Bienvenue à BEACH SIDE. Comme son nom l'indique, cette grande maison de 4 chambres est située sur le côté océan de la Great Ocean Road. A quelques pas de la plage, des promenades au sommet de la falaise, des magasins et des courts de tennis. En plus du salon principal, il y a un coin salon pour ceux qui veulent un endroit calme pour se détendre avec un bon livre. Il y a une terrasse extérieure meublée et un barbecue. Cette maison accepte les animaux et est entièrement clôturée. Si vous avez besoin de vacances où vous pouvez garer la voiture et marcher jusqu'à toutes les commodités Aireys, alors c'est la bonne propriété. LINGE NON FOURNI - SERVICE DE LOCATION DISPONIBLE

This home was great for 3 generations of family gathering along with pets ...lots of space, a quiet end and a noisy end, a cockatoo for an added touch with great walks from home. Thanks for a great time

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Other reviews said the property was dirty but we didn't find this to be the case. It's perfect for families or a group of friends. There are two doors on either side of the main living space which can be shut to block out noise from the bedrooms, which is a bonus if travelling with young kids. Great location - the Aireys pub and shops are walking distance, as is a small beach. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Great size, great location, sadly dated.

Big house, plenty of room. Poor, very poor showers, no pressure and very tricky to get temp right. No info sheet on how to work things, thanks to property manager who was able to help over the phone. No remote for main tv. Great location. Very dated, not that much of a problem, and the house got really hot and stuffy, no cooling.

Don't be fooled by the photos!

Let's start with some positives. This was advertised as dog friendly accommodation, hence why we chose it, and it was fully fenced and secure. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and shops which was great. Unfortunately, the place was filthy, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the couches in the lounge area! The entire house needed a thorough and deep clean, not just a cleaner with a mop and broom! It was extremely disappointing. When I advised the agent they were extremely apologetic and said their cleaner is usually very good. That may be the case however I'm not sure the last time they attended the property. There was dried poo in the toilet, not to mention the muck on the seats, the dust was thick throughout the house, the couches in the lounge area were dirty and had stains on them and the microwave was filthy! The pots and pans all need to be thrown out, and the whole house needs a thorough and deep clean. I sent the agent photos and videos and they said they would advise the owners, and seek some sort of refund even if it was for a night, which was very kind of them. As expected, I haven't heard anything nor received any refund. Regardless of the aforementioned I would still be providing the same review to warn others. I just want everyone to be advised - Don't be fooled by the photos!

Lovely cosy home

Spacious rooms, nice library collection of books and boardgames. Lots of outdoor enclosed space for our dog. Very close to beach walks. Excellent communication with the owner. Would suggest allowance of early check-in 12-1pm instead of 3pm. Rak

70th Birthday celebration

This property is in a great position, an easy walk to the General Store and the Aireys’ Pub. The house is very well equiped , the living area was great for our party of 6. Our only concern was that the house needs a thorough clean. We had to sweep dust up and clear cobwebs ☹️

Very happy with our stay and would definitely like to book again.

Very positive, the age of the home plus the variety of aged appliances makes the home feel like a home, imperfections is the difference between a Hotel and a home.

Great location and good set up for 2 families

Well set out house for two families with lots of space. Great location- close to shops and beach. We would have liked it to be cleaner and have instructions on the heating. Hot water was limited. Property managers were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the bonus birdlife.

Family time

Family get together was in comfotable home with plenty of living space to relax and catch up. Home needs some minor repairs but is a very nice house.
