LJ Hooker Kingscliff vous accueille dans cette maison de vacances superbement conçue située à Salt Kingscliff. comprenant 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains et plusieurs espaces de vie, vous ne serez jamais l'un pour l'autre.

Lorsque vous franchissez la porte d’entrée, cette maison spectaculaire de deux étages respire la relaxation. En entrant par la porte d'entrée, vous verrez la magnifique fresque murale du plafond au sol de Norris Headland Cabarita Beach.

Le premier niveau se compose de deux espaces de vie, salle à manger, une chambre avec une salle de bains et une immense cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable qui s'ouvre sur une grande piscine en plein air.

En montant l'escalier en bois jusqu'au deuxième niveau, vous verrez deux portes doubles qui s'ouvrent dans la chambre principale, détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur le balcon tout en regardant les enfants et les animaux courir dans la cour avant.

La chambre principale comprend un dressing et une salle de bains magnifiquement conçue avec une baignoire.

Un troisième salon est également à ce niveau et trois chambres spacieuses, la salle de bain principale comprend une baignoire et des toilettes séparées.

Cette maison a une piscine dans la cour qui comprend des chaises longues pour se détendre tout en profitant du temps ensoleillé. La zone extérieure couverte donne sur la piscine et comprend un barbecue, une table et des chaises d'extérieur, parfaits pour les barbecues ou les réceptions.

Que vous cherchiez à passer des vacances en famille, entre amis ou même �� la fois, cet établissement répondra à tous vos besoins!

La plage est située à 150m de cette maison, où vous pourrez vous amuser dans les vagues ou vous promener le long de la plage de sable blanc. Vous pouvez également faire une promenade à pied ou à vélo le long de la promenade côtière où vous pourrez observer la faune locale ou nager dans les eaux cristallines de Cudgen Creek.

À quelques pas de Salt Village, qui abrite des cafés et des restaurants primés, vous trouverez également un hôtel, un supermarché IGA, une boutique de bouteilles, le spa @ Salt Day Spa et d’autres détaillants. A 3 min en voiture vous emmène au centre-ville de Kingscliff avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin.

WEDDING WEEKEND

Located in nice quiet neighborhood, excellent property for family group. Nice large family kitchen, with 10 people in the house, we never felt crowded as there were 3 lounge areas plus a generous outdoor area. Sleeping facilities were exactly what we required, with no need for sofa beds.

Wonderful house for family Christmas

Lots of room, well equipped for all ten people. Near the beach and with a lovely pool. Property Managers very helpful. Christmas was easy and relaxed.

A 10/10 pooch-friendly vacation home. Perfect rating based on location, spacious interior, serenity of very quiet neighbourhood, privacy, comforts and house liveability. Brilliant full-width servery from cavernous kitchen to outdoor patio/pool area means 'the cook' never misses out on being part of the conversation, fun or relaxation. If you want to bring a beloved hound without sacrificing luxury or your own rejuvenation - this is the house! Can't recommend highly enough as short walk to 2km stretch of off-leash beach and on-leash dog-friendly patrolled beach is ideal for a summer family getaway. Ticks EVERY box!

Great sharehouse

Stayed in this house for a work conference in KingsCliff. Felt like we had our own space because there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple living areas and very spacious home. Close to beach, would be great for a quiet beach holiday. Very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of linen (included in price) - we've rented other houses in Kingscliff before and had to pay extra for linen! Wifi was also included and decent speed for 4-5 people to be using at the same time (mostly web/emails).
