située dans la ville balnéaire d'Apollo Bay et à seulement quelques pas des commerces locaux et de la plage de surf. Cette maison de deux étages et trois chambres est parfaite pour un petit groupe ou une famille à la recherche de vacances reposantes. Les enfants adoreront leur seule petite cachette dans le loft de la chambre à l'étage ainsi que de nombreux divertissements avec une sélection de DVD et de jeux parmi lesquels choisir. Profitez d'un barbecue d'été relaxant sur la terrasse divertissante et assurez-vous de ne pas oublier d'amener vos amis à 4 pattes! Les animaux sont les bienvenus à l'extérieur avec une cour fermée. SEA LOFT a beaucoup d'intimité dans un emplacement idéal et idéal pour des vacances mémorables.

- La cuisine comprend un lave-vaisselle, m / w, cuisinière à gaz et four, table à manger avec 6 chaises, plus 2 tabourets à banc de fenêtre. - Le coin salon comprend TV, DVD, CD, chauffage électrique, 1x canapé 3 places, 2x canapés 2 places. - Cour arrière clôturée avec terrasse avec voiles d'ombrage, barbecue à gaz et mobilier d'extérieur.

- Chambre 1: 1x lit Queen, lampe de lecture, bir, moquette. - Chambre 2: 1x lit Queen, lampe de lecture, moquette. - Chambre 3 (mezzanine): 4x lits simples, lampes de lecture, moquette. Remarque: le grenier est au-dessus des 2 autres chambres, l'escalier est de style échelle. - Salle de bain (en bas) avec vanité de douche, WC séparé. - Salle de bain (Upstaris) avec douche, vanité, WC. - La buanderie a un lave-linge à chargement frontal.

Beach house bliss

A great place to stay, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. A fantastic family house for a perfect beach holiday that could use a bit of an update and spruce up .., A working Vacuum cleaner, new mattresses and maybe enough crockery for all of us ….see you next year

Good value for money

Good little value for money place. I don't mind bringing all linen if the price is reasonable. Only fault is the upstairs bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. Pretty gross.

Lovely stay

A nice property however very basic and could be so much better. Couches and beds uncomfortable and no cleaning products. No dish washing product at all. Hard to clean if not supplied. One roll of toilet paper. Only 5 x bowls when it sleeps 8. Nice walk into town.

This house could be nice

Vacuum, oven, fan upstairs all faulty, stairs to loft are essential a carpeted ladder - quite dangerous, plates, cups and doona cover all dirty and had to be cleaned when we arrived,no BBQ cleaning gear, nothing to light stove. This could be a nice house to stay in if basic maintenance was done. As it was we spent much of the week cleaning and throwing out food which failed to cook in faulty oven.

I believe the owners also delivered a bench top electric oven for you to use during your stay and also reimbursed you for house items you were required to purchase, apologies for this inconvenience. Great for a family

Was a lovely place, that our two boys loved. Especially the loft bedroom. Was a great little yard for our dog too.

Good family weekend

When we first arrived the house had a stale smell. After opening some windows and an scented air freshener, we didn’t notice it. The house was neat and simple and met all of our needs for the 3 nights we were there. We had a minor issue with the handrail on the stairs from the first to the second level but we reported it and it was managed to our satisfaction. The stairs to the third level loft are custom-made and very steep and narrow. We had children aged 5-13, who didn’t mind the climb upstairs to the loft, where the 4 single beds are. The small side yard meant we could bring our 2 dogs along, which was great. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay at this property again.

A lovely house

We enjoyed a lovely week before and during Christmas. Pet-friendly which was a huge bonus. Spacious, well-equipped but a working hose for after-beach visits and some form of sun shelter over the outside table would have been welcome with the sunny days. Wifi also would have been welcome given many places providing it but it wasn’t part of our rental so that is fine. But is very much becoming essential and worth considering. A great location. Easy walk to town. Quiet. Air-con and heating available. We didn’t need the loft but bedrooms well set up.

Genuinely dog friendly!!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Sea Loft & were sooo happy when we arrived to find the yard was shady, had cover in case of poor weather & was fully, adequately fenced: so many 'dog friendly' properties are anything but The house was clean, stayed cool in hot weather & was conveniently located. The loft does require young legs (not too young!) but our teenage daughter loved it. We'd happily stay at Sea Loft again - and so would our dog!!
