Situé à quelques pùtés de maisons du centre-ville de Colorado Springs, cette unité de 3 chambres fait partie d'une plus grande propriété avec d'autres unités de location à court terme accueillant des invités. Situé dans un quartier construit au tournant du XXe siÚcle, il a néanmoins été entiÚrement mis à jour avec des aménagements et un design modernes. Location is very good. The VRBO was clean, but the house is old. It was a little musty when we first arrived. Had to air it out for a while. It did not have enough silverware or kitchen towels and dish cloths. When we called the host, they were easy to reach and got what we needed soon. The yard had many tall weeds and the hot tub had tree branches hanging over the cover. It is spacious and worked for us, but probably would not stay again.

Father’s Day get away

The home was clean and spacious. Although the beds could have been more comfortable, our overall experience was pleasant. We had some trouble with the front door lock, but it was eventually resolved.

Location was great. Clean and quiet. Only real complaint or “discomfort” was the fact there was minimal AC air flow into the bedrooms. The master has a ceiling fan and the 2 extra rooms have a standing fan in each. We had to keep the bedroom doors open to allow some slight air flow in so minimal privacy. It was difficult to sleep comfortably. With it being an older home, this issue is understandable. Would stay here again in the cooler months.

Perfect for family with older kids

Just the right size for our family with three big kids. Plenty of space and a relaxing hot tub in the back yard. Easy check in and check out process, good communication with owners.

Charming house with a beautiful view

We loved our stay at this cute blue house. The Mountain View from the front porch was gorgeous. Communication with the management company was always easy and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and in a convenient area

Everything was clean and there was great communication. We wanted a place with a hot tub and they have extra towels to use for the hot tub which was nice. They even allowed us to have a late checkout since they didn't have a booking that night.

Shabby not chic

Cheap property, everything. The One positive was it was well stocked with towels. Felt like the college students who had been renting for many many many years just moved out and ownership said spend as little as possible getting ready for short term. Rooms stabbed on over various additions. Very low quality bathrooms, furniture, et al. I'd never stay there again; and never would have to begin with had the listing accurately depicted or described the conditions. Wholly disappointing. Yuck

Quaint triplex

We enjoyed our stay but didn’t realize this was a triplex when we booked. We heard lots of noises from above us from the people just walking around. This is a very old farmhouse type home. We had to be careful where we stepped because of the uneven floors and stepping down into the bedrooms. The bathrooms were tiny, steeply sloped, and the toilets were situated downhill and very low, so it would be hard for older people or people with walking problems to stay here. The fan in the master bedroom had lots of visible dust on it. The third bedroom was not much bigger than the double bed in it and we heard noises all night.

adequate lodging

The description of the property is accurate. The location is good, and the house has lots of space and is very bright and cheerful because of the many windows. It was mostly clean when we checked in, though there were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and some of the towels had faint stains. The beds were comfortable. Our only real issue was that the property manager (Hoste) has some quite unfriendly signs in the house that certainly didn't make us feel welcome. One of the signs threatens to dock guests large amounts of money if they leave makeup or blood stains on any of the towels. I don't think we would have noticed the faint stains on a few of the towels if it hadn't been for this sign.

House was not cleaned

Prior guests bedding & wet towels still in house. Check in was at 4. We got there at 6:30. There was no reason for it not to be cleaned. On the flip side however, Hoste was able to get a mother daughter cleaning crew over at 7:30 pm and they were done by 9:00 pm. They did a good job. It was disappointing to walk into a dirty house.
