Entertaining is a breeze with an open plan living / dining & kitchen area that compliments a huge outside deck with designated ocean views. The house has Split system and a woodheater. It also has a secure enclosed yard with a firepit. There is a 4 car carport underneath the house.

Things to see and do in Skenes Creek Area:

Walk down the road to the beach or creek to swim, fish, discover the rockpools, surf, watch the stunning sunrises and sunsets, fly a kite or simply relax on the white sand.

Alternatively, drive 5 minutes (or if you are up to it walk 45-50 mins!) to Apollo Bay with it's golf course, brewery, distillery, pubs, pier and fish co-op, charming main street, great shops, cafe's and restaurants and beautiful beaches. Treat yourself to one of the many fine food establishments of the area including the award winning Chris' restaurant at Beacon Point which sits at the top of the hill directly above Neptune Vista or one of the fantastic restaurants of Apollo Bay.

This GREAT OCEAN ROAD property offers direct views and access to the swim / surf beach, rockpools, trout stream and surrounding rolling hills. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.
